&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El 24 de juliol de 2025, els membres de la Comissió Paritària del Conveni Col·lectiu del sector del Transport de mercaderies per carretera es van reunir per donar resposta a diferents qüestions relacionades amb la interpretació del conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El 25 de juliol de 2025, Josep Salvà Grimalt, en representació de la Comissió Paritària del Conveni Col·lectiu, va sol·licitar el registre i el dipòsit de l'acta de la reunió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. L'article 90.3 del Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut dels Treballadors, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Reial decret 713/2010, de 28 de maig, sobre registre i dipòsit de convenis col·lectius, acords col·lectius de treball i plans d'igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. L'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Inscriure i dipositar l'Acta de la Comissió Paritària del sector del Transport de mercaderies per carretera, 24 de juliol de 2025, en el Registre de Convenis Col·lectius de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Disposar la publicació de l'acta en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial dels Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Ordenar la traducció del text a la llengua catalana i fer constar que la versió castellana del text és l'original signada per la Comissió Paritària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Notificar aquesta Resolució a la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II.&lt;/strong&gt; Que totes les parts es reconeixen mútuament capacitat suficient per obligar-se en aquest acte i el deure d'adoptar mesures adreçades a la implementació correcta i el seguiment del Conveni col·lectiu per al transport de mercaderies per carretera de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En conseqüència,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La constitució de la Comissió Paritària del Conveni col·lectiu per al transport de mercaderies per carretera de les Illes Balears, de la composició de la qual en formen part les persones que s'indiquen entre els assistents, d'una banda, com a representants de la part empresarial i, de l'altra, com a representants de la part social d'aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es designa com a secretari de la Comissió Paritària el Sr. Josep Salvá Grimalt, que s'encarregarà de redactar les actes i custodiar la documentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les parts acorden no designar president, estableixen que la moderació de les sessions es farà de manera rotatòria entre les representacions i que les actes les signaran un representant de cada part i el secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Composició&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comissió Paritària es regirà pel que disposa l'article 7 del Conveni col·lectiu i, si hi manca, pel que estableix l'Estatut dels treballadors i la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta Comissió es reunirà a instància de part i se n'aixecarà acta, que ha de recollir els temes que s'hagin tractat, els acords assolits, els documents presentats i la data de la reunió següent. A les reunions hi poden assistir assessors amb veu, però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En l'escrit de convocatòria han d'aparèixer els punts de l'ordre del dia que es tractaran i també s'hi ha d'adjuntar la documentació necessària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En general, correspon a la Comissió Paritària la interpretació, l'aplicació i la vigilància del Conveni col·lectiu, així com la resolució de les qüestions que s'indiquen expressament en l'article 7 del Conveni col·lectiu i les altres funcions que se li puguin atribuir per llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Acords&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els acords de la Comissió requereixen el vot favorable de la majoria i són vinculants per a totes les parts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I, perquè així consti, les parts, en la representació que ostenten, signen aquest document en senyal d'acceptació i compliment fidel del seu contingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Com a prova de la conformitat amb el que estableix aquesta acta, les dues parts la subscriuen en el lloc i la data que s'assenyalen a l'inici d'aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
