&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 02/10/2025 va dictar el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Valldemossa 2025-2027 adjunt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions a la Seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament. http://valldemossa.sedeelectronica . I al Bolletí Oficial de les Illes Balears a l'efecte del seu general coneixement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A continuació es publica el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Article 10: Mecanismes de control i avaluació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PREÀMBUL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la seva exposició de motius, la Llei General de Subvencions (38/2003, de 17 de novembre) estableix, per a les administracions públiques, la necessitat d'elaborar plans estratègics de subvencions, que relacionin els objectius i els efectes que es pretenen aconseguir, amb els costos previsibles i les seves fonts de finançament, per tal d'adequar les necessitats públiques que s'han de cobrir a través de les subvencions amb les previsions de recursos disponibles, amb caràcter previ al seu naixement i de forma pluriennal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquesta norma també estableix els principis que han de regir en la gestió de les subvencions, i que són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Publicitat, transparència, concurrència, objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b)Eficàcia en el compliment dels objectius fixats per l'Administració atorgant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Eficiència en l'assignació i la utilització dels recursos públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Valldemossa, considera com a prioritats del municipi les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Cohesió social: Treballarem per un municipi socialment equilibrat, capaç d'atendre a les persones més vulnerables. Apostem per la redistribució dels recursos, per la convivència i la justícia social com a valors irrenunciables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Promoció de la cultura i tradicions del nostre poble, de l'entorn i dels valors patrimonials dins un entorn privilegiat com La Serra de Tramuntana. La promoció del turisme de qualitat i ocupació, enfortint els punts dèbils del municipi per crear activitat econòmica i nous llocs de treball, mantenint i col·laborant en la recerca dels elements diferenciadors i propis del municipi, ja sigui des d'un punt de vista patrimonial com des d'un punt de vista de participació ciutadana en les tradicions pròpies del municipi i en la conservació de la memòria de Valldemossa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Qualitat democràtica: Fonamentarem les nostres polítiques en la transparència i el rigor, en la complicitat amb la ciutadania i l'exercici honest dels valors essencials de la democràcia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per fer realitat aquestes prioritats, s'estableixen els principals compromisos o finalitats, descrits en l'article 6, que es concretaran en els objectius estratègics de caràcter pluriennal i amb caràcter previ al naixement de les subvencions. Les subvencions han estat i són un dels instruments importants per l'assoliment d'aquests objectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Naturalesa jurídica i requisits bàsics&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Valldemossa és un instrument de&amp;nbsp; planificació. El seu caràcter és programàtic, no normatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'aprovació del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions no suposa la generació de cap dret a favor dels potencials beneficiaris, que no podran exigir cap indemnització o compensació en el cas que el Pla no es porti a la pràctica en els mateixos termes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per a l'establiment efectiu de les subvencions previstes en aquest Pla, serà requisit bàsic la inclusió de les consignacions pressupostàries corresponents en els Pressupostos anuals, així com l'aprovació de les bases reguladores de la seva concessió, en el marc de les bases d'execució del Pressupost.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 2&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Àmbit d'aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'entén per subvenció, als efectes d'aquest Pla, tota disposició dinerària realitzada per l'Ajuntament de Valldemossa, a favor de persones físiques, entitats sense ànim de lucre i altres, que compleixin els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Que el lliurament es realitzi sense contraprestació directa dels beneficiaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2- Que el lliurament estigui subjecte al compliment d'un determinat objectiu, l'execució d'un projecte, la realització d'una activitat, l'adopció d'un comportament singular, ja desenvolupat o a desenvolupar, o la concurrència d'una situació, havent de complir el beneficiari amb les obligacions materials i formals que s'hagin establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Que el projecte, l'acció, la conducta o la situació finançada tingui per objecte el foment d'una activitat d'utilitat pública o d'interès social o de promoció d'una finalitat pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Període de vigència del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'atorgament de subvencions per part, de l'Ajuntament de Valldemossa durant el període 2025-2027 s'ajustarà al que s'estableix en el present Pla i entrarà en vigor una vegada sigui aprovat per l'òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 4&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Limitacions a l'establiment de subvencions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'establiment de subvencions queda sotmès al compliment de l'objectiu d'estabilitat pressupostària, per tant les consignacions pressupostàries que s'aprovin i les bases reguladores de la seva concessió s'acomodaran en cada moment a aquests objectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 5&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Principis orientadors&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La gestió de les subvencions es regirà pels principis de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Publicitat, transparència, concurrència, objectivitat, igualtat i no-discriminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Eficàcia en el compliment dels objectius fixats per l'Administració atorgant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Eficiència en l'assignació i la utilització dels recursos públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 6&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Finalitats i objectius estratègics&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Valldemossa, establirà anualment subvencions a les àrees de la seva competència establint entre les prioritats els següents compromisos als que es vinculen les diferents línies i programes de subvenció i que son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compromís 1: &lt;/strong&gt;Projectar el municipi i els seus eixos estratègics, la preservació de l'entorn natural i el patrimoni cultural:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fer del nostre patrimoni cultural i natural un element de projecció exterior de qualitat que refermi la nostra identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Conservar i mantenir l'entorn natural, paisatgístic i patrimonial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Millorar la visibilitat, coneixement, sensibilització i impacte de la política de reciclatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compromís 2:&lt;/strong&gt; Contribuir al creixement i desenvolupament de les persones al llarg de la seva vida i vetllar per a la millora de l'oferta educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Incrementar els recursos i les oportunitats per el desenvolupament integral d'infants i adolescents, així com el suport a les famílies com a primer entorn de socialització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Incrementar les opcions d'accés a l'educació i la igualtat d'oportunitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Reafirmar el compromís ferm a les persones majors, garantit una vida digna, activa i plena de drets, amb una atenció centrada en el respecte, la cura i la participació social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compromís 3&lt;/strong&gt;: Estimular la creació i facilitar l'accés a la cultura, al lleure, a l'esport i la salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Incrementar la capacitat de creació i la pràctica cultural, com a pilars essencials per al desenvolupament i la cohesió social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Augmentar el nivell de pràctica esportiva i d'activitat física entre grups socials i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;poblacionals diversos i en totes les seves formes, com a eina de salut, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;inclusió, valors i cohesió social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Aconseguir una millora dels recursos i serveis sociosanitaris del municipi dels valors i comportaments associats a la salut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compromís 4: &lt;/strong&gt;Garantir la cohesió social promovent la convivència, l'autonomia, la igualtat i la inclusió de tothom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Aconseguir un major nivell de normalització, inclusió, convivència i respecte &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;en el marc d'una ciutadania diversa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Millorar l'autonomia personal i l'atenció en situacions de dependència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;Incrementar el nivell d'igualtat entre gèneres i apoderament de les dones, &amp;nbsp;així com millorar la conciliació del temps personal, familiar, laboral i&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;comunitari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compromís 5: &lt;/strong&gt;Millorar la qualitat democràtica fomentant una ciutadania lliure i responsable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Aconseguir generar un associacionisme amb un major nivell de solidesa, viabilitat i corresponsabilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Reforçar les polítiques de participació ciutadana, per fer-la més corresponsable, continuada i transformadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Compromís 6: &lt;/strong&gt;Millorar la capacitat de gestió, resposta i relació de l'Ajuntament generant confiança amb la ciutadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Millorar la capacitat resolutiva de l'Ajuntament innovant en la seva organització i funcionament i potenciant l'ús de les tecnologies que creen noves formes de comunicació a través d'eines com la informàtica i les telecomunicacions.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Incrementar la transparència i proximitat de l'Ajuntament amb una millor atenció, informació i comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Millorar l'eficiència en la gestió del pressupost garantint la prestació de serveis de qualitat als ciutadans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 7&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Beneficiaris i matèries en les quals s'establiran subvencions.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Valldemossa concedirà subvencions a favor de persones físiques, entitats sense ànim de lucre i altres, amb la finalitat de fomentar la realització d'activitats d'utilitat pública o interès social o per promoure la consecució de fins públics atribuïts a la competència local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les formes jurídiques admissibles per a ostentar la condició de beneficiari són les que estableix l'article 11 de la Llei General de Subvencions, i que es concretarà en les respectives bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament establirà anualment subvencions a les àrees de la seva competència:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Acció social&lt;/strong&gt;: promoció de la dona, joventut, gent gran, associacionisme i participació ciutadana, activitats dirigides a discapacitats etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Cultura i ensenyament&lt;/strong&gt;: música, arts plàstiques, educació, en les àrees de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;competència municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Esports:&lt;/strong&gt; pràctiques esportives, associacionisme esportiu, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Medi Ambient&lt;/strong&gt;: Reciclatge, benestar animal, horts urbans etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.1&lt;/strong&gt;. En matèria &lt;strong&gt;d'Acció Social&lt;/strong&gt;, les prestacions de caràcter social es regiran pel que estableix el Reglament&amp;nbsp; de Prestacions Socials de Caràcter econòmic de l'Ajuntament de Valldemossa (BOIB núm. 70 de&amp;nbsp; dia 31 de maig de 2022), que determina&amp;nbsp; les característiques, naturalesa i tipologia, així com estableix el procediment d'accés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquest marc normatiu específic s'aplicarà a totes aquelles prestacions i ajuts de caràcter social que tenen per objectiu garantir els drets socials bàsics, prevenir situacions de vulnerabilitat i afavorir la inclusió social de les persones i col·lectius de risc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.2&lt;/strong&gt;. En matèria de &lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Cultura&lt;/strong&gt;, l'Ajuntament establirà, durant el període de vigència del Pla, les següents línies de subvenció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;m) Festivals Chopin de Valldemossa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;n) Associació de caçadors amb arts tradicionals de Valldemossa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament impulsa la concessió de subvencions en matèria de cultura amb &lt;strong&gt;l'objectiu &lt;/strong&gt;de promoure l'accés a la cultura, incentivar la creació artística i reforçar el teixit cultural local en totes les seves expressions, com a eina de cohesió social i desenvolupament comunitari. Promoure també, les tradicions culturals com un patrimoni viu i compartit, que forma part de la identitat col·lectiva del municipi i contribueix a la cohesió social, per aquesta raó s'impulsa la concessió de subvencions destinades a preservar, promoure i dinamitzar aquestes expressions culturals arrelades al territori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquestes subvencions volen donar suport a projectes que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donar suport a entitats, colles i associacions que treballen per mantenir vives les festes populars, les manifestacions folklòriques i altres expressions tradicionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fomentar la transmissió intergeneracional del patrimoni cultural immaterial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Unió Esportiva Valldemossa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Club de Hoquei Valldemossa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Club de Muntanya “Els Cairats”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Associació Tennis i Pàdel de Valldemossa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Usuaris beneficiaris del Conveni amb la UIB (Campus Esport)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament entén l'esport com un element clau per a la salut, el benestar, l'educació en valors i la cohesió social. Per aquest motiu, promou la concessió de subvencions per donar suport a iniciatives esportives d'interès públic que es desenvolupen al municipi. Els &lt;strong&gt;objectius &lt;/strong&gt;d'aquestes subvencions són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fomentar la pràctica esportiva regular entre tota la població, amb especial atenció a infants, joves, persones grans i col·lectius vulnerables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Donar suport a entitats i clubs esportius locals que treballen per impulsar l'esport de base i la formació esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Promoure l'esport com a eina d'educació, integració, igualtat i vida saludable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Recolzar activitats, esdeveniments i competicions que dinamitzen la vida esportiva i comunitària del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Afavorir la igualtat d'oportunitats i l'accés universal a la pràctica esportiva, sense discriminacions de cap mena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.4&lt;/strong&gt; En matèria de &lt;strong&gt;Medi Ambient&lt;/strong&gt;, l'Ajuntament establirà, durant el període de vigència del Pla, les següents línies de subvenció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Creació i manteniment d'horts urbans&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Associació Cats i Cans de Valldemossa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament considera la protecció i la millora del medi ambient com una prioritat estratègica per al desenvolupament sostenible del municipi i per al benestar present i futur de la ciutadania. En aquest sentit, es promou la concessió de subvencions a projectes i iniciatives que fomentin la sostenibilitat ambiental i la implicació comunitària en la cura del territori amb els següents &lt;strong&gt;objectius&lt;/strong&gt; principals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Impulsar projectes de conservació de la biodiversitat, gestió sostenible dels recursos i reducció de l'impacte ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Promoure la participació ciutadana en la transició ecològica i en la defensa del patrimoni natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fomentar hàbits responsables en àmbits com la mobilitat, el consum, la gestió de residus i l'eficiència energètica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Recolzar les entitats de protecció animal en la seva tasca d'acollida, cura i foment de l'adopció d'animals abandonats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Impulsar campanyes de sensibilització sobre tinença responsable, esterilització i identificació d'animals de companyia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Millorar la convivència entre persones i animals a l'espai públic, garantint els drets dels animals i la seguretat de la ciutadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fomentar pràctiques de producció ecològica i sostenible dins l'entorn urbà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Promoure l'educació ambiental, l'alimentació saludable i el contacte directe amb la natura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Impulsar la inclusió social i la cohesió comunitària mitjançant la gestió col·lectiva dels horts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Reutilitzar espais urbans infrautilitzats per generar valor ambiental i social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Afavorir la participació de col·lectius diversos, com persones grans, infants, famílies o entitats socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquestes ajudes responen a l'interès públic de construir un municipi més verd, saludable i compromès amb el repte climàtic. Promoure el respecte, la convivència i la responsabilitat compartida envers els animals i fer del municipi un espai més sostenible, educador i inclusiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.5.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Cooperació Internacional&lt;/strong&gt; – Fons Mallorquí de Solidaritat –&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Valldemossa el dia 10 de setembre de 2007 aprovà la seva adhesió com a soci al Fons Mallorquí de Solidaritat adquirint el compromís de lliurar, amb càrrec als crèdits consignats per a aquesta finalitat, una aportació anual per finançar l'execució de projectes de cooperació i les accions incloses en les línies d'actuació que anualment aprova l'Assemblea del Fons Mallorquí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 8&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Subvencions en règim d'adjudicació nominativa.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atenent al principi de corresponsabilitat de la gestió pública i donat l'interès social i la singularitat de la tasca realitzada per determinades entitats del nostre municipi, l'Ajuntament de Valldemossa establirà, d'acord amb el que estableix la Llei General de Subvencions 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, subvencions en règim d'adjudicació nominativa, contemplades nominalment en els pressupostos municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Valldemossa, no atorgarà subvencions per concurrència competitiva pels següents motius:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El pressupost disponible no permet establir una convocatòria oberta i competitiva amb garanties d'equitat i eficiència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El context d'urgència o necessitat específica, no admet un procés competitiu per raons de termini o impacte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Hi ha pocs possibles beneficiaris que compleixen amb els requisits, pel tipus d'activitat o pel seu impacte&amp;nbsp; social, la qual cosa fa inviable una competència real.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'adjudicació nominativa permet una execució mes àgil i eficient, especialment en programes on la tramitació de concurrència competitiva suposa una càrrega desproporcionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el marc del present Pla Estratègic de subvencions, es preveu l'atorgament de caràcter nominatiu a totes aquelles associacions legalment constituïdes i amb activitat reconeguda dins de l'àmbit municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 9&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Finançament i dotació econòmica de les diferents línies de subvenció.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es detallen els àmbits i les partides nominatives de les línies de subvenció que s'atorgaran mitjançant el regim d'adjudicació directa, llevat de les de caire social d'acció social, que requeriran previ informe i acord en matèria de Serveis Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Valldemossa no contempla l'atorgament de subvencions pel procediment de concurrència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El finançament d'aquestes subvencions es portarà a terme amb fons propis amb càrrec als capítols IV i VII del pressupost de despeses de l'Ajuntament de Valldemossa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Anualment, amb posterioritat a l'aprovació del pressupost municipal s'adjuntarà al present Pla General de Subvencions un document annex en el que es detallarà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
