    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en sessió ordinària de data de 7 d'agost, amb la declaració prèvia d'urgència, va aprovar per unanimitat l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aprovar el conveni de col·laboració entre el Consell Insular d'Eivissa i Càritas Diocesana d'Eivissa per al desenvolupament del programa de Centre de dia i Menjador social per a l'any 2025, que obra a l'expedient TAO 2025/14520A, amb CSV 15706073605536430310, en virtut del qual es subvenciona a l'entitat Càritas Diocesana d'Eivissa la quantitat màxima de cent cinquanta-quatre mil tres-cents quaranta-un euros amb cinquanta-sis cèntims d'euro ( 154.341,56€) amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària núm. 2310 48915 del pressupost vigent de la Corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autoritzar i disposar la despesa de la quantitat de cent cinquanta-quatre mil tres-cents quaranta-un euros amb cinquanta-sis cèntims d'euro (154.341,56€) a càrrec de l'aplicació pressupostària 2310 48915 del pressupost vigent a favor de l'entitat Càritas Diocesana d'Eivissa amb núm. de NIF R0700071D.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar l'ampliació del termini de justificació de les despeses fins a 6 mesos comptadors des de la signatura del conveni, de conformitat amb la base núm. 21 de les Bases generals de subvencions del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar el referit conveni de col·laboració en el BOIB i en el Portal de Transparència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa de conformitat amb la Llei 19/2013, de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Parts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vicent Marí Torres, president del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, actuant en nom i representació d'aquesta Institució, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 21 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars i l'art. 52 del Reglament orgànic del Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juan Torres Marí, amb DNI núm. 41433346L, director de Càritas Diocesana d'Eivissa amb CIF núm. R0700071D, en nom i representació d'aquesta entitat d'acord amb el que disposa l'art. 10 dels seus estatuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes dues parts reconeixen la seua capacitat jurídica per establir aquest document i, en especial, la representació de les entitats que s'hi anomenen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I. L'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, segons la redacció donada per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, que va reformar el dit estatut, estableix en l'art. 12 els principis rectors de l'activitat pública, i disposa que les institucions pròpies de la comunitat autònoma han de promoure, entre d'altres, la cohesió social i el dret a la salut, l'educació i la protecció social. Així mateix, en el seu article 16.4 preveu que les administracions públiques, en el marc de les seues competències respectives, han de promoure les condicions necessàries perquè els drets socials de la ciutadania de les Illes Balears i dels grups i col·lectius en què s'integren siguin objecte d'una aplicació real i efectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En l'art. 21 s'indica que, a fi de combatre la pobresa i facilitar la inserció social, els poders de les Illes Balears han de garantir el dret de la ciutadania de les Illes Balears en estat de necessitat a la solidaritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;II. Com assenyala la Llei 4/2009, d'11 de juny, de serveis socials de les Illes Balears, en la seua Exposició de motius, en les societats democràtiques, la política social té per objecte reduir les desigualtats i millorar les condicions de vida del conjunt de la població amb la finalitat de facilitar l'exercici dels drets de la ciutadania i de fomentar la cohesió i el progrés social. La construcció d'una societat de progrés ve determinada en bona part pel grau de cohesió social, que es basa en la igualtat d'oportunitats i en la promoció social i individual. Els serveis socials són un instrument per afavorir l'autonomia de les persones, millorar les condicions de vida, eliminar situacions d'injustícia social i afavorir la inclusió social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En l'article 3 d'aquesta llei figura que l'actuació dels poders públics en matèria de serveis socials persegueix entre altres “(…) d) prevenir i atendre les situacions de vulnerabilitat de les persones i dels grups en situació d'exclusió social.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I l'article 6 indica que són destinatàries dels serveis socials, amb caràcter prioritari, les persones que estiguin en alguna o algunes de les situacions següents, entre d'altres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dificultats d'integració familiar o comunitària derivades de malalties mentals i malalties cròniques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dificultats d'integració social vinculades a condicions laborals precàries, desocupació i pobresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Necessitat social, com la relacionada amb la manca d'habitatge o amb la desestructuració familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dificultat d'integració familiar o comunitària derivada de la drogodependència i d'altres addiccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vulnerabilitat, exclusió i aïllament social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Problemes de convivència i de cohesió social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Urgències socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;III. D'altra banda, la Llei orgànica 1/2002, de 22 de març, reguladora del dret d'associació assenyala que els poders públics, en l'àmbit de les seues competències, han de fomentar la constitució i el desenvolupament de les associacions que realitzin activitats d'interès general. Igualment, l'article 31 -referent a les mesures de foment- indica que les administracions públiques han de promoure el desenvolupament d'associacions que tenguin finalitats d'interès general, així com l'establiment de mecanismes d'assistència i subvencions per dur a terme les seues activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;IV. El Consell Insular d'Eivissa exerceix competències en matèria de serveis socials, assistència social i seguretat social, en virtut de les atribucions que varen realitzar la Llei 12/1993, de 20 de desembre, i la Llei 14/2001, de 29 d'octubre, en els termes i en l'abast que s'hi estableixen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;V. Càritas Diocesana d'Eivissa (en endavant Càritas), destacada amb la Medalla d'Or del Parlament de les Illes Balears, és un organisme creat per la Diòcesi d'Eivissa per a l'exercici de la seua acció institucional sociocaritativa, i inscrit en el Registre de Serveis Socials amb el núm. 765.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Càritas s'ha dirigit al Consell Insular per demanar una ajuda econòmica per dur a terme les seues activitats destinades a les persones amb risc d'exclusió social, i concretament per a l'execució del programa Centre de dia i Menjador social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Càritas desenvolupa aquest programa destinat a persones amb un important desarrelament social, especialment transeünts i persones sense sostre, a l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposa de l'organització, l'estructura i l´experiència per portar a terme les tasques que comprenen el referit programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;VI. És voluntat del Consell Insular d'Eivissa donar suport a Càritas per al desenvolupament d'activitats destinades a persones amb aquest tipus de necessitats a tota la illa d'Eivissa, que són d'interès públic i social i redunden en benefici de la nostra societat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En virtut de l'exposat, ambdues parts atorguen aquest conveni amb subjecció a les següents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Clàusules&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És objecte d'aquest conveni establir la col·laboració entre el Consell Insular d'Eivissa i Càritas per al desenvolupament del programa Centre de dia i Menjador social per a l'any 2025, dirigit a persones amb risc d'exclusió social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Càritas durà a terme el programa que figura en la memòria explicativa presentada en data 27/06/2025, amb RGE núm. 2025019995, amb un pressupost de quatre-cents cinquanta-un mil quatre-cents setanta-cinc euros amb vuitanta-vuit cèntims (451.475,88€).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En virtut d'aquest programa es dóna assistència a aquelles persones en risc d'exclusió social, especialment persones sense sostre i transeünts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa subvencionarà a l'entitat Càritas les activitats relacionades a la memòria explicativa amb la quantitat màxima de cent-cinquanta-quatre mil tres-cents quaranta-un euros amb cinquanta-sis cèntims (154.341,56€) a càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària núm. 2310-48915 per aquest any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pagament de la subvenció es farà de manera fraccionada mitjançant dues justificacions parcials:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) El 75% de l'ajuda concedida, 115.756,17€, a partir de la signatura del conveni. Aquesta quantitat s'haurà de justificar dins del termini de sis mesos des de la signatura del conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) L'altre 25 % de l'ajuda concedida, 38.585,39€, es farà efectiva una vegada justificat el primer 75%. La justificació d'aquest segon pagament s'ha de realitzar abans del 28 de febrer de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les justificacions es presentarà la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una relació classificada de les despeses realitzades, amb identificació del creditor del document, el seu import, la data d'emissió i, en el seu cas, la data de pagament. I una declaració responsable de l'entitat on consti que totes les factures relacionades únicament han estat presentades a aquesta convocatòria amb l'import establert a l'esmentada relació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Factures originals de les despeses corresponents al cost total del projecte amb els corresponents justificants de pagament, emeses i pagades des del dia 1 de gener de 2025 fins al 31 de desembre de 2025, excepte la Seguretat Social corresponent al mes de desembre de 2025, que s'acceptarà fins al 31 de gener de 2026, i les factures amb data posterior al 15 de desembre de 2025 que podran ser pagades fins al 31 de gener de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'entitat serà la responsable d'estampillar les factures i resta de documents que siguin cofinançades, indicant les quantitats imputables a cadascuna de les subvencions rebudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'acceptaran rebuts acompanyats d'un contracte o un acord com a justificatius de l'objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'acceptaran nòmines originals en el cas que es justifiquin despeses corresponents al personal contractat per l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es podran imputar despeses de seguretat social dels treballadors contractats per l'entitat, en aquests casos, hauran de presentar els corresponents rebuts de liquidació de cotitzacions originals TC1, TC2 i el corresponent resum detallat de les nòmines dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, Càritas haurà de presentar una memòria tècnica justificativa de les activitats dutes a terme, i una liquidació d'ingressos i despeses corresponents al total del projecte presentat corresponent a l'any 2025. El termini per presentar aquesta documentació és fins al 28 de febrer de 2026.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit que no es justifiqui correctament la totalitat de les despeses relatives al cost total del projecte presentat, l'ajuda concedida es reduirà proporcionalment d'acord amb l'import de la justificació presentada, i l'entitat haurà de reintegrar la part corresponent que hagi percebut en excés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, si finalment el cost total del projecte executat és inferior al que es va pressupostar, la quantia de l'ajuda es reduirà proporcionalment, i l'entitat també haurà de reintegrar la part que hagi percebut en excés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'activitat es trobi subvencionada amb altres recursos econòmics, s'haurà de justificar l'import, la procedència i l'aplicació d'aquests fons.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Càritas podrà subcontractar la realització d'alguna de les activitats que integren el programa Centre de dia i Menjador social per a l'any 2025 amb un màxim del 60% del cost total del projecte. La subcontractació haurà de complir els requisits que estableix l'article 29 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a justificar degudament les despeses subvencionables s'haurà d'aportar l'acreditació de l'abonament de la despesa depenent dels mitjans de pagament que s'hagin utilitzat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Pagament mitjançant transferència bancària o ingressos en compte bancari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document bancari acreditatiu del pagament en el qual figuri el concepte de la transferència o l' ingrés, la data del document, l'import i les dades de l'ordenant i del destinatari, que han de coincidir amb el beneficiari i amb l'emissor de la factura respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Pagament en metàl·lic:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una factura original signada i segellada pel proveïdor en la qual s'ha d'especificar la despesa a què correspon el pagament, la seua data i l'expressió “rebut en metàl·lic” o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Pagament mitjançant xec nominatiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia del xec nominatiu o pagaré nominatiu emès a nom del proveïdor que emet la factura o document equivalent, sempre que estigui vençut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte del compte corrent del beneficiari de l'ajuda en el qual figuri el càrrec d'aquest xec o pagaré.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Pagament mitjançant targeta de crèdit o dèbit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte del compte en què figuri el càrrec del pagament amb targeta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Pagament mitjançant domiciliació bancària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte bancari en què figuri el càrrec de la domiciliació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tal de concedir l'ajuda, i en conseqüència poder procedir al pagament, serà necessari que prèviament quedi acreditat que Càritas està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat, i de les obligacions tributàries o d'altre tipus davant el Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al pagament de la subvenció, el Consell Insular podrà sol·licitar qualsevol documentació o informe que es consideri adient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quarta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. En compliment del que disposa l'article 11 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, relatiu a les obligacions del beneficiari de les subvencions, Càritas queda sotmesa a les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dur a terme l'activitat o la inversió o adoptar el comportament que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificar la realització de l'activitat, com també el compliment dels requisits i les condicions que determinen la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació que duguin a terme els òrgans competents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar a aquest Consell Insular l'obtenció d'altres subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deixar constància de la percepció i l'aplicació de la subvenció en els llibres de comptabilitat o en el llibres de registre que hagi de dur el beneficiari d'acord amb la legislació mercantil o fiscal que hi sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts mentre puguin ser objecte d'actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reintegrar el fons percebuts en els supòsits prevists en l'article 44 d'aquesta Llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, també queda sotmesa a totes aquelles obligacions que es derivin de l'esmentat Text refós de la Llei de subvencions (de la CAIB), aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre i de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i el seu Reglament, aprovat per Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, en tot allò que hi sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que Càritas rebi altres ajudes, el seu import no pot ser en cap cas, d'una quantia que, aïlladament o conjuntament amb altres subvencions o ajudes de la mateixa administració o d'altres entitats públiques o privades, superi el cost de l'activitat que l'entitat beneficiària ha de realitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Càritas donarà difusió a què el desenvolupament del programa objecte de la present subvenció rep el suport del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departament de Benestar Social, Família i Igualtat del Consell Insular d'Eivissa comprovarà la justificació de l'aplicació de la subvenció, la realització de l'activitat i el compliment de la finalitat per la qual es concedeix, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 39 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i la resta de normativa d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es crearà una comissió tècnica integrada per dos representants de cadascuna de les parts que serà l'encarregada de fer el seguiment del present conveni. Aquesta comissió es reunirà a instàncies de qualsevol de les parts quan es consideri oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Les parts es comprometen a complir les exigències previstes en el Reglament (UE) 2016/679, de 7 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que respecta al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades, i en la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El conveni es resoldrà per les següents causes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incompliment de les obligacions per part de qualsevol de les parts signants, o d'ambdues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La dissolució de l'associació que subscriu el conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'anul·lació o la revocació de l'acte de concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Impossibilitat material o legal de complir les obligacions que es deriven de l'objecte del conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Denúncia de qualsevol de les parts, manifestada per escrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest conveni es regeix per les seues pròpies clàusules i en tot allò que no estigui previst li és d'aplicació la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, també li serà d'aplicació la normativa en matèria de subvencions establerta en la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i el seu reglament de desenvolupament, aprovat per Reial Decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, i pel Reial Decret 2/2005, de 28 de desembre que aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de subvenciones de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les parts que subscriuen aquest conveni es comprometen a intentar resoldre en comú les diferències que puguin sorgir en l'aplicació i la interpretació d'aquest conveni. Si això no és possible, les qüestions litigioses que puguin afectar la interpretació i l'execució del referit conveni han de ser del coneixement i de la competència de l'ordre jurisdiccional contenciós administratiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Onzena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. El present conveni serà vigent des de la seua formalització amb efectes retroactius a l'1 de gener de 2025, data d'inici de les accions objecte del conveni, fins al 28 de febrer de 2026, pel que fa a la seua justificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'àmbit temporal dins del qual s'han de dur a terme les actuacions materials emparades pel conveni s'entén des de l'1 de gener de 2025 fins al 31 de desembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I en prova de conformitat, ambdues parts signam aquest conveni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel Consell Insular d'Eivissa&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Per Càritas Diocesana d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
