    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En compliment del que disposa la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental, se&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;sotmeten a informació pública el projecte i el corresponent estudi d'impacte ambiental,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;promoguts per l'entitat Mossa D'Amunt SA, per la captació d'aigües subterrànies per a un ús de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;reguiu i domèstic a partir d'un sondeig situat (coordenades d'ubicació: X: 490734.0; Y:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4411625.0) situat a la parcel·la 30 del polígon 2 del terme municipal d'Escorca (Mallorca).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Segons el projecte presentat les característiques principals de l'aprofitament seran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El projecte està sotmès a avaluació d'impacte ambiental ordinària per tractar-se d'un sondeig&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d'uns 500 m de profunditat, per tant, està inclòs a Annex I, grup 2, punt 4. c) 4. «Perforacions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;profundes, entenent com a tals les superiors a 400 m, excepte les perforacions per investigar&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;l'estabilitat dels sòls, en particular: c) Perforacions per al proveïment d'aigua» del Decret&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Legislatiu 1/2020, de 28 d'agost, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei d'avaluació ambiental&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de les Illes Balears, per tant, s'ha de seguir la tramitació d'una avaluació d'impacte ambiental&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ordinària prevista a l'article 45 de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vegada admès a tràmit l'expedient, se sotmet aquest a exposició pública durant un termini&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de 30 dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest anunci al Butlletí Oficial&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i a la seu electrònica de la Direcció General de Recursos Hídrics del&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Govern de les Illes Balears (portal de l'aigua:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
