2025-09-13 ca ![CDATA[Requeriment per a la retirada de vehicles abandonats a la via pública]] CAIB 2025-09-11 CAIB 2025-09-13 CAIB 637244 705702 ![CDATA[<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">El Regidor Delegat del negociat de Governació de l&apos;Ajuntament de Sóller, mitjançant Decret de Batlia núm. 2250/2025, de dia 3 de setembre de 2025, ha acordat la següent resolució:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">«Atès l&apos;article segon de la Llei 11/1999 de 21 d&apos;abril, de modificació de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&apos;abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local, i altres mesures per al desenvolupament del Govern Local, en matèria de trànsit, circulació de vehicles de motor i seguretat viària i en matèria d&apos;aigües. Es presumirà racionalment l&apos;abandó d&apos;un vehicle quan transcorrin més de dos mesos des que hagi estat dipositat després de la seva retirada de la via pública per l&apos;autoritat competent. En aquest supòsit, i en aquells vehicles que, fins i tot tenint signes d&apos;abandó, mantinguin la placa de matriculació o disposin de qualsevol signe o marca visible que permeti la identificació del seu titular, es requerirà a aquest, una vegada transcorreguts els corresponents terminis, perquè en el termini de quinze dies retiri el vehicle del dipòsit, amb l&apos;advertiment que, en cas contrari, es procedirà al seu tractament com a residu sòlid urbà.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif;
