&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Per Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 9 de febrer de 2024 s&amp;apos;inicià el procés unificat de selecció (BOIB núm. 21, de 13 de febrer de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els ajuntaments interessats, mitjançant sengles resolucions de batlia, varen delegar la competència per a l&amp;apos;execució del procés unificat de selecció per cobrir les places vacants de la categoria de policia dels cossos de policia local. Els ajuntaments delegants varen ser:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Artà (BOIB núm. 28, de 24 de febrer de 2024); Ciutadella (BOIB núm. 30, de 29 de febrer de 2024); Ferreries (BOIB núm. 32, de 5 de març de 2024); Lloseta (BOIB núm. 32, de 5 de març de 2024); Llubí (BOIB núm. 30, de 29 de febrer de 2024); Llucmajor (BOIB núm. 33, de 7 de març de 2024); Maó (BOIB núm. 29, de 27 de febrer de 2024); Muro (BOIB núm. 26, de 22 de febrer de 2024); Palma (BOIB núm. 26, de 22 de febrer de 2024); Pollença (BOIB núm. 33, de 7 de març de 2024); Sa Pobla (BOIB núm. 26, de 22 de febrer de 2024); Sant Antoni de Portmany (BOIB núm. 33, de 7 de març de 2024); Sencelles (BOIB núm. 30, de 29 de febrer de 2024); Sóller (BOIB núm. 23, de 23 de febrer de 2024); Son Servera (BOIB núm. 31, de 2 març de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Mitjançant la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 20 de març de 2024 es van aprovar la convocatòria, les bases, els temaris i els exercicis, i es designà el tribunal qualificador de les proves selectives del procés unificat esmentat (BOIB núm. 44, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024, modificat en BOIB núm. 46, de 6 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. La Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 8 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 133, de 10 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2024), aprovà la relació de persones aspirants que varen superar les proves selectives de la fase d&amp;apos;oposició i adjudicació de places del procés unificat per cobrir les places de la categoria de policia dels municipis d&amp;apos;Artà, Ciutadella, Ferreries, Lloseta, Llubí, Llucmajor, Maó, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sa Pobla, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sencelles, Sóller i Son Servera i que havien de ser nomenades personal funcionari en pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El 14 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2024 es va notificar als ajuntaments de d&amp;apos;Artà, Ciutadella, Ferreries, Lloseta, Llubí, Llucmajor, Maó, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sa Pobla, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sencelles, Sóller i Son Servera el nom dels aspirants que havien de superar la fase de pràctiques en aquests mateixos ajuntaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. El 28 de juliol de 2025, l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Artà va trametre a l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública l&amp;apos;informe del cap de policia corresponent a les puntuacions obtingudes per l&amp;apos;aspirant Antonia Fernández Rodríguez en el període de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. El 31 de juliol de 2025, l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública va remetre al Tribunal Qualificador l&amp;apos;informe esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. El 7 d&amp;apos;agost de 2025, l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Palma va trametre a l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública l&amp;apos;informe del cap de policia corresponent a les puntuacions obtingudes pels aspirants següents en el seu període de pràctiques: Cristòfol Pons Antich, Jessica García Martín, Roberto Subirats Durazzi i Laura Belda Beltrán.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. El 19 d&amp;apos;agost de 2025, l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública va remetre al Tribunal Qualificador l&amp;apos;informe esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. El 17 de setembre de 2025, el Tribunal Qualificador va remetre a l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública acta de la sessió 90-2025, de 21 d&amp;apos;agost, en la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la llista definitiva de persones aspirants declarades aptes de la fase de pràctiques dels ajuntaments d&amp;apos;Artà i de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La Llei 4/2013, de 17 de juliol, de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, i el Decret 28/2015, de 30 d&amp;apos;abril, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament marc de les policies locals de les Illes Balears, que regeix aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- El Decret 40/2019, de 24 de maig, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el reglament marc de coordinació de les policies locals de les Illes Balears es modifica el decret 55/2017. de 15 de desembre, del fons de seguretat pública de les Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La Resolució de la consellera de Presidència, Funció Pública i Igualtat de 20 de març de 2024 es van aprovar la convocatòria, les bases, els temaris i els exercicis, i es designà el tribunal qualificador de les proves selectives del procés unificat de l&amp;apos;any 2023 per cobrir diverses places de la categoria de policia dels municipis d&amp;apos;Artà, Ciutadella, Ferreries, Lloseta, Llubí, Llucmajor, Maó, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sa Pobla, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sencelles, Sóller i Son Servera, publicat al BOIB núm. 44, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024, modificat en BOIB núm. 46, de 6 d&amp;apos;abril de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Els acords de delegació de competències a l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública per a l&amp;apos;execució del procediment selectiu per cobrir les vacants de la categoria de policia dels cossos de la Policia local, adoptats pels ajuntaments següents i publicats en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 80px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Son Servera (BOIB núm. 31, de 2 març de 2024)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, vistes les propostes del Tribunal Qualificador de data 21 d&amp;apos;agost de 2025, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Aprovar la relació definitiva d&amp;apos;aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu, inclòs el període de pràctiques, del procés especial unificat per cobrir les places de la categoria de policia dels ajuntaments d&amp;apos;Artà, Ciutadella, Ferreries, Lloseta, Llubí, Llucmajor, Maó, Muro, Palma, Pollença, Sa Pobla, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Sencelles, Sóller i Son Servera, que ha de ser nomenats funcionaris de carrera pels ajuntaments respectius. Aquesta relació queda aprovada en els termes que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant els batles dels ajuntaments delegants, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes comptador a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà que s&amp;apos;hagi publicat la Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. Ara bé, com a conseqüència de la delegació de competències efectuades pels ajuntaments, aquests recursos es podran presentar al registre de la conselleria de Presidència i Administracions públiques, dirigits a l&amp;apos;Escola Balear d&amp;apos;Administració Pública, competents per resoldre&amp;apos;ls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;També es pot interposar un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà que s&amp;apos;hagi publicat aquesta Resolució, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
