&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm.112, de 23 d'agost de 2025 es va publicar la Resolució de la directora general de personal Docent i Centres Concertats per la qual s'autoritzen les hores de Psicòleg Educatiu als centres privats concertats de les Illes Balears que imparteixen educació secundària obligatòria, batxillerat i formació professional per al curs 2025-2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Posteriorment a la publicació de la Resolució s'han advertit una errada a l'Annex I de la Resolució, respecte la dotació d'hores del CC Virgen del Carmen. Aquesta errada s'ha de rectificar tant en la versió catalana com en la castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La Llei Orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació (BOE núm. 106, de 4 de maig) amb la redacció donada per la Llei orgànica 3/2020, de 29 de desembre, per la qual es modifica la Llei orgànica 2/2006, de 3 de maig, d'educació (BOE núm. 340, de 30 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La Llei 1/2022, de 8 de març, d'Educació de les Illes Balears (BOE núm. 136, de 8 de juny).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. La Llei 06/2025, de 23 de juliol, de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2025 (BOIB núm. 98, de 24 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. El Decret 59/2022, de 27 de desembre, pel qual s'estableixen les normes que han de regir les convocatòries per a l'establiment i la renovació dels concerts educatius a partir del curs acadèmic 2023-2024 (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. La Resolució del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats per la qual es convoca el procediment per a l'establiment, la renovació o la modificació dels concerts educatius per al curs acadèmic 2025-2026 (BOIB núm. 4, de 7 de gener&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. La Resolució del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats de 31 de maig de 2024 per la qual es modifica la Resolució del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats de 24 de gener de 2024 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria pública per formar una borsa d'aspirants a funcionaris interins docents amb la finalitat de cobrir, a totes les illes, vacants i substitucions de totes les especialitats o funcions a centres públics d'ensenyament no universitari dependents de la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats del Govern de les Illes Balears per al curs 2024-2025 (BOIB núm. 74, d'1 de juny).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. La Resolució del director general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats de 21 de juny de 2025 per la qual es determinen les hores de “Psicòleg Educatiu” als centres privats concertats de les Illes Balears que imparteixen educació secundària obligatòria, batxillerat i formació professional per al curs 2025-2026 i s'obre el termini per a la seva sol·licitud (BOIB núm. 79, de 21 de juny).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. La Resolució de la directora general de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats, per la qual s'obri un termini extraordinari per sol·licitar les hores de Psicòleg Educatiu als centres privats concertats de les Illes Balears que imparteixen educació secundària obligatòria, batxillerat i formació professional per al curs 2025-2026 (BOIB núm. 101, de 31 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;9. El Decret 6/2025, de 2 de juny, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 70, de 3 de juny) correspon a la Direcció General de Personal Docent i Centres Concertats la gestió dels centres concertats&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;10. La &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolució de la directora general de personal Docent i Centres Concertats per la qual s'autoritzen les hores de Psicòleg Educatiu als centres privats concertats de les Illes Balears que imparteixen educació secundària obligatòria, batxillerat i formació professional per al curs 2025-2026 (BOIB núm 112, de 23 d'agost de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Corregir l'errada advertida a l'Annex I de la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolució de la directora general de personal Docent i Centres Concertats per la qual s'autoritzen les hores de Psicòleg Educatiu als centres privats concertats de les Illes Balears que imparteixen educació secundària obligatòria, batxillerat i formació professional per al curs 2025-2026, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant el conseller d'Educació i Universitats &lt;/span&gt;en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà del dia en què es publiqui, d'acord amb els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
