&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;El Decret 9/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es disposa el nomenament del titular de la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats, senyor Antoni Vera Alemany, amb efectes des de la seva publicació en el&lt;em&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB núm. 94, de 10 de juliol de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;L'article 20 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que és personal eventual el que, en virtut d'un nomenament legal, ocupa, amb caràcter temporal, llocs de feina considerats de confiança o d'assessorament especial de la Presidència o dels consellers o conselleres, no reservats a funcionaris de carrera, i que el president o presidenta i els consellers o conselleres nomenen lliurement el seu personal eventual, i que els nomenaments s'han de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Nomenar el senyor José Luis Bonet Mateu , personal eventual de la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats, per ocupar el lloc de feina d'adjunt al cap de Premsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Disposar que aquest nomenament té efectes des del 20 de setembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
