    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès que el Reglament intern de l'IME preveu la concessió d'ajuts a la investigació mitjançant convocatòria pública, d'acord amb el que s'especifica en els seus articles 14, 15 i 16.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès el pla estratègic de subvencions de l'IME per a l'any 2025, que estableix que els objectius generals de les línies de subvenció de l'Institut són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aprofundir en el coneixement i generar-ne de nou sobre qualsevol aspecte relacionat amb Menorca, sigui patrimoni cultural o natural, passat o present.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Diversificar els perfils dels investigadors, des de la recerca a batxillerat a investigadors consolidats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Promoure millores en la qualitat de vida amb relació al nostre entorn social, cultural i natural a través del foment de la investigació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fomentar l'accés de la població als resultats de la recerca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pel que fa als objectius específics dels ajuts d'investigació preveu que s'estableixin dues línies d'ajuts indicant els objectius i els efectes previstos en cada cas, en els següents termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línia 2: Ajuts a investigadors consolidats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Objectius específics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línia 1: Augmentar les oportunitats d'investigadors novells a desenvolupar recerca científica a través de projectes relacionats, directament o indirectament, amb Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línia 2: Impulsar la recerca relacionada amb Menorca en tots els àmbits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Efectes previstos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línia 1: Augment del nombre de joves investigadors interessats i actius en la recerca científica a Menorca, des de Menorca i per Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Línia 2: Augment del coneixement sobre Menorca en qualsevol àmbit de coneixement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per complir aquests objectius s'ha optat per utilitzar les mateixes bases dels ajuts a la investigació de l'IME elaborades per a la convocatòria corresponent de l'any 2024, aprovades pel Consell Rector en data de 7 de març de 2024, publicades al BOIB núm.56, de 27 d'abril de 2024, d'acord amb les directrius del pla estratègic, preveient-se que el termini per a la realització dels estudis d'investigació tengui caràcter pluriennal (anys 2025-2026);&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vist l'acord del Consell Científic de l'IME de data 28 de maig de 2025;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per unanimitat del set membres assistents del Consell Rector, s'aprova el següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acord&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar la convocatòria corresponent a l'any 2025, que es regirà per les bases aprovades el 7 de març de 2024 pel Consell Rector (BOIB 56, de 27 d'abril de 2024), d'acord amb les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Import global màxim dels ajuts i crèdit pressupostari: Les ajudes concedides seran ateses amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 4630-7800000 dels exercicis pressupostaris dels anys 2025 i 2026, tal i com s'indica a continuació, amb els respectius imports màxims. Aquests imports únicament podran ampliar-se en el supòsit d'aportacions expresses de tercers per contribuir al finançament de l'objecte de la convocatòria i que s'hagin concretat posteriorment a la seva aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* o posteriorment si s'autoritzen les pròrrogues&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'import individual màxim de les ajudes que es concedeixin serà de 4.500 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas que per a una línia no s'esgoti la consignació pressupostària, la quantitat sobrant s'assignarà, a projectes de l'altra línia seguint l'ordre de puntuació atorgada, sense que pugui superar la quantitat sol·licitada ni l'import màxim per sol·licitud establert per a la línia corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Termini de presentació de sol·licituds: 30 dies naturals comptats a partir de l'endemà a la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.-&lt;/strong&gt; La instrucció de l'expedient correspondrà al tècnic de gestió de l'Institut Menorquí d'Estudis, Marc Serena Espeitx. En el cas d'absència, el tècnic de gestió de l'IME Elies Coll Moll, el podrà substituir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt;- Per eficiència i economia en el procediment, es determina delegar en la coordinadora científica els actes de pròrroga i de les bestretes no sol·licitades inicialment per a la correcta i àgil gestió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.- &lt;/strong&gt;D'acord amb el previst a les bases la Comissió avaluadora està formada pels membres del Consell Científic, la composició del qual es fa pública a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Sr. Josep Maria Quintana Petrus, president del Consell Científic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
