&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES QUE HAN DE REGIR EL PROCEDIMENT SELECTIU PER CONSTITUIR UNA BORSA D'ENGINYERS INDUSTRIALS I D'ENGINYERS DE CAMINS, CANALS I PORTS, COM A PERSONAL FUNCIONARI INTERÍ DE L'AJUNTAMENT D'ARTÀ (CODI: ENGINYER2025)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és regular la selecció de personal funcionari interí, mitjançant concurs oposició, per crear una borsa de feina d'enginyers industrials i d'enginyers de camins, canals i ports per cobrir les necessitats relatives a les circumstàncies que permeten nomenar personal funcionari interí, segons allò que preveu l'article 10 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les característiques del lloc de treball són les següents: escala d'administració general, subescala tècnica superior, grup A, subgrup A1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les funcions a realitzar en el lloc de treball seran les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elaborar i executar el pla d'inversions del cicle integral de l'aigua del municipi d'Artà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Analitzar, proposar i planificar millores de la xarxa d'abastiment d'aigua potable amb la finalitat de millorar-ne el rendiment d'acord amb allò previst al PHIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aplicar i revisar el Pla de Gestió Sostenible de l'Aigua 2022-2027, així com realitzar el corresponent seguiment de l'execució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Executar i supervisar la documentació tècnica (projectes, plans, instal·lacions, esquemes, informes d'estat, etc.), necessària per a assegurar que es compta amb els procediments adequats i el compliment de la legislació vigent aplicable en matèria del cicle de l'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Participar en l'anàlisi dels procediments administratius del servei d'aigües i proposar millores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Revisar el projectes tècnics municipals en matèria de cicle de&amp;nbsp;l'aigua i executar-ne el seguiment i la direcció tècnica de les obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Col·laborar en la planificació, disseny i execució de campanyes de sensibilització i conscienciació a la ciutadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Controlar les actuacions i els criteris tècnico-sanitaris de qualitat de l'aigua de consum humà, així com la vigilància sanitària de les infraestructures municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzar d'informes, memòries i plans relacionats amb el cicle integral de l'aigua del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Digitalitzar i prestar assistència en l'automatització dels elements de les xarxes d'aigua del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta plaça està dotada amb el sou corresponent a la categoria esmentada, pagues extraordinàries i altres retribucions o emoluments que corresponguin d'acord amb la legislació vigent. La seva dedicació ha de ser la jornada completa de feina del personal funcionari d'aquesta corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Requisits de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants han de reunir, en la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per presentar sol·licituds, les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, sense perjudici del que disposa l'article 57 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;7/2007, de 12 d'abril, sobre l'accés a l'ocupació pública de nacionals d'altres estats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Tenir complerts els 16 anys en la data de la convocatòria i no excedir l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa per accedir a l'ocupació pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Estar en possessió de qualsevol de les llicenciatures següents o graus relacionats, o estar en condició d'obtenir-lo en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds de participació: enginyeria industrial o enginyeria de camins, canals i ports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No patir cap malaltia ni defecte físic o psíquic que impedeixi exercir les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No haver estat separat, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, de cap administració o ocupació pública, ni trobar-se inhabilitat, per sentència ferma, per complir funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;No estar sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat específica d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana corresponent al nivell C1. Aquesta acreditació es pot realitzar mitjançant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat o document expedit per l'EBAP o la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o qualsevol dels certificats o documents considerats equivalents per l'Administració d'acord amb la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no poder acreditar documentalment els coneixements corresponents, s'ha de realitzar una prova específica de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de prendre possessió de la plaça, la persona interessada ha de fer constar que no ocupa cap lloc de feina ni realitza cap activitat al sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep una pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. Si realitza alguna activitat privada, inclosa la de caràcter professional, ho ha de declarar en el termini de deu (10) dies naturals, per tal que la corporació acordi la declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per presentar sol·licituds és de deu (10) dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquestes bases en el BOIB. Les sol·licituds per participar en el procés selectiu s'han d'adreçar a la Batlia de l'Ajuntament d'Artà i s'han de presentar en el Registre General d'aquest Ajuntament o en qualsevol de les formes previstes a la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de gener. El model normalitzat de la sol·licitud estarà a disposició de les persones interessades a l'apartat “Convocatòries de selecció de personal” de la web municipal (www.arta.cat) a partir de l'obertura del termini de presentació i s'ha de lliurar al Registre General de l'Ajuntament d'Artà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admeses i, si escau, prendre part en aquest procés selectiu, les persones aspirants han de presentar la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sol·licitud (model normalitzat que està a disposició de les persones interessades en l'apartat “Convocatòries de selecció de personal” de la web municipal), on consta la declaració responsable de complir els requisits establerts a les bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocòpia del DNI o document que acrediti la nacionalitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocòpia del títol exigit per prendre part en aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocòpia del certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana corresponent a aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fotocòpia dels documents acreditatius dels mèrits a valorar en la fase de concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificant de pagament dels drets per participar en els processos de selecció de personal que regula l'Ordenança fiscal núm. 44, reguladora de la taxa per optar a les proves de selecció. L'import de la taxa és de 19,87 euros i el pagament s'ha de fer per transferència bancària al número de compte de CaixaBank ES48 2100 0105 2602 0000 2048 (BIC CAIXESBBXXX), i s'hi ha de fer constar el concepte següent: “Taxa ENGINYER2025 - nom complet de la persona aspirant”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de ser admeses per realitzar les proves no implica el reconeixement que les persones interessades compleixen els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria. Les persones que superin el procés selectiu han de presentar, prèviament al seu nomenament, la documentació acreditativa dels requisits generals que s'indiquen a la base segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les bases íntegres s'han de publicar també en el tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament. Els anuncis successius relatius a aquesta convocatòria s'han de publicar a la pàgina web i al tauler d'anuncis d'aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Admissió de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini per presentar sol·licituds, la Batlia ha de dictar una resolució per aprovar la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, la qual s'ha de publicar en el tauler d'anuncis i a la web de l'Ajuntament d'Artà (www.arta.cat), amb indicació de la causa d'exclusió, i s'ha de fixar un termini de cinc (5) dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació a la pàgina web, per esmenar el defecte o adjuntar el document que sigui preceptiu. En la mateixa resolució s'han de nomenar els membres titulars i suplents del tribunal qualificador, així com establir, en el seu cas, la data de la prova per acreditar el coneixement del Nivell C1 de llengua catalana, amb indicació del lloc, la data i l'hora d'inici de la prova prevista destinada a acreditar aquest requisit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini per presentar al·legacions i esmenar errors, la Batlia ha de dictar una resolució per aprovar la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses, que s'ha de publicar en els mateixos llocs indicats per a la resolució provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els anuncis successius, així com totes les notificacions i incidències produïdes durant el procés selectiu, s'han de publicar en el tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament d'Artà. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de figurar en la llista de persones admeses no suposa que es reconegui que es compleixen els requisits exigits en el procés selectiu. Per tant, si de la documentació presentada es desprèn que no es compleix algun dels requisits, la persona aspirant perdrà tots els drets que es puguin derivar de la participació en aquest procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Tribunal qualificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composició del tribunal qualificador s'ha d'ajustar als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres i, així mateix, s'ha de tendir a la paritat entre dones i homes. La pertinença als òrgans de selecció ha de ser sempre a títol individual i aquesta no es pot ostentar en representació o per compte de ningú altre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador ha d'estar constituït per un nombre imparell de membres, no inferior a tres, i s'ha de designar el mateix nombre de suplents. Ha de comptar amb un president o presidenta i amb un secretari o secretària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composició del tribunal ha de ser predominantment tècnica i els seus membres han d'estar en possessió d'una titulació o especialitat igual o superior a les exigides per accedir a la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no es pot constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència de la meitat dels seus membres, siguin titulars o suplents, entre els quals hi ha d'haver el secretari o secretària i el president o presidenta, o qui els substitueixi legalment. Tots els membres del tribunal tenen veu i vot i les seves decisions s'han d'adoptar per majoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Batlia ha de nomenar els membres del tribunal i els suplents, la qual cosa s'ha de publicar juntament amb la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del tribunal s'han d'abstenir de formar-ne part quan concorrin les circumstàncies previstes en els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, o si han realitzat tasques de preparació d'aspirants a proves selectives en els cinc anys anteriors a la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria, notificant-ho a l'autoritat competent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, les persones aspirants els poden recusar quan concorri alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en el paràgraf anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, el tribunal pot disposar de personal assessor especialista per a totes o algunes de les proves. Aquests assessors o assessores s'han de limitar a exercir les seves especialitats tècniques, en base a les quals han de col·laborar amb el tribunal, i han de tenir veu però no vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Inici i desenvolupament del procés selectiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants han de ser convocades per a cada exercici en crida única, excepte en els casos de força major, justificats degudament i apreciats lliurement pel tribunal. Aquest procés selectiu consta de dues fases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Fase 1. Oposició (70 punts) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'oposició constarà d'un sol exercici, de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori, i es qualificarà de 0 a 70 punts. Quedaran eliminades les persones aspirants que no arribin a un mínim de 35 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest exercici consisteix en realitzar un o diversos supòsits de caràcter pràctic proposats pel tribunal, relacionats amb el temari de l'Annex i amb els procediments, les tasques i les funcions habituals del lloc de treball a cobrir. Durant la realització d'aquest exercici, les persones aspirants poden fer ús de textos legals no comentats. La normativa a emprar es referirà a la vigent en el moment de finalitzar el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de participació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest exercici s'han de valorar, fonamentalment, la capacitat de raonament, la sistemàtica en el plantejament i la interpretació adequada de la normativa aplicable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini màxim per fer la prova és de 3 hores i s'ha de puntuar de 0 a 70 punts, essent eliminades les persones aspirants que no arribin a la puntuació mínima de 35 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Després de publicar la puntuació de la fase d'oposició en el tauler d'edictes i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament, les persones aspirants tenen un termini màxim de tres (3) dies hàbils per sol·licitar-ne la revisió o demanar audiència davant el tribunal. El lloc, la data i l'hora de la revisió, i la vista en cas que se sol·liciti, han de ser fixats pel tribunal, el qual ha de resoldre de manera motivada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat aquest termini sense que s'hagin presentat al·legacions o resoltes aquestes, s'ha de publicar el resultat definitiu de la prova i, també, el resultat definitiu de la fase d'oposició, la qual cosa donarà inici a la valoració dels mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Fase 2. Concurs o valoració de mèrits (30 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la fase de concurs, el tribunal qualificador només ha d'avaluar els mèrits al·legats i justificats per les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició. Aquesta fase no és eliminatòria i la puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La data màxima en la qual es tendran en compte els mèrits a valorar és la data límit de presentació de sol·licituds per participar en el procediment selectiu objecte de la present convocatòria, amb independència de la data de presentació de la documentació acreditativa dels mèrits aportats per part de les persones aspirants que hagin superat la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits s'han de valorar d'acord amb els criteris que es detallen a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1) Experiència professional &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat: 16 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats a l'Administració pública local i no local com a enginyer/a industrial o com a enginyer/a de camins, canals i ports en el grup A, subgrup A1: 0,3 punts per mes treballat a jornada completa, i en cas de períodes inferiors a un mes calculant la part proporcional sobre 30 dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els serveis prestats a l'Administració pública, local i no local, s'han d'acreditar mitjançant una certificació acreditativa dels serveis prestats expedida per l'entitat corresponent amb la indicació de la categoria professional i les dates d'alta i baixa, juntament amb un informe de la vida laboral expedit per la TGSS. La manca d'aportació de la vida laboral no és esmenable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serveis prestats dins l'àmbit de l'empresa privada per compte aliè amb funcions anàlogues a les del lloc de treball a cobrir, és a dir, amb les tasques i funcions detallades en el punt 1 d'aquestes bases (Objecte de la convocatòria): 0,1 punts per mes treballat a jornada completa, i en cas de períodes inferiors a un mes, calculant la part proporcional sobre 30 dies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els serveis prestats a l'empresa privada per compte aliè s'han d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació d'un certificat de l'empresa, amb indicació de la data d'alta i de baixa, categoria professional i tipus de contracte, indicant que s'han realitzat tasques i funcions de les detallades en el punt 1 d'aquestes bases (Objecte de la convocatòria): juntament amb un informe de la vida laboral actualitzat expedit per la TGSS. La manca d'aportació de la vida laboral no és esmenable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran els serveis prestats en qualitat de personal eventual o de confiança, de conformitat amb l'establert en l'article 20.4 de la Llei 3/2007 de 3 d'abril, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De no aportar-se tota la documentació, encara que sigui parcialment (manca de vida laboral, certificats o declaració jurada) no es valorarà aquest mèrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Titulacions acadèmiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 7,5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració d'aquest apartat es durà a terme d'acord amb el barem següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Doctorat: 4 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada grau universitari, llicenciatura o diplomatura (diferent a l'exigit com a requisit): 3 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Altres estudis de Postgrau (Màster universitari, Especialista Universitari o Expert Universitari): es puntuaran a raó de 0,025 punts per cada crèdit RLU (sistema de valoració dels ensenyaments introduït pel RLD 1497/1987, de 27 de novembre) o per cada 10 hores lectives, i a raó de 0,075 punts per cada crèdit ECTS (sistema europeu de transferència de crèdits) o per cada 25 hores lectives. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valoraran les titulacions relacionades amb les funcions pròpies de la categoria convocada, és a dir, amb les tasques i funcions detallades en el punt 1 d'aquestes bases (Objecte de la convocatòria). La persona opositora ha d'aportar documentació que acrediti el nombre exacte d'hores lectives dels estudis de postgrau o màster que al·leguin. En cas que al diploma no s'especifiqui el valor dels crèdits, els crèdits anteriors al Pla Bolonya es valoraran a 10 hores per crèdit i els crèdits ECTS a 25 hores per crèdit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la valoració de les titulacions, cal atenir-se al que disposa la taula d'equivalències del Ministeri d'Educació. La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es poden valorar els de nivells inferiors necessaris per obtenir-lo, excepte en el cas del títol de Doctor/a o estudis de màster, en què sí que es podrà valorar el grau, la llicenciatura, diplomatura o equivalent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Formació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat: 5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la categoria convocada, és a dir, amb les tasques i funcions detallades en el punt 1 d'aquestes bases (Objecte de la convocatòria). La valoració d'aquest criteri es du a terme d'acord amb el següent barem: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per universitats, escoles oficials de formació, escoles municipals de Formació, l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació contínua de les administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), Servei Públic d'Ocupació Estatal (SEPE) i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos poden tenir qualsevol durada. No són acumulatius els crèdits d'assistència i els d'aprofitament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'impartició es valora amb: 0,01 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'aprofitament es valora amb: 0,006 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'hora d'assistència es valora amb: 0,003 punts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el certificat no determina si ha estat amb aprofitament o assistència , es valorarà com d'assistència. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4) Coneixements de català &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquest apartat és de 1,5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits o reconeguts com a equivalents per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears. Només es computarà el nivell més alt acreditat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El certificat LA es pot acumular amb el nivell C2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació en cada cas serà: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat C2 o equivalent: 1 punt. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat LA o equivalent: 0,50 punt &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els coneixements de llengua catalana únicament s'han de puntuar en aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Publicació de les valoracions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el tribunal ha de publicar una llista de les puntuacions obtingudes per les persones aspirants, amb indicació del número de DNI, en el tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament d'Artà (www.arta.cat). Aquesta llista s'ha de publicar per ordre de major a menor puntuació total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres (3) dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista, per al·legar les rectificacions pertinents sobre la valoració provisional dels mèrits del concurs. En cas que no hi hagi rectificacions dins el termini establert a aquest efecte, la llista ha d'esdevenir definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de prelació en la borsa s'ha de determinar per la suma de la puntuació obtinguda en la fase d'oposició més la puntuació obtinguda en la valoració de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de puntuacions finals d'empat, aquestes s'han de dirimir atenent, successivament, els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Major temps de feina feta en la mateixa categoria a l'Administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Major edat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Resolució de la convocatòria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador ha d'elevar a la Batlia la llista definitiva de les persones aspirants que han de formar part de la borsa per ordre de puntuació obtinguda, perquè en dicti la resolució de constitució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta resolució s'ha de publicar en el tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament d'Artà, amb indicació del DNI de totes les persones integrants segons l'ordre de prelació determinat per la puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Funcionament de la borsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones que formin part de la borsa, a l'efecte de rebre ofertes de lloc de treball, se'ls enviarà un correu electrònic amb el lloc de treball objecte d'oferta. En aquest correu hi haurà les característiques del lloc de treball, el centre de treball, el tipus de nomenament i la durada. Per a més informació respecte del lloc de treball (ubicació física, horari, etc.), s'haurà de contactar amb el Departament de Recursos Humans. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quedarà constància a l'expedient, mitjançant una diligència, de l'enviament d'aquest correu. En el termini màxim de dos dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà de l'enviament del correu, les persones integrants de la borsa han de manifestar el seu interès en el nomenament o contractació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De les persones que manifestin el seu interès, s'anomenarà la qui tingui millor puntuació dins la borsa. Si no en manifesta la conformitat dins termini, renuncia expressament al nomenament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A les persones aspirants que així ho sol·licitin de forma expressa quedaran a la borsa en situació de no disponible, cas aquest en què no tornarà rebre ofertes de treball fins que sol·liciti tornar estar en situació de disponible. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la persona seleccionada mitjançant aquesta borsa cessi en el lloc de treball, excepte si és per renúncia voluntària o per motius disciplinaris, es reincorporarà novament a la borsa de treball amb el mateix ordre de prelació que tenia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La renúncia voluntària posterior d'una persona al lloc de treball que ocupa, excepte que sigui per un nou contracte dins el mateix Ajuntament, així com l'incompliment del deure de prendre possessió del lloc de treball prèviament acceptat, suposa la seva exclusió de la borsa de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La borsa tindrà una vigència de tres anys des de que es publiqui la seva constitució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Presentació de documents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aquelles persones aspirants que donin la conformitat al seu nomenament, hauran de presentar en el termini establert a partir de la comunicació, si no ho han presentat abans, els següents documents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Còpia del DNI o del NIF o document acreditatiu de la nacionalitat certificat per l'autoritat competent del país d'origen, si n'és el cas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Còpia de la titulació o certificació acadèmica que acrediti tenir cursats i aprovats els estudis necessaris per a l'obtenció del títol corresponent, o el justificant d'haver satisfet els drets d'expedició, sense perjudici de la posterior presentació del títol. Les persones aspirants que no tenguin la nacionalitat espanyola, d'acord amb el que s'estableix a la lletra a) de la base 3, hauran d'acreditar igualment no estar sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o condemna penal que els impedeixi, en el seu estat, l'accés a la funció pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més de l'anterior, hauran de presentar en el termini establert, si no els han presentat abans, els documents següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Declaració jurada acreditativa de posseir la capacitat funcional que no impedeixi el normal exercici de les funcions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Declaració jurada de no haver estat separat/ada, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de l'Estat, de l'administració local o autonòmica o dels organismes que en depenguin, ni trobar-se inhabilitades per a l'exercici de funcions públiques. Les persones aspirants que no tinguin la nacionalitat espanyola, d'acord amb allò establert a la lletra a) de la base 3, hauran de acreditar igualment no estar sotmeses a sanció disciplinària o condemna penal que impedeixi, en el seu estat, l'accés a la funció pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Declaració jurada de no estar sotmeses per incapacitat específica d'acord amb la normativa vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Declaració jurada o promesa de no ocupar cap lloc ni exercir activitat al sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques, amb indicació així mateix, que no realitza cap activitat privada incompatible o subjecta a reconeixement de compatibilitat i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat, per drets passius o per qualsevol règim de seguretat social públic i obligatori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona interessada manifesta que no pot subscriure la referida declaració perquè desenvolupa alguna activitat pública o percep alguna de les pensions indicades anteriorment, se us indicarà que, d'acord amb la normativa sobre incompatibilitats, exercirà l'opció que desitgi o, si les activitats públiques són susceptibles de compatibilitat, ha de sol·licitar la corresponent autorització. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la persona aspirant proposada realitza alguna activitat privada, per a l'exercici de la qual, es requereixi el reconeixement de la compatibilitat, ho haurà d'obtenir o cessar en la realització de l'activitat privada abans de començar l'exercici de les funcions públiques. En els supòsits en què se sol·liciti la compatibilitat per a l'exercici d'una activitat pública o privada, el termini per a la presa de possessió es prorrogarà fins que es dicti la resolució corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatòria, aquestes bases i els actes administratius que es derivin de les actuacions del Tribunal Qualificador, podran ser impugnades per les persones interessades en els casos i en la forma establerts per la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
