&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar inicialment la modificació de la plantilla de personal d&amp;apos;aquest Ajuntament de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Durant aquest termini les persones interessades podran examinar l&amp;apos;expedient i presentar les reclamacions que estimin pertinents. Transcorregut aquest termini, si no s&amp;apos;han presentat al·legacions, s&amp;apos;entendrà elevat a definitiu aquest acord d&amp;apos;aprovació inicial i entrarà en vigor una vegada s&amp;apos;hagi complert allò que disposa l&amp;apos;article 112.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, reguladora de les bases del Règim Local, i també l&amp;apos;article 169 del Text Refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, aprovat per RD Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquest Acord estarà exposat al públic durant quinze dies, en compliment d&amp;apos;allò indicat a l&amp;apos;article 169 i següents del Real Decret Legislatiu 2/2004,de 5 de març, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals. En el supòsit que no sigui presentada cap reclamació l&amp;apos;acord d&amp;apos;aprovació inicial serà elevat a definitiu, sense necessitat d&amp;apos;adoptar un nou acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
