CAIB ca CAIB ca 2025-09-18 705977 53963 2025-09-20 text/html CAIB 330 656577 2025-09-20 53963 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">La Regidora d'Hisenda, Funció Pública i Govern Interior, per resolució núm. 21080, de 12 de setembre de 2025<span style="background-color:white">, ha dictat el següent: </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>PRIMER.- </strong>Aprovar, d'acord amb les bases específiques del procés selectiu<strong> </strong>pel sistema de concurs oposició, pel torn lliure, per cobrir 5 places d'Inspector/a de comerç, consum i mercats, vacants a la plantilla de personal funcionari d'aquest Ajuntament, pertanyents a l'escala d'Administració Especial, subescala serveis especials, classe comeses especials, grup C, subgrup C1, dotades pressupostàriament, d'elles 3 places corresponents a la taxa de reposició de l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2020 i 2 places corresponents a la taxa de reposició de l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'any 2022 (convocatòria publicada al BOIB núm. 161, de 25 de novembre de 2023), la composició del borsí amb indicació de totes les persones integrants, l'ordre de prelació i la puntuació obtinguda, i que figura a l'annex I d'aquesta resolució.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGON.- </strong>Requerir als aspirants perquè acreditin, quan siguin cridats per ser nomenats com a personal funcionari interí, el compliment dels requisits que preveu la convocatòria. En cas que l'aspirant, en aquest moment, no pugui acreditar-los, no podrà ser nomenat i quedarà exclòs de la borsa, sense perjudici de les responsabilitats administratives o penal que se'n puguin derivar.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER.- </strong>Publicar aquesta resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, a la Seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Palma i a la seva pàgina web.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposició de recursos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovada, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
