    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el Decret 21/2019, de 15 de març, d'avaluació i certificació de coneixements de llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 35, de 16 de març), s'hi preveuen, en especial en els articles 6, 7, 8 i 14, la convocatòria de les proves, els requisits per inscriure-s'hi, l'estructura i els continguts de les proves, i la constitució dels tribunals avaluadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'altra banda, el Decret 10/2025, de 14 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 91, de 14 de juliol), atribueix a la Direcció General de Cultura, entre altres competències, la certificació dels coneixements de llengua catalana de la població adulta fora de l'ensenyament reglat mitjançant l'organització i la gestió de proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 6 del Decret 21/2019, de 21 de març, correspon a la directora general Cultura convocar les proves per obtenir els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana. La convocatòria s'ha de fer sempre mitjançant una resolució que s'ha de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Convocar les proves de gener de 2026 per obtenir els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana dels nivells A2, B1, B2, C1 i C2, i de llenguatge administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Convocar les proves de maig de 2026 per obtenir els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana dels nivells A2, B1, B2, C1 i C2, i de llenguatge administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Aprovar les bases que han de regir les convocatòries de proves, que consten en l'annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Nomenar els membres dels tribunals, que figuren en l'annex 2 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Es convoquen les proves de gener de 2026 per obtenir els certificats oficials de coneixements generals de llengua catalana dels nivells A2, B1, B2, C1 i C2, i de llenguatge administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Es convoquen les proves de maig de 2026 per obtenir els certificats oficials de coneixements generals de llengua catalana dels nivells A2, B1, B2, C1 i C2, i de llenguatge administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No és possible inscriure's a les proves d'un certificat obtingut en una convocatòria anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona. Requisits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Per presentar-se a les proves és necessari complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Tenir setze anys o més en el moment de fer la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Tenir el document d'identitat en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Dins el termini d'inscripció establert, haver formalitzat correctament la inscripció, inclòs el pagament, i, si escau, haver presentat la documentació d'acord amb la base quarta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Per inscriure's a les proves del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, s'ha d'acreditar, com a mínim, el nivell C1 de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera. Inscripció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Terminis d'inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.1. El termini d'inscripció als certificats oficials de coneixements generals de llengua catalana i de llenguatge administratiu de la convocatòria de gener de 2026 serà del 15 al 28 d'octubre de 2025, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.2. El termini d'inscripció als certificats oficials de coneixements generals de llengua catalana i de llenguatge administratiu de la convocatòria de maig de 2026 serà del 18 al 31 de març, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Taxa d'inscripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.1. Import&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; D'acord amb el que disposen l'article 82 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;11/1998, de 14 de desembre, sobre el règim específic de taxes de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i la Resolució del conseller d'Economia, Hisenda i Innovació de 12 de setembre de 2025 per la qual s'estableix l'actualització de les bases, els tipus de gravamen i les quotes tributàries de les taxes de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2025 (BOIB núm. 123, de 16 de setembre), l'import de la taxa per a les proves de la convocatòria de gener de 2026 és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Certificats dels nivells A2, B1 i B2: 17,11 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Certificats dels nivells C1 i C2: 24,29 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Certificat de llenguatge administratiu: 24,29 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Per a les proves de la convocatòria de maig de 2026, l'import de la taxa serà el que fixi la llei de pressuposts de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears de l'any 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.2.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Bonificacions i exempcions&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; D'acord amb la normativa, tenen dret a una bonificació del 50 % de l'import de la taxa d'inscripció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Les persones que estan en situació de desocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Les persones que perceben una pensió pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Les persones recluses en un centre penitenciari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Les persones que tenen un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 %.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Les persones que acreditin estar en possessió del Carnet Jove Europeu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Les famílies en situació de protecció especial que preveuen les lletres &lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; i &lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; de l'article 5 de la Llei 8/2018, de 31 de juliol, de suport a les famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Els membres de famílies nombroses tenen dret a l'exempció o a la bonificació de les tarifes que, d'acord amb la seva categoria, els corresponguin segons les disposicions vigents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.3. Documentació per acreditar la bonificació o exempció de la taxa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentació que s'ha de presentar per acreditar algun dels motius que donen dret a la bonificació o exempció de la taxa, segons el cas, és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Si la inscripció és telemàtica, el pagament es pot fer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Mitjançant targeta bancària. El tràmit telemàtic enllaça directament amb el web de l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears (ATIB) (&lt;em&gt;www.atib.es&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Presencialment. L'assistent de tramitació genera un model 046 a través del web de l'ATIB per presentar-lo a una oficina bancària i fer la liquidació a les entitats col·laboradores. Posteriorment, el justificant de pagament s'ha d'adjuntar al tràmit telemàtic d'inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Si la inscripció és presencial, el pagament s'ha de fer abans d'inscriure's a les proves a través del web de l'ATIB. En aquest cas també hi ha dues opcions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Pagament telemàtic mitjançant targeta bancària o banca electrònica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Pagament presencial. En el web de l'ATIB es pot generar un model 046 per presentar-lo a una oficina bancària i fer la liquidació a les entitats col·laboradores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; El pagament de les taxes d'inscripció s'ha de fer, necessàriament, dins el termini d'inscripció previst en el primer punt de la base tercera. S'entén que les persones que hagin presentat una sol·licitud i que no facin el pagament dins aquest termini desisteixen de la sol·licitud i, per tant, quedaran excloses de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; La situació que es declari en la sol·licitud és la que es tindrà en compte per calcular l'import de la taxa. En el cas que una persona hagi declarat una situació de bonificació o exempció i no quedi acreditada degudament, constarà com a exclosa. No es pot abonar la diferència ni durant el termini d'inscripció ni una vegada acabat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;El pagament de la taxa no suposa la inscripció a les proves. Perquè aquesta sigui vàlida s'ha de generar un justificant de registre o un justificant d'inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quarta. Inscripció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Inscripció telemàtica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Per poder autenticar-se en el tràmit telemàtic i signar electrònicament la sol·licitud d'inscripció és necessari disposar de certificat digital o DNI electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; La inscripció telemàtica s'ha de fer a través del tràmit telemàtic disponible a la Seu Electrònica de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears: &lt;em&gt;seuelectronica.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;: «Proves de llengua catalana» (òrgan: Direcció General de Cultura; codi DIR3: 3210514).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;També s'hi pot accedir a través del web del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt; (&lt;em&gt;https://www.caib.es/webgoib/institut-d-estudis-balearics &amp;gt; &lt;/em&gt;Inscripció a les proves).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;El tràmit telemàtic permet presentar la documentació necessària per formalitzar correctament la inscripció (vegeu el punt 3 d'aquesta base quarta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; No s'admetran les sol·licituds presentades mitjançant el Registre Electrònic Comú de l'Administració General de l'Estat o per qualsevol altra via.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Inscripció presencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La inscripció presencial es pot fer a les oficines del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català (c. d'Alfons el Magnànim, 29, 1r pis, porta&amp;nbsp;5, Palma) o a qualsevol oficina de registre d'una administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) S'ha de presentar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La sol·licitud correctament emplenada i signada, d'acord amb el model disponible al web del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català (&lt;em&gt;https://www.caib.es/webgoib/institut-d-estudis-balearics &amp;gt; &lt;/em&gt;Inscripció a les proves) i a la Seu Electrònica de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;seuelectronica.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— El justificant de pagament de la taxa corresponent (vegeu el punt 2.4 de la base tercera).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Si escau, la documentació que s'indica en el punt següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Si la persona interessada ja ha presentat en convocatòries anteriors de proves alguns dels documents requerits i encara no han caducat, aquests no s'han de presentar novament i en la sol·licitud d'inscripció s'ha d'indicar de quins documents es tracta i en quina convocatòria es van presentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; Una vegada que s'hagi rebut la documentació i s'hagi comprovat que és correcta, les persones interessades rebran una notificació amb el justificant d'inscripció com a comprovant de la formalització de la inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; No s'admetran les sol·licituds que es presentin mitjançant un formulari diferent del model normalitzat de sol·licitud d'inscripció a les proves de llengua catalana de la Direcció General de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A banda del formulari d'inscripció, si s'opta pel tràmit telemàtic, o de la sol·licitud d'inscripció, si s'opta pel tràmit presencial, les persones interessades poden haver de presentar altra documentació, segons el cas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Si escau, la documentació que acrediti alguna de les situacions que donen dret a la bonificació o exempció de la taxa, d'acord amb el punt 2.3 de la base tercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— En el cas de sol·licitar adaptació de les condicions de la prova per discapacitat, l'informe d'adaptació de la Direcció General d'Atenció a la Dependència (Servei de Valoració i Orientació de la Discapacitat i la Dependència) o còpia del document que acrediti que s'ha sol·licitat aquest informe d'adaptació. En aquest darrer cas, cal que l'informe es lliuri en el termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de l'acabament del període d'inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— En el cas de sol·licitar adaptació de les condicions de la prova per trastorn de la lectoescriptura (dislèxia) o trastorn per dèficit d'atenció (TDA), informe en què es reconegui aquesta condició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— En el cas d'inscriure's a les proves del certificat de llenguatge administratiu, com a mínim, el nivell C1 de llengua catalana, si no ha estat expedit per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística o la Direcció General de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Comprovació de les llistes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;En tot cas, les persones interessades han de consultar les relacions provisionals i definitives d'admesos i d'exclosos que s'esmenten en la base sisena, atès que tan sols es consideraran inscrites i tindran dret a examen les persones que apareguin com a admeses en les llistes definitives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Si la persona interessada no figura en les llistes provisionals d'admesos i d'exclosos, en el termini d'esmena haurà de presentar el justificant d'inscripció o de registre per acreditar que realment es va inscriure en el termini corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquena. Adaptació de les condicions de les proves&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Les persones que tenguin reconeguda legalment una discapacitat igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;% i vulguin sol·licitar l'adaptació de les condicions de la prova han de presentar un informe d'adaptació de la Direcció General d'Atenció a la Dependència. Aquest document s'ha de sol·licitar en una de les delegacions del Servei de Valoració i Orientació de la Discapacitat i la Dependència i del Servei d'Atenció a la Discapacitat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Eivissa: carrer del Bisbe Abad y Lasierra, 47.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En cas contrari, les persones que hagin sol·licitat adaptació de les condicions de la prova constaran com a inscrites, però el tribunal no atendrà la petició d'adaptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setena. Devolució de les taxes d'inscripció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Únicament es pot sol·licitar la devolució de la taxa d'inscripció quan no s'hagi pogut formalitzar la matrícula per una causa imputable a l'Administració. La devolució de la taxa s'ha de sol·licitar a la Direcció General de Cultura i s'ha de presentar la documentació acreditativa del pagament de la taxa. La sol·licitud es pot presentar presencialment o telemàticament mitjançant el tràmit habilitat a la Seu Electrònica de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;seuelectronica.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Una vegada presentada la sol·licitud d'inscripció i pagada la taxa, no s'admetrà cap document que doni dret a la reducció de la taxa i, per tant, no se'n farà cap devolució parcial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Desena. Organització de les proves&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Els tribunals s'han d'ajustar als calendaris establerts, tret que hi hagi causes de força major o imprevistes degudament justificades que ho impedeixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Les proves de la convocatòria de gener de 2026 es duran a terme a les localitats d'Eivissa, Formentera, Inca, Manacor, Maó i Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les proves de la convocatòria de maig de 2026 es faran a les localitats d'Eivissa, Formentera, Inca, Manacor, Ciutadella i Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els examinands han d'indicar en la sol·licitud el lloc on volen examinar-se. Les persones que no facin constar el lloc de la prova en la sol·licitud seran excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Les proves dels certificats dels nivells A2, B1, B2, C1 i C2 es duran a terme en dues jornades diferents. En la primera jornada s'avaluaran les àrees de comprensió escrita i comprensió oral, de domini pràctic del sistema lingüístic i d'expressió i interacció escrites. En la segona jornada s'avaluarà l'àrea d'expressió i interacció orals. Els horaris podran ser de matí o horabaixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Els examinands seran convocats per a cada prova (escrita i oral) en crida única. Els qui no hi compareguin seran exclosos de la prova. Aquest punt s'aplicarà sens perjudici del que estableix l'article 3.1 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Si el nombre de persones que s'hagin presentat a les proves escrites ho requereix, la Direcció General de Cultura es reserva el dret d'incrementar o de reduir les jornades previstes per a les proves orals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. En cap cas no es permetran canvis en l'hora i el lloc assignats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. Si algun examinand no pot comparèixer el dia i l'hora en què sigui convocat per fer la prova oral per raó d'una causa de força major degudament justificada, podrà sol·licitar que es reservi la nota de la prova escrita, en cas que sigui apte, per a la convocatòria següent, en la qual només serà convocat a la prova oral. En aquest cas, la persona interessada ho haurà de sol·licitar formalment, i s'haurà d'inscriure de nou a les proves i pagar la taxa corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per presentar la sol·licitud i justificar la causa de força major, es disposarà d'un termini de deu dies hàbils des de l'endemà de la publicació dels resultats provisionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Onzena. Desenvolupament de les proves&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Per accedir a les proves, els examinands s'han d'identificar. Els documents vàlids per identificar-se en el moment de la prova, que s'han de mostrar en suport físic, són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— DNI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Permís de conduir, expedit per la Direcció General de Trànsit &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— TIE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— NIE més passaport &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els examinands indocumentats o amb una documentació diferent no podran accedir a les aules i perdran el dret a examinar-se.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Durant les proves, es podrà requerir als aspirants que acreditin la seva identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Els examinands hauran d'observar en tot moment les instruccions dels membres de l'organització i del personal ajudant o responsable d'aula durant la celebració de les proves. Qualsevol alteració o conducta il·lícita en el desenvolupament normal de les proves per part d'algun examinand quedarà reflectida en la incidència corresponent, i aquesta persona no podrà continuar la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Abandonament de la prova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.1. Es considera que els examinands abandonen la prova en els casos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Signar la diligència d'abandonament en qualsevol moment de la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; No presentar-se a l'hora indicada a la crida de qualsevol àrea de què consta la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.2. L'abandonament de la prova suposa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La qualificació de no presentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; La pèrdua de la possibilitat de continuar fent-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; La pèrdua del dret a l'avaluació de cap àrea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; La pèrdua del dret a sol·licitar la revisió o la reclamació de la qualificació de la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Es considera frau durant el desenvolupament de la prova:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Tota comunicació entre els examinands.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt;) L'ús de documents no autoritzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; La suplantació de la personalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;L'ús de qualsevol aparell o dispositiu electrònic no permès.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El frau durant la prova serà motiu de pèrdua del dret a continuar-la i del dret a l'avaluació de cap àrea, i serà sancionat amb la qualificació de no apte, sens perjudici de la responsabilitat que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Només les persones que es presentin a les proves escrites, llevat dels examinands del certificat de llenguatge administratiu, seran convocades a la prova oral del nivell corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dotzena. Avaluació i correcció de les proves&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La captura òptica de les respostes de les àrees de comprensió oral i comprensió escrita i de domini pràctic del sistema lingüístic es du a terme per mitjans mecànics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. L'avaluació de les àrees d'expressió i interacció escrites i d'expressió i interacció orals és a càrrec dels membres del tribunal corresponent o de personal col·laborador del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català, en els termes que estableix l'article 16 del Decret 21/2019, de 15 de març, d'avaluació i certificació de coneixements de llengua catalana. El personal col·laborador actua sempre sota la direcció del tribunal i no intervé en la qualificació final.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. En el nivell A2 només es corregirà l'àrea 2, corresponent a expressió i interacció escrites, en el cas que s'hagi obtingut la puntuació mínima a l'àrea 1 (comprensió oral i lectora).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. En els nivells B1, B2, C1 i C2 únicament es corregirà l'àrea 3, corresponent a expressió i interacció escrites, en el cas que s'hagi obtingut la nota mínima a les àrees 1 (comprensió oral i lectora) i 2 (domini pràctic del sistema lingüístic).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. En el certificat de llenguatge administratiu només es corregirà l'àrea 2, corresponent a expressió escrita, en el cas que s'hagi obtingut la puntuació mínima en les àrees 1 i 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Posteriorment a la prova escrita de cada nivell es publicarà a la pàgina web del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català (&lt;em&gt;ieb.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;) el solucionari corresponent a l'àrea 1, en el cas del nivell A2; a les àrees 1 i 2, en el cas dels nivells B1, B2, C1 i C2, i a les àrees 1 i 3, en el cas del certificat de llenguatge administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tretzena. Publicació dels resultats provisionals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els resultats provisionals es publicaran en el tauler d'anuncis i en el web del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català (&lt;em&gt;ieb.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; i en la Seu Electrònica de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;seuelectronica.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;), d'acord amb els calendaris que figuren en la base vuitena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Catorzena. Revisió i vista de les proves&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En cas de ser no apte, es pot sol·licitar al tribunal la revisió i la vista de la prova en el termini de dos dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació dels resultats provisionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La sol·licitud es pot fer telemàticament mitjançant el tràmit habilitat a aquest efecte al web del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català (&lt;em&gt;ieb.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;) i a la Seu Electrònica de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;seuelectronica.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;També es pot fer presencialment a les oficines del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català (c. d'Alfons el Magnànim, 29, 1r pis, porta 5, Palma) o a qualsevol oficina de registre d'una administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;S'ha de presentar la sol·licitud correctament emplenada i signada, d'acord amb el model disponible al web del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català (&lt;em&gt;ieb.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;) i a la Seu Electrònica de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;seuelectronica.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. La revisió de la prova és un tràmit que du a terme el tribunal sense la presència ni la participació de l'examinand. El resultat de la revisió es dona a conèixer mitjançant la publicació dels resultats definitius en el web (&lt;em&gt;ieb.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;) i en el tauler d'anuncis de les oficines del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català, i en la Seu Electrònica (&lt;em&gt;seuelectronica.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;) a partir de les 15 hores del dia establert en el calendari de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. El tràmit de vista és el procediment que permet a l'examinand veure la seva prova i els fulls de correcció corresponents, una vegada revisada pel tribunal. Les persones que vulguin veure l'examen (tràmit de vista) ho han d'indicar expressament en la sol·licitud. Aquest tràmit es du a terme posteriorment a la publicació dels resultats definitius i consisteix en la tramesa per correu electrònic de la prova de l'examinand.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinzena. Publicació dels resultats definitius&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una vegada que els tribunals hagin atès les sol·licituds de revisió i hagin aprovat els resultats definitius, es publicaran en el tauler d'anuncis i en el web del Servei de Formació i Certificació de Coneixements de Català (&lt;em&gt;ieb.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; i en la Seu Electrònica de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (&lt;em&gt;seuelectronica.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;), d'acord amb els calendaris de la base vuitena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setzena. Publicació de la relació d'aptes de les proves&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Un cop publicats els resultats definitius, la directora general de Cultura ordenarà la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, mitjançant una resolució, de la relació d'aptes definitiva de cada certificat d'acord amb els resultats aprovats pels tribunals, i s'expediran els certificats corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports en el termini &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dissetena. Constitució i funcionament dels tribunals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Sessions dels tribunals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els tribunals es poden constituir, convocar i dur a terme sessions de manera presencial i a distància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Constitució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1. La constitució dels tribunals ha de tenir lloc en els deu dies posteriors a la publicació de les relacions provisionals d'admesos i d'exclosos. El secretari ha de convocar a la sessió de constitució tots els membres, titulars i suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2. En la sessió de constitució, el president de cada tribunal ha de demanar als membres, titulars i suplents, que declarin si estan sotmesos a les circumstàncies previstes com a motiu d'abstenció en l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Els membres dels tribunals amb algun motiu d'abstenció han d'acreditar-ho documentalment en la mateixa sessió de constitució o bé dins els dos dies posteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.3. Els tribunals queden constituïts sempre que assisteixin a la sessió de constitució, com a mínim, el president, el secretari i un vocal titular, o els suplents corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4. En aquesta sessió, havent llegit les bases de la convocatòria, cada tribunal ha d'acordar les decisions que li corresponguin per garantir el desenvolupament correcte de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.5. Una vegada constituït el tribunal, el president ha de comunicar als membres, titulars o suplents, que per motius degudament justificats no hagin pogut assistir-hi que s'ha duit a terme l'acte de constitució del tribunal, del qual formen part excepte si estan sotmesos a les circumstàncies previstes en l'article 23 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;40/2015. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Nomenament de nous membres dels tribunals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.1. Quan el tribunal no estigui complet perquè algun membre ha perdut aquesta condició per alguna de les causes previstes en l'apartat anterior, la directora general de Cultura, abans de l'inici de les proves, ha de nomenar els nous membres titulars i suplents mitjançant una resolució que s'ha de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.2. Una vegada constituït el tribunal i nomenats, si cal, els nous membres, no se'n podrà modificar la composició durant el desenvolupament de les proves, tret del que preveu el punt següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.3. L'abstenció o la renúncia sobrevingudes d'un o diversos membres titulars dels tribunals constituïts, acceptades, si escau, per la directora general de Cultura, comportarà que siguin substituïts pels suplents corresponents. Si això no és possible, o si es considera necessari per al bon funcionament de les proves, la directora general de Cultura dictarà una resolució per nomenar els nous membres titulars i suplents fins que es completi el tribunal. Aquesta resolució es publicarà en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Funcions del president&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El president de cada tribunal té com a funció pròpia assegurar el compliment de les lleis i de les bases de la convocatòria, i garantir la regularitat de les deliberacions, les quals pot suspendre en qualsevol moment per causa justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Convocatòria dels tribunals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.1. La convocatòria del tribunal correspon al secretari i ha d'anar acompanyada de l'ordre del dia, que ha de fixar el president, el qual ha de tenir en compte, si ho considera procedent, les peticions dels altres membres formulades amb prou antelació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.2. No obstant això, els tribunals actuen vàlidament, encara que no s'hagin complert els requisits de la convocatòria, quan estiguin reunits tots els membres i ho acordin així per unanimitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5.3. Així mateix, quan el tribunal estigui reunit en la sessió corresponent, el secretari pot convocar-lo vàlidament, sense necessitat dels requisits esmentats en aquesta base, per a sessions successives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Majoria necessària per actuar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;A partir de la constitució dels tribunals, aquests, per actuar vàlidament, necessiten la presència del president, del secretari i d'un vocal. Els acords s'adopten per majoria dels assistents i el vot del president dirimeix els empats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. Actes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De cada sessió, el secretari del tribunal n'ha d'estendre una acta, en la qual han de constar les persones que hi han assistit, les circumstàncies de lloc i temps en què s'ha duit a terme, els punts principals de deliberació, la forma i el resultat de la votació, i el contingut dels acords.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Les actes de cada sessió s'han d'aprovar en la mateixa sessió o en la següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. Votacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Els membres dels tribunals poden fer constar en acta el seu vot contrari a l'acord adoptat, la seva abstenció i els motius que la justifiquen o el sentit del seu vot favorable. Qualsevol membre té dret a sol·licitar la transcripció íntegra de la seva intervenció o proposta, sempre que n'aporti una còpia escrita, que pot presentar en la mateixa sessió o en el termini que el president assenyali.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Divuitena. Els tribunals i l'organització de les proves&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La Direcció General de Cultura pot nomenar col·laboradors per a les tasques de vigilància, coordinació o altres de similars necessàries per al desenvolupament de les proves, d'acord amb l'article 2 del Decret 21/2019, de 15 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Quan en el personal col·laborador que participa en el procés de correcció de les proves hi concorrin les circumstàncies de l'article 23.2 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, aquestes persones han de comunicar-ho a l'autoritat que les ha nomenades i han d'abstenir-se d'intervenir en el procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Els tribunals han d'adoptar les mesures necessàries perquè els examinands amb alguna discapacitat reconeguda disposin de les mateixes possibilitats que la resta dels participants per fer els exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Els tribunals són responsables de l'objectivitat del procés d'avaluació i han de garantir que la correcció de les proves es dugui a terme sense que se sàpiga la identitat dels examinands. Els tribunals no han de qualificar les proves en què figurin noms, traços, marques o signes que permetin saber la identitat de l'examinand.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. La Direcció General de Cultura és responsable que es compleixin aquestes bases, inclosos els terminis per dur a terme i valorar les proves i per publicar-ne els resultats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Els tribunals han de resoldre tots els dubtes i incidències que puguin sorgir en relació amb els exercicis de les proves. Contra les decisions dels tribunals es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el director general de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. Correspon al director general de Cultura resoldre els dubtes o incidències en relació amb l'aplicació d'aquestes bases o els casos que no s'hi preveuen. Contra aquestes decisions es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. Des del moment de la constitució dels tribunals i mentre duri el procés d'avaluació, correspon al secretari, amb el suport de la Direcció General de Cultura, la custòdia de la documentació del tribunal i de tot el material de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. Una vegada acabat el procés d'avaluació, després del tràmit de revisió de les proves, els tribunals han de lliurar a la Direcció General de Cultura totes les actes de les sessions i la resta de documentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. A l'efecte de comunicacions i per a la resta d'incidències, els tribunals tenen la seu a &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;les oficines del &lt;/span&gt;carrer d'Alfons el Magnànim, 29, 1r pis, porta 5 (07004&amp;nbsp;Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11. Els membres dels tribunals i els col·laboradors que participin en l'organització i la correcció de les proves percebran les dietes i les indemnitzacions que els corresponguin legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dinovena. Expedició dels certificats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
