Resolució del conseller d&amp;apos;Hisenda i Funció Pública, de 20 de febrer de 2025 s&amp;apos;aproven les bases generals que han de regir els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari i laboral de l&amp;apos;Administració Especial de l&amp;apos;oferta d&amp;apos;ocupació pública corresponent a l&amp;apos;exercici 2025 del Consell de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 25, de 25 de febrer de 2025; BOIB núm. 115, de 30 d&amp;apos;agost de 2025), va incloure entre d&amp;apos;altres les places següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Grup o subgrup segons el RDL 5/2015: A2. Classificació: Escala d&amp;apos;administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe de tècnic mitjà. Nombre de vacants: 1. Denominació: Enginyer-a tècnic-a d&amp;apos;obres públiques (ETOP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Resolució del conseller d&amp;apos;Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública, de 5 de setembre de 2025, va aprovar la designació membres dels Tribunals Qualificadors que han de regir els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari de l&amp;apos;Administració Especial de l&amp;apos;oferta d&amp;apos;ocupació pública corresponent a l&amp;apos;exercici 2025 del Consell de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 122, de 13 de setembre de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. En la Resolució citada al punt anterior, s&amp;apos;ha detectat una errada material, en relació amb la denominació de la categoria d&amp;apos;ETOP, que cal esmenar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Correspon al conseller executiu o consellera executiva d&amp;apos;Hisenda i Funció Pública l&amp;apos;adopció de la resolució de rectificació d&amp;apos;errades de les resolucions d&amp;apos;aprovació de les bases específiques, els temaris i les convocatòries que han de regir els processos selectius, per delegació del Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, segons acord d&amp;apos;aquest òrgan adoptat en sessió ordinària de 28 de setembre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 128, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Rectificar les errades de la Resolució del conseller executiu d&amp;apos;Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública de 5 de setembre de 2025 (BOIB núm. 122, de 13 de setembre de 2025)&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;mitjançant la qual es designen els membres dels Tribunals Qualificadors que han de regir els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari de l&amp;apos;Administració Especial de l&amp;apos;oferta d&amp;apos;ocupació pública corresponent a l&amp;apos;exercici 2025 del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Ordenar la publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs&amp;nbsp;d&amp;apos;alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d&amp;apos;aquest recurs d&amp;apos;alçada podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d&amp;apos;alçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d&amp;apos;alçada i no n&amp;apos;heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s&amp;apos;entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps. No obstant l&amp;apos;anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú.
