&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L'anunci de la interposició del recurs pel Procurador GONZALO BERNAL GARCIA, en nom i representació de l'ENTITAT LOCAL DE PALMANYOLA, contra l'Acord de data 22/05/2025, adoptat en sessió celebrada pel Ple de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola, consistent en l'aprovació definitiva del Pressupost General de l'Ajuntament de Bunyola Plantilla de personal per a l'exercici 2025, -on s'acorda desestimar les al·legacions presentades per l'Entitat Local Menor de Palmanyola de 6 de maig de 2025 contra l'aprovació inicial del pressupost de Bunyola de l'exercici 025, publicada al Boib núm. 45, de data 12 d'abril de 2025, on es quantifica l'assignació anual a l'Entitat Local Menor de Palmanyola per import de 518.000 euros- i l'aprovació definitiva dels quals va ser publicada en el BOIB núm. 67, de data 27 de maig de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Lliurar l'ofici corresponent per a la seva publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
