    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La selecció es regirà per les indicacions recollides en la present convocatòria i en la normativa d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La feina consisteix en dur a terme desenvolupaments involucrats en el projecte Escolta Activa sobre l'anàlisi de dades massives de destinacions turístiques. En concret, el desenvolupament de mòduls ETL (Extract – Transform – Load) amb Node.js i/o Python, l'ús d'eines com DBT i Airflow, la integració amb models de IA i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;machine learning&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, i el desenvolupament de dashboards per la presentació de dades estadístiques i simulacions. La persona treballadora s'integrarà dins els equips de desenvolupament de l'àrea de TIC Turisme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la categoria de facultatiu/va superior li correspon, sota la dependència del seu Director/a o Coordinador/a d'Unitat, Cap d'Àrea o Coordinador/a d'Equip, les funcions de direcció, programació, estudi, proposta, coordinació, gestió, control i inspecció, assessorament, representació i, en general, les de nivell superior pròpies de la professió que en cada cas correspon exercir a l'especialitat concreta. A l'especialitat de tecnologies de la informació i telecomunicacions: l'assessorament, la planificació, la programació i l'operació dels sistemes informàtics i de telecomunicacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ofereix un contracte laboral temporal, durant el procés de selecció o promoció per a la seva cobertura definitiva, grup de classificació A, categoria de Facultatiu/va Superior TIC, codi de la Relació de Llocs de Treball L03060044-02 i remuneració bruta anual de 34.882,74.-€ distribuït en dotze pagues, per a una jornada completa de 37,5 hores setmanals, de 08:00 a 15:30h, per a prestar serveis a l'àrea de TIC Turisme de la Fundació Bit al Parcbit de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També amb condicions laborals que afavoreixen la conciliació de la vida familiar i laboral, dies d'assumptes propis i la possibilitat d'adherir-se al Pla de Teletreball de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El procés de selecció es realitzarà mitjançant una oferta d'ocupació pública amb la publicació al BOIB i a la pàgina web de la Fundació Bit (https://www.fundaciobit.org/). Els candidats/es hauran de complir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nacionalitat espanyola o alguna altra d'acord amb l'article 57 de l'E.B.E.P.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir 16 anys d'edat complerts i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haver estat separat, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de qualsevol administració pública, o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes; ni trobar-se inhabilitat de forma absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per exercir funcions similars a les que complien, en el cas que haguessin estat separats, inhabilitats o acomiadats disciplinàriament. En el cas de ser de nacionalitat d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitats o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat i en els mateixos termes, a l'accés a un lloc de feina en una entitat del sector públic instrumental del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions de la categoria laboral en què s'inclou el lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar en possessió de la titulació de Llicenciatura o Grau en informàtica, o títols oficials universitaris equivalents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el termini màxim de dos mesos, comptadors des que acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la Comissió de Selecció aprovarà la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses al procés selectiu, amb expressió de la causa d'exclusió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants excloses o omeses disposen d'un termini de set dies naturals, comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, per esmenar el defecte o adjuntar el document que sigui preceptiu. Finalitzat el termini al qual es refereix el paràgraf anterior i esmenades, si escau, les sol·licituds, la Comissió de Selecció aprovarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió de Selecció, en qualsevol moment del procés, podrà sol·licitar a la persona candidata la presentació de la documentació original que justifiqui el compliment dels requisits i dels mèrits al·legats d'accés al lloc de treball. Només els candidats o candidates que compleixin amb els requisits passaran a la Fase 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase 2-Entrevista personal: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran les competències específiques que es requereixen per la realització de la feina: capacitat d'autoaprenentatge i iniciativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat serà d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase 3-Valoració dels mèrits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'obrirà un període de 7 dies naturals per a la presentació de la documentació justificativa dels mèrits que s'al·leguen. Només seran objecte de valoració els mèrits obtinguts amb anterioritat a la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds per a prendre part en el procés selectiu, que s'al·leguin a la fulla d'autobaremació i s'acreditin amb la documentació corresponent que s'ha de remetre: al registre electrònic general REG https://reg.redsara.es o qualsevol oficina de registre electrònic &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat serà de 9 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1 Mèrits professionals: Valoració de l'experiència professional prèvia, amb un màxim de 4 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Per cada mes treballat en la mateixa o superior categoria professional o especialitat: 0,04 punts per cada 30 dies de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'experiència laboral es justificarà amb:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informe de vida laboral que inclogui exclusivament les dades que s'hagin de meritar i expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social. S'haurà d'aportar un informe per cada empresa els dies del qual es pretenguin meritar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contracte de treball amb identificació de la categoria professional o certificat de l'ocupador amb la indicació de les tasques realitzades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al còmput dels mèrits professionals, s'agafarà el temps de treball assenyalat a l'Informe de Vida Laboral (sumant els períodes inferiors a 30 dies fins a completar els 30).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2 Coneixements superiors de català, màxim d'1 punt: nivell C1 (0,5 punts); nivell C2 o D (0,5 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els coneixements de català s'acreditaran mitjançant certificat, títol, diploma o equivalent, expedit o homologat per l'òrgan competent en matèria lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o equivalent. Quan s'al·leguin equivalències o homologacions de títols obtinguts o estudis cursats, aquesta circumstància deurà així mateix acreditar-se. En un altre cas no serà tinguda en compte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3 Formació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3.1 Valoració de formació reglada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran les titulacions acadèmiques oficials de nivell igual o superior a les exigides en la convocatòria i relacionades directament amb les funcions de la categoria professional i especialitat que són objecte de l'oferta. No s'han de valorar els títols acadèmics que han servit per obtenir la titulació acadèmica superior que ja s'ha valorat o que s'han presentat com a requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La formació reglada s'ha de valorar de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Títols acadèmics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada titulació de nivell MECES 4: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada titulació de nivell MECES 3: 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada titulació de nivell MECES 2: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Títols propis de postgrau (màster, especialista universitari, expert universitari i cursos d'actualització universitària), 0,01 punts per cada crèdit LRU o per cada 10 hores lectives i 0,025 per cada crèdit ECTS o per cada 25 hores, amb un màxim d'1,0 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat relatiu a estudis i títols és de 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3.2 Valoració de formació no reglada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valoren les accions formatives (cursos de formació i de perfeccionament, jornades, seminaris i congressos) relacionades directament amb les funcions de la categoria professional i especialitat que són objecte de l'oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La ponderació́ és la següent: s'atorgaran 0,1 per cada 10 hores lectives amb un màxim d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos amb el mateix contingut, només es valoraran una vegada i puntuarà̀ aquell que tingui més crèdits o més hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat relatiu a formació i perfeccionament serà d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos de formació relacionats amb les funcions i/o tasques d'aquest lloc de feina s'acreditaran mitjançant certificat corresponent amb indicació de contingut i el número de hores. No es valoraran els certificats que no indiquin el contingut formatiu ni les hores de durada ni aquells que corresponguin a assignatures d'una carrera universitària, els cursos de doctorat o els derivats de processos selectius. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió de Selecció de l'ens convocant aprovarà la llista provisional amb la puntuació de la fase d'oposició més la puntuació dels mèrits al·legats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per efectuar una reclamació, les persones interessades disposen d'un termini de set dies naturals des que es publiqui la llista provisional. Durant aquest tràmit no s'admet l'al·legació de nous mèrits no especificats a la declaració inicial. Les persones candidates hauran de fer servir: el registre electrònic general REG https://reg.redsara.es o qualsevol oficina de registre electrònic per fer les comunicacions a la Comissió de Selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comissió de Selecció disposa d'un termini de set dies per resoldre'n les reclamacions i publicar la llista definitiva amb l'ordre dels aspirants d'acord amb la puntuació de la fase d'oposició més la puntuació dels mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'empat en la puntuació final entre varies persones candidates, aquest s'ha de resoldre atenent els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La major puntuació d'experiència professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones víctimes de violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si persisteix finalment l'empat, s'ha de fer un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El vicepresident de l'ens dictarà una resolució per la qual s'aprova la llista definitiva de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu pel sistema de concurs oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona amb major puntuació serà requerida per la Comissió de Selecció per aportar els originals dels requisits i mèrits al·legats. Es declararà l'exclusió d'aquelles persones candidates que no presentin completa la documentació corresponent o no acreditin la possessió dels requisits exigits per les bases, tot això sense perjudici de la responsabilitat en què haguessin pogut incórrer les persones interessades per falsedat en la sol·licitud inicial. D'aquesta exclusió la Comissió farà una comunicació, podent el candidat en cas de desacord realitzar les al·legacions que estimi necessàries en el termini de dos dies hàbils. Així mateix, podrà ser exclòs/excloses quan en el cas de tenir concedida una compatibilitat anterior al procés pugui ser considerat com a incompatible per la Comissió, tret que la persona candidata obtingui una nova compatibilitat abans d'obtenir una plaça en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona amb una major puntuació serà la persona seleccionada. Es farà la reserva de dues persones que podran ser cridades si es produeix una baixa en aquest lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tota la informació del procés de selecció ( llistes provisionals, definitives,...) es publicaran a través de la web de la Fundació Bit &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.fundaciobit.org/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i en el tauler d'anuncis a les oficines de la Fundació Bit al ParcBit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre jurisdiccional social és el competent per resoldre les controvèrsies derivades d'aquestes bases, d'acord amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que s'hi pugui interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni cap reclamació prèvia a la via judicial social, sense perjudici que s'hi pugui presentar una reclamació davant l'òrgan que dicta aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
