56432 2025-10-04 56433 ca ![CDATA[Correcció d’errades a la publicació de la Resolució del conseller d’Educació i Universitats, a proposta del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats sobre l’establiment dels concerts educatius per al curs escolar 2024-2025]] 706462 CAIB text/html 2025-10-01 CAIB 350 699037 ca ![CDATA[<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Fets</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1.&nbsp;En el BOIB núm. 120, de 12 de setembre de 2024, es va publicar la Resolució del conseller d&apos;Educació i Universitats, a proposta del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats sobre l&apos;establiment dels concerts educatius per al curs escolar 2024-2025.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. S&apos;ha advertit una errada material a l&apos;annex 1 d&apos;aquesta Resolució referent a les unitats concertades al CC Sa Real (codi 07001344) del municipi d&apos;Eivissa. L&apos;errada prové que el CC Sa Real tenia concertades 4,5 unitats de batxillerat a partir del curs 2023-2024, i per necessitats d&apos;escolarització, se li va incrementar el concert de 0,5 unitat de batxillerat, per tant, va passar de 4,5 a 5 unitats concertades de batxillerat per al curs 2024-2025. Aquest canvi es va reflectir a la caràtula del centre per al curs 2024-2025 però no figura als annexos de la Resolució del conseller d&apos;Educació i Universitats esmentada al punt anterior, quan si hi hauria d&apos;estar atès que suposa una modificació de les unitats concertades respecte al curs anterior. Aquesta errada s&apos;ha de corregir tant a la versió catalana com a la castellana de la Resolució.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. La Llei 39/2015, d&apos;1 d&apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (BOE núm. 236, de 2 d&apos;octubre de 2015); en concret, l&apos;article 109.2 d&apos;aquesta norma, el qual estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d&apos;ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes, i que la competència per dictar aquesta resolució correspon al mateix òrgan que va dictar la resolució que s&apos;esmena.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. El Decret 59/2022, de 27 de desembre, pel qual s&apos;estableixen les normes que han de regir les convocatòries per a l&apos;establiment i la renovació dels concerts educatius a partir del curs acadèmic 2023-2024 (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">3.
