&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En data 8 d'octubre de 2025 es va emetre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; un informe per part de la cap de Secció de Selecció, Provisió i Planificació de Recursos Humans, del següent tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents de fet&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; En data 23 de desembre de 2022, el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; va aprovar les bases específiques de la convocatòria per a la selecció i provisió definitiva de divuit places de bomber/a, corresponents a les ofertes d'ocupació pública dels anys 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 i 2023 per torn lliure, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició, publicades en el BOIB núm. 170, de 30 de desembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Revisades les bases específiques publicades, s'ha observat un error, que fa que es procedeixi a la seua rectificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, de 30 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú, disposa que les administracions publiques podran rectificar en qualsevol moment d'ofici o a instancia dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Havent-se observat que a l'informe tècnic per a l'aprovació de les bases específiques es va produir un error de transcipció que es va reproduïr a la resta de documentació de l'expedient, fins a la seua aprovació definitiva, aquest s'han de corregir en els següents termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANNEX II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;PROCÉS DE SELECCIÓ I VALORACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El sistema de selecció serà el de concurs-oposició i constarà de les següents fases, obligatòries i eliminatòries per a totes les persones aspirants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;-Primera fase d'oposició:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Primer: avaluació psicotècnica, que es valorarà com apte/apta o no apte/apta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Segon: prova física: valoració màxima de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tercer: prova teòrica, amb una valoració màxima de 60 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Segon fase de concurs, amb una valoració màxima de 40 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Tercera fase:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Reconeixement mèdic, que s'ha de superar per seguir el procés, es valorarà com apte/apta o no apte/apta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Curs de formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Període de pràctiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L'ordre de classificació definitiva, el determinarà la suma de les puntuacions obtengudes en les fases d'oposició i de concurs així com haver superat com apte/apta la fase tercera (reconeixement mèdic, formació i les pràctiques).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atès el previst al punt primer lletra &lt;em&gt;j&lt;/em&gt; del Decret de Presidència núm. 20190000484, de 16 de juliol de 2019, de determinació de les atribucions corresponents als diferents òrgans del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 98 EXT, de 17-7-2019, modificacions al BOIB núm. 175, de 31-12-2019, al BOIB núm. 101, de 4-6-2020, i al BOIB núm. 153 de 5-09-2020), pel que fa a la competència dels consellers executius i conselleres executives per resoldre en matèries pròpies del Departament, els expedients que afectin drets o interessos particulars que no estiguin atribuïts a altres òrgans; i en relació amb allò previst al número set del punt tercer del Decret de Presidència núm. 20190000471, de 10 de juliol de 2019, d'estructura del Govern i creació de departaments del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 95, d'11-07-2019, modificacions al BOIB núm. 175, de 31-12-2019, al BOIB núm. 101, de 4-6-2020 i al BOIB núm. 153 de 5-9-2020 i al BOIB núm. 117 de 6-9-2022), correspon resoldre a la consellera executiva del &lt;/span&gt;Departament de Promoció Econòmica, Cooperació Municipal i Recursos Humans&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per l'anterior, inform favorablement i d'acord amb l'article 28 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny de Consells Insulars, propòs a la consellera executiva del &lt;/span&gt;Departament de Promoció Econòmica, Cooperació Municipal i Recursos Humans&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, que elevi al Consell Executiu la següent PROPOSTA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Aprovar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; la rectificació de les bases específiques per a la selecció i provisió definitiva de divuit places de bomber/a, corresponents a les ofertes d'ocupació pública dels anys 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 i 2023 per torn lliure, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició, publicades en el BOIB núm. 170, de 30 de desembre de 2022 en el sentit expressat en el punt 2 dels fonaments de dret:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El sistema de selecció serà el de concurs-oposició i constarà de les següents fases, obligatòries i eliminatòries per a totes les persones aspirants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Primera fase d'oposició: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Segon: prova física: valoració màxima de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tercer: prova teòrica, amb una valoració màxima de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Segon fase de concurs, amb una valoració màxima de 40 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Tercera fase:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Reconeixement mèdic, que s'ha de superar per seguir el procés, es valorarà com apte/apta o no apte/apta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Curs de formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Període de pràctiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;L'ordre de classificació definitiva, el determinarà la suma de les puntuacions obtengudes en les fases d'oposició i de concurs així com haver superat com apte/apta la fase tercera &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(reconeixement mèdic, formació i les pràctiques).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La competencia per resoldre li correspon al Consell Executiu en virtut de les competències que li venen atribuïdes per l'article 28.e de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, en concordança amb el Decret de Presidència núm. 2023000467, de 28 de juny de 2023 d'estructura del Govern del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i creació de Departaments (BOIB núm.88, de 29 de juny de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La consellera executiva del Departament de Promoció Econòmica, Cooperació Municipal i Recursos Humans, eleva al Consell Executiu, en virtut de l'article 72.d del Reglament orgànic del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 136, de 18 de setembre de 2010, rectificació d'errors en BOIB núm. 148, de 14 d'octubre de 2010), la següent proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMER. APROVAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; la rectificació de les bases específiques per a la selecció i provisió definitiva de divuit places de bomber/a, corresponents a les ofertes d'ocupació pública dels anys 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 i 2023 per torn lliure, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició, publicades en el BOIB núm. 170, de 30 de desembre de 2022 en el sentit expressat en el punt 2 dels fonaments de dret:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
