Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;i en el tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis de la seu electrònica de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la present resolució/acord, que posa fi a la via administrativa, de conformitat amb els articles 112 i 114 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, podeu interposar un recurs de reposició davant del mateix òrgan que va dictar l&amp;apos;acte recorregut (llevat que es tracti d&amp;apos;un acte dictat per delegació en aquest cas correspondrà la resolució a l&amp;apos;òrgan delegant), en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador des del dia següent al de la recepció d&amp;apos;aquesta notificació/publicació, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També podeu interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la notificació/publicació d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 8.1, 25, 45 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa. Si optau per interposar el recurs de reposició potestatiu, no podreu interposar recurs contenciós-administratiu fins que aquell no sigui resolt expressament o s&amp;apos;hagi produït la seva desestimació per silenci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició, la qual es produirà si transcorre un mes sense que no s&amp;apos;hagi dictat i notificat una resolució expressa sobre el recurs presentat, podeu interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de sis mesos comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que estimi procedent.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
