    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Ple de la Corporació celebrat, el dia 25 de juny de 2025, en sessió ordinària es va acordar la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;proposta d'aprovació de la modificació dels membres de les Comissions Informatives permanents, i que diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Proposta d'aprovació de la modificació dels membres de les Comissions informatives permanents (E0196/2023/2608)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es dona compte de la proposta &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;d'aprovació de la modificació dels membres de les Comissions informatives permanents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, la qual va ser dictaminada favorablement a la comissió informativa ordinària de Comptes, Hisenda, Règim Intern, Cultura, Àrea Social Sanitària i Medi Ambient celebrada en data 19 de juny de 2025, i va ser aprovada per unanimitat (2 vots del grup ENTESA, 2 vots del grup PP i 2 vots del PSOE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPOSTA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E0196/2023/2608&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ASSUMPTE: &lt;/strong&gt;Modificació membres Comissions informatives permanents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que, d'acord amb l'article 124 del Real Decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, pel que s'aprova el reglament d'organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les Entitats locals (ROF) són comissions informatives permanents les que es constitueixen amb caràcter general, distribuint-se, entre elles les matèries que s'han de sotmetre al Ple. El seu número, denominació inicials, així com qualsevol variació de les mateixes durant el manament corporatiu, es decidirà mitjançant acord adoptat pel Ple a proposta de l'Alcalde o President, procurant, en el possible, la seva correspondència amb el número i la denominació de les grans àrees en que s'estructuren els serveis corporatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès el contingut de l'art. 125 del ROF sobre les regles a seguir en la determinació de la composició de les comissions informatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que el Ple municipal en sessió extraordinària del dia 6 de juliol de 2023 va aprovar la creació i composició de les comissions informatives permanents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que amb la incorporació del nou regidor del grup municipal del PP s'ha de modificar els membres del seu grup que han de formar part de les comissions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Comissió informativa permanent D'URBANISME I OBRES: Sr. Cristóbal Pons Sintes i Sr. Carlos Limon Pons, suplent Sr. Carlos Rotger Roca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Comissió informativa especial de COMPTES, que ho serà també d'HISENDA, RÈGIM INTERN, CULTURA, ÀREA SOCIAL I SANITÀRIA, MEDI AMBIENT i resta de matèries excepte obres i urbanisme: Sr. Carlos Limon Pons; suplent Sr. Cristóbal Pons Sintes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot l'exposat, com a Batle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PROPÒS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
