    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb el que estableixen els articles 17.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i 20.8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i 4.1 de la Resolució de 10 de desembre de 2015, de la Intervenció General de l'Administració de l'Estat, per la qual es regula el procés de registre i publicació de convocatòries de subvencions i ajudes en el Sistema Nacional de Publicitat de Subvencions (BOE núm. 299, de 15 de desembre de 2015), es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria d'ajudes per al manteniment i la recuperació dels béns culturals declarats Bé d'Interès Cultural (en endavant, BIC)/Monument i altres tipologies BIC que incloguin elements constructius destacats en alçària i en perill, en l'àmbit territorial de l'illa d'Eivissa per als anys 2025-2027:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;&lt;s&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/s&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és la concessió d'ajudes econòmiques per a la realització d'obres de conservació, recuperació i/o manteniment de BIC/Monuments i d'altres tipologies BIC que incloguin elements constructius destacats en alçària i en perill, a l'àmbit territorial de l'illa d'Eivissa, durant el termini comprès entre l'1 de gener de 2025 i el 30 de setembre de 2027, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Persones beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran sol·licitar aquestes ajudes econòmiques les persones físiques i jurídiques, públiques (ajuntaments) i privades, siguin o no propietàries dels béns culturals declarats BIC/Monument i altres tipologies BIC que incloguin elements constructius destacats en alçària i en perill, en l'àmbit territorial de l'illa d'Eivissa, que necessitin realitzar obres o intervencions per a la seua conservació, recuperació i/o manteniment dutes a terme durant el termini comprès entre l'1 de gener de 2025 i el 30 de setembre de 2027, ambdós inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Les persones sol·licitants formalitzaran la sol·licitud de la subvenció mitjançant instància segons el model que figura a les bases reguladores i amb la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les instàncies es dirigiran a la Presidència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i s'hauran d'acompanyar dels següents documents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si el/la sol·licitant és persona física: fotocòpia del DNI o, si escau, fotocòpies del passaport i NIE, o fotocòpia de la targeta de residència en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si el/la sol·licitant és persona jurídica: fotocòpia del NIF de l'entitat, fotocòpia de l'escriptura de constitució o dels estatuts de l'entitat degudament legalitzats, fotocòpia del document que atorga el poder de representació i fotocòpia del DNI o NIE del representant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si el/la sol·licitant és una entitat local: certificat, signat pel secretari o per la secretària de l'entitat local sol·licitant, en què s'acrediti que la persona que signa la sol·licitud exerceix la representació de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Document acreditatiu de la propietat del bé.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Autorització de la persona propietària per a la realització de les intervencions per a les quals se sol·licita l'ajuda quan la sol·licitant de l'ajuda no sigui la titular del bé, segons model normalitzat que figura a l'Annex 6 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Projecte o memòria tècnica de les obres que es pretenen realitzar (Annex 8), que constarà de :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Descripció dels elements o les parts en què es vol intervenir per al manteniment i/o la recuperació del bé.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les causes, els motius o la justificació de les obres o intervencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els materials dels quals estava fet originalment l'element o la part objecte d'intervenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Materials que s'utilitzaran en la intervenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Croquis de situació de l'immoble, amb la indicació del seu accés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plànol de l'immoble amb indicació dels llocs, els elements, els àmbits o les parts afectades per la intervenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotografies actuals de l'immoble i dels llocs en què es vol intervenir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Pla d'actuació arqueològica o estudi històric arqueològic realitzat, signat per tècnic competent, a excepció que l'activitat a realitzar consisteixi només que en una incidència epidèrmica sobre el bé (emblanquinats, eliminació de vegetació, etc.), en què no serà necessari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Pressupost del cost de l'activitat per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció, que contendrà la relació de les despeses que es volen afrontar, per a la qual se sol·licita l'ajuda, i dels ingressos previstos, tenint en compte que la quantitat total dels ingressos ha de coincidir amb la de les despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Declaració responsable de no trobar-se sotmès/esa a cap dels supòsits de prohibició per ser beneficiari de subvencions establerts a l'article 10 del TRLGS, en relació amb l'article 13 de la LGS, segons el model que figura a l'Annex 2 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Declaració responsable d'haver sol·licitat o no ajuda econòmica a altres entitats públiques o privades per dur a terme les mateixes actuacions de la present subvenció, segons el model que figura a l'Annex 3 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sol·licitud d'alta o de modificació com a creditor del Consell Insular d'Eivissa a efectes econòmics a nom de l'entitat sol·licitant, degudament emplenada, signada i segellada per l'entitat bancària. Aquesta sol·licitud o modificació es pot fer a través de la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es), i s'adreçarà directament a la Tresoreria d'aquest Consell. Només s'haurà de presentar si no consta al Consell o bé si s'ha produït alguna modificació en la que ja hi consta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Certificat en què consti que el/la sol·licitant es troba al corrent amb les seues obligacions tributàries amb la Seguretat Social, i amb la Hisenda Estatal i autonòmica i del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. No serà necessària la presentació d'aquests certificats si el/la sol·licitant autoritza el Consell Insular d'Eivissa a comprovar el compliment de les seues obligacions tributàries mitjançant la casella establerta a l'efecte en l'Annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb el que estableix el segon paràgraf de l'article 11.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del TRLGS, aquesta acreditació es pot substituir per la presentació d'una declaració responsable de la persona o l'entitat sol·licitant quan es tracti d'ajuts de quantia igual o inferior a 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De conformitat amb l'article 31.3 de la LGS, quan l'import de la despesa subvencionable superi les quanties de 40.000 € en contractes d'obres, o 15.000 € en contractes de subministrament o de serveis, el beneficiari ha de sol·licitar com a mínim tres ofertes de diferents proveïdors, amb caràcter previ a la contracció del compromís, llevat que per les especials característiques no hi hagi en el mercat un nombre suficient d'entitats que els realitzin, prestin o subministrin, o llevat que la despesa s'hagi fet amb anterioritat a la subvenció. L'elecció entre les ofertes presentades, que s'han d'aportar en la justificació, o, si escau, en la sol·licitud de subvenció, s'ha de fer de conformitat amb criteris d'eficiència i economia, i s'ha de justificar expressament en una memòria l'elecció quan no recaigui en la proposta econòmica més avantatjosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació mencionada en aquesta base s'hauran de presentar, dins el termini establert en la convocatòria, d'acord amb les següents indicacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els subjectes legalment previstos d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 14.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (LPAC), les hauran de presentar per mitjans electrònics en la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa a l'adreça seu.conselldeivissa.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les persones físiques, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 14.1 de la LPAC, poden presentar presencialment al registre d'entrada del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (avinguda d'Espanya, 49; tel. 971 195900), o en qualsevol altre registre i lloc dels que estableix l'article 16.4 de la LPAC, tot i que poden escollir també comunicar-se amb l'Administració pública per mitjans electrònics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. Les persones sol·licitants que vulguin fer valer documents presentats amb anterioritat al Consell Insular d'Eivissa hauran d'indicar la data en què es varen presentar i sempre que no hi hagi hagut cap canvi i que no hagin transcorregut més de cinc anys des que es va presentar la documentació, de conformitat amb l'article 53.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.d &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la LPAC. Quan aquestos documents contenguin dades de caràcter personal, la persona sol·licitant haurà d'autoritzar expressament a l'òrgan gestor de la subvenció per a la seua utilització en aquesta convocatòria (Annex 7).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. Després de valorar les sol·licituds, el Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni donarà a conèixer una llista en què es requerirà a les persones o entitats interessades, si la sol·licitud no reuneix els requisits establerts en aquestes bases, que l'esmenin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta llista d'esmenes, que contendrà les dades identificatives de la persona o entitat sol·licitant i el detall de les esmenes a realitzar, es publicarà al tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica del Consell (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5. Si en el termini de deu dies hàbils la persona o entitat interessada no fa la rectificació reclamada o no presenta la documentació requerida, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa considerarà que desisteix de la seua petició, després d'haver pres la resolució pertinent, d'acord amb l'article 68.1 de la LPAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni dictarà aquesta resolució de desistiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6. L'òrgan instructor podrà requerir, en qualsevol moment de la tramitació de l'expedient, els documents complementaris que es considerin necessaris a l'efecte de garantir la inversió correcta dels recursos pressupostaris destinats a les ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Crèdits pressupostaris i quantia de les ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes ajudes estan dotades econòmicament al pressupost general d'aquesta corporació amb una quantitat màxima de 500.000 € del pressupost general que es distribuirà de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pressupost total màxim d'aquesta convocatòria és per import de 500.000 € i està condicionat a l'existència efectiva de fons en els exercicis 2026 i 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import màxim de les ajudes individuals concedides serà de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;150.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i, en tot cas, no podrà ser superior al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;95 % &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del pressupost total sol·licitat i previst per executar les obres de manteniment o de recuperació del bé.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Termini de presentació de les sol·licituds i publicitat de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un termini de presentació de les sol·licituds de vint-i-cinc (25) dies hàbils que s'inicia l'endemà de la data de publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
