Mitjançant Resolució del conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública, de 12 de juny de 2024, s'aproven les bases generals que han de regir els processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari de l'Administració especial de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a l'exercici 2024 del Consell de Mallorca i de les ofertes d'ocupació pública corresponents als exercicis de 2021 i 2023 de l'IMAS i de les ofertes d'ocupació pública derivades del Pla estratègic per a la reducció de la temporalitat de l'IMAS, aprovat pel Consell Rector dia 15 de desembre de 2023 (BOIB núm. 80, de 15 de juny de 2024; BOIB núm. 118 de 7 de setembre de 2024). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Mitjançant Resolució del conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública, de 14 de novembre de 2024, s'aproven les bases específiques, els temaris i les convocatòries que han de regir els processos selectius, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició, per cobrir les places vacants de la Subescala de serveis especials &lt;strong&gt;Oficial de carreteres&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;Ordenança Porter&lt;/strong&gt; (BOIB núm. 152, de 21 &amp;nbsp;de novembre de 2024; BOIB núm. 167, de 21 de desembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'anunci de les convocatòries es va publicar en el BOE de 17 de gener de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El termini de presentació d'instàncies va finalitzar el dia 6 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Mitjançant Resolució del conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública, de 15 de gener de 2025, s'aproven les bases específiques, els temaris i les convocatòries que han de regir els processos selectius, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició, per cobrir les places vacants d'Administració especial, subescala tècnica&lt;strong&gt;, Tècnic-a de grau mitjà Ergonomia i Psicosociologia, Tècnic–a de grau mitjà d'Emergències, Tècnic–a de grau mitjà sense especialitat &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;(BOIB núm.11, de 23 de gener de 2025., BOIB núm. 21, de 15 de febrer de 2025) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'anunci de les convocatòries es va publicar en el BOE de 5 de març de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini de presentació d'instàncies va finalitzar el dia 25 de març de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Mitjançant Resolució del conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública, de 28 de gener de 2025, s'aproven les bases generals i específiques que han de regir el procés selectiu per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari de l'Administració especial subescala de serveis especials categoria &lt;strong&gt;d'Operador de comunicacions&lt;/strong&gt; (BOIB núm. 17 de 6 de febrer de 2025).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'anunci &amp;nbsp;es va publicar en el BOE de 5 de març de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini de presentació d'instàncies va finalitzar el dia 25 de març de 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5. L'article 9.1 de les bases generals disposa que “&lt;em&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador de cada procés selectiu és l'òrgan encarregat de dur a terme el procediment selectiu i depèn del conseller o consellera competent en matèria de funció pública, que en designa la presidència”&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6. L'article 13.1 del Reglament d'ingrés del personal al servei de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, aprovat pel Decret 27/1994, d'11 de març, regula els Tribunals com els òrgans de selecció encarregats de dur a terme les proves selectives corresponents, que seran designats per la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria de funció pública per a cada convocatòria. Així mateix, estableix que el nomenament s'ha de publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la Seu Electrònica, un cop finalitzat el període de presentació d'instàncies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7. S'ha realitzat el sorteig dels vocals titulars i suplents dels tribunals qualificadors dels processos selectius per a les esmentades categories, el dilluns 20 d'agost de 2025 a les 10:00 hores a la sala de Formació de la Llar de la Infància.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Publicar aquesta resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i en el tauler d'anuncis de la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Notificar aquesta Resolució a les persones nomenades, fent-los saber que la condició de membre del Tribunal Qualificador i la consegüent obligació d'assistència a les sessions constitueix un deure del personal funcionari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps. No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
