&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La Gerència de la Fundació Bit, va iniciar un procés de selecció per a l&amp;apos;Oferta Pública Ordinària 2023 per a contractar amb contracte indefinit a temps parcial, torn lliure, un/a teleoperador/a, per concurs oposició amb la publicació en el BOIB de les bases específiques del procés de selecció el 13 de maig de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. D&amp;apos;acord amb les bases específiques es va desenvolupar el procés selectiu i la Comissió de Selecció va publicar la llista definitiva amb la puntuació de l&amp;apos;oposició i dels mèrits al·legats el 24 de setembre de 2025. Una vegada finalitzat el procés de selecció, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El termini per a la formalització del contracte laboral i per a la incorporació efectiva al lloc de treball s&amp;apos;inicia l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació en el BOIB i serà de cinc dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;ordre jurisdiccional social és el competent per resoldre les controvèrsies derivades d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució, d&amp;apos;acord amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d&amp;apos;octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que s&amp;apos;hi pugui interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni cap reclamació prèvia a la via judicial social, sense perjudici que s&amp;apos;hi pugui presentar una reclamació davant l&amp;apos;òrgan que dicta aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
