    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es fa públic per a general coneixement que en data 02.10.2025 la Batlessa de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Sant Lluís ha dictat la següent Resolució de Batlia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«Mitjançant Resolució d&amp;apos;Alcaldia núm. 831, de data 20.06.2023, es van nomenar els regidors/es que havien de formar part de la Junta de Govern Local, i al mateix temps, es procedí al nomenament dels Tinents/es de Batlia; posteriorment, mitjançant Resolució núm. 763 de data 13.06.2025 es procedí a modificar, tant la composició de la Junta com el Tinents/es de Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el Ple del passat mes de setembre es va fer efectiva la dimissió del segon Tinent de Batlia, Alberto Herrán de Viu, situació que comporta la conveniència de designar nou integrant de la Junta de Govern Local i Tinent/a de Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat al previst als articles 20 i 23 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, de Bases de règim local, i els articles 22 i 23 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, Municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Deixar sense efecte el nomenament del Sr. Alberto Herrán de Viu com a membre de la Junta de Govern Local i com a segon Tinent de Batlia, nomenaments efectuats mitjançant Resolució d&amp;apos;Alcaldia núm. 831, de data 20.06.2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.-&lt;/strong&gt; Deixar sense efecte el nomenament del regidor Jorge de Diego Capellán, efectuat mitjançant Resolució d&amp;apos;Alcaldia núm. 831, de data 20.06.2023, com a tercer Tinent de Batlia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Nomenar membre de la Junta de Govern Local a la Sra. Chiara Berini Re&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.- &lt;/strong&gt;Nomenar Tinents/es de Batlia als següents membres de la Junta de Govern Local:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Sr. Jorge de Diego Capellán, segon Tinent de Batlia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Sra. Chiara Berini Re, tercera Tinenta de Batlia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.-&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar aquesta Resolució al Sr. De Diego i a la Sra. Berini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè.-&lt;/strong&gt; Els nomenaments seran efectius a partir del següent al de la signatura de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vuitè.-&lt;/strong&gt; Donar compte de la present Resolució al Ple en la primera sessió que celebri.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
