    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Llei 2/2016, de 30 de març, de l'impost sobre estades turístiques a les Illes Balears i de mesures d'impuls del turisme sostenible, va crear un nou tribut, amb caràcter finalista, mitjançant l'afectació dels ingressos que es recaptassin per a inversions vinculades, amb el desenvolupament i la protecció mediambiental, i amb el turisme sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb aquesta Llei es creà el Fons per Afavorir el Turisme Sostenible —que s'havia de nodrir del producte de la recaptació d'aquest nou tribut—, i es creà també la Comissió d'Impuls del Turisme Sostenible (d'ara endavant, Comissió), la qual elabora un pla anual d'impuls de turisme sostenible que fixi els objectius anuals prioritaris, amb criteris d'equilibri territorial. Aquesta Llei fou seguida pel Decret 35/2016, de 23 de juny, pel qual es desplega la Llei de l'impost sobre estades turístiques i de mesures d'impuls de turisme sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posteriorment, el 19 de juliol de 2024, el Consell de Govern va aprovar l'Acord pel qual es ratifica el Pla Anual d'Impuls del Turisme Sostenible per al període 2024-2025 aprovat anteriorment per la Comissió d'Impuls del Turisme Sostenible, i publicat al BOIB núm. 96 de 20 de juliol de 2024. El Pla va establir un període per presentar sol·licituds relatives a projectes que acabava el 5 de setembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 5 de setembre la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Economia Circular va presentar una sol·licitud per finançar el ITS2024-2025–081- Impuls de les Instal·lacions microeòliques a les Illes Balears (prova pilot).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En data 15 d'abril de 2025, el director de l'Agència d'Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears (AETIB), emet una Resolució per la qual s'atorga una transferència a la Conselleria d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia per al projecte ITS2024-2025–081- Impuls de les Instal·lacions microeòliques a les Illes Balears (prova pilot) per finançar amb el Fons per Afavorir el Turisme Sostenible corresponent al Pla Anual 2024-2025 per un import d'1.500.000 d'euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Llei&amp;nbsp;10/2019, de 22 de febrer, de canvi climàtic i transició energètica, planteja la necessitat que tots els actors contribueixin a reduir la petjada de carboni i el consum energètic i puguin participar en la transformació del model energètic. En la Llei s'estableix que, per a 2030, les energies renovables han de tenir una penetració del 35 %, s'han de reduir un 40 % les emissions i s'ha d'estalviar un 26 % d'energia primària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Avui dia, la producció d'energia elèctrica mitjançant energies renovables bàsicament està copada per instal·lacions fotovoltaiques i es considera necessari diversificar aquesta generació elèctrica renovable amb l'impuls i el foment de petites instal·lacions microeòliques (fins a 20 kW). Aquestes instal·lacions es podran hibridar amb instal·lacions d'emmagatzematge elèctric per poder gestionar la demanda d'energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El desenvolupament de les instal·lacions eòliques i particularment les microeòliques permetrà complementar la producció d'energia elèctrica mitjançant tecnologia fotovoltaica en els períodes que no hi hagi radiació solar o quan la incidència d'aquesta sigui baixa. A més a més, les instal·lacions microeòliques ocupen menys espai que les instal·lacions fotovoltaiques, la qual cosa permet aprofitar els petits espais o consumir menys superfície. En la convocatòria es prestarà una atenció especial a la instal·lació dels aerogeneradors en els molins d'aire per extreure aigua, presents sobretot en el Pla de Mallorca. Aquestes instal·lacions tenen una major visibilitat per als visitants i residents, i proporcionen una imatge d'unes illes sostenibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Reial decret llei&amp;nbsp;15/2018, de 5 d'octubre, de mesures urgents per a la transició energètica i la protecció dels consumidors, modifica diverses disposicions de la Llei del sector elèctric i de la normativa relativa a l'autoconsum, amb l'objectiu d'eliminar els càrrecs a l'autoconsum d'energia elèctrica a partir d'energies renovables i simplificar la tramitació lligada a aquestes instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a les instal·lacions connectades a la xarxa, les regulacions normatives en el sector de les energies renovables, com el Reial decret&amp;nbsp;244/2019, de 5 d'abril, que regula les condicions administratives, tècniques i econòmiques de l'autoconsum d'energia elèctrica, suposen un impuls important per implantar instal·lacions de generació d'energia solar fotovoltaica i eòlica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;72, de 24 de maig), modificada per l'Ordre del conseller de Transició Energètica i Sectors Productius de 18 de juny de 2020 (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;116, de 30 de juny),&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;estableix les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d'energia a les Illes Balears, entre les quals hi ha les instal·lacions d'energia eòlica amb vista a permetre un desenvolupament més sostenible de l'ús de l'energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de concessió d'aquests ajuts ha de ser el de concurrència no competitiva, atès que no és necessari comparar els projectes ni establir-ne un ordre de prelació, d'acord amb el que estableix el punt 3 de l'article 7 de les bases reguladores. En aquests casos, les sol·licituds de subvenció es poden resoldre individualment, a mesura que entrin en el registre de l'òrgan competent, encara que no hagi acabat el termini de presentació, d'acord amb els apartats&amp;nbsp;2 i 3 de l'article&amp;nbsp;17 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions. Si s'exhaureixen els crèdits destinats a la convocatòria abans d'acabar el termini de presentació, s'ha de suspendre la concessió de nous ajuts mitjançant la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les subvencions atorgades dins el marc d'aquesta convocatòria a les entitats i a les persones físiques amb activitat econòmica que ofereixin béns o serveis (o ambdós) en el mercat constitueixen ajuts d'estat d'acord amb l'article 107.1 del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea (TFUE). No obstant això, estan sotmeses al règim &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; establert en el Reglament (UE) 2023/2831 de la Comissió, de 13 de desembre de 2023, relatiu a l'aplicació dels articles 107 y 108 del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea dels ajuts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (DOUE de 15 de desembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'aplicació d'aquest règim suposa que l'import dels ajuts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; concedits a una única empresa —s'entén per única empresa la definició establerta a l'apartat 2 de l'article 2 de l'esmentat Reglament (EU) 2023/2831—, procedents d'administracions, entitats públiques o privades finançades amb càrrec a pressupostos públics, no ha d'excedir de 300.000 euros durant un període de tres anys anteriors des de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la resta de beneficiaris, persones físiques sense cap tipus d'activitat econòmica, aquests ajuts no poden considerar-se d'estat, ja que, tal com assenyala l'apartat 2 de la Comunicació de la Comissió Europea relativa al concepte d'ajut estatal d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 107.1 del TFUE (DOUE C262/1, de 19 de juliol de 2016), les normes sobre ajuts estatals només s'apliquen quan el beneficiari té activitat econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 d'abril de 2024 va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2024-2026 (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;52, de 20 d'abril) i inclou aquesta convocatòria en la línia IV.3.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'apartat 2 de l'article 13 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, estableix que les convocatòries de subvencions poden exigir que els sol·licitants, els beneficiaris i, si s'escau, les entitats col·laboradores que siguin persones físiques es relacionin amb l'entitat convocant a través de mitjans electrònics, sempre que es compleixin igualment els requisits materials prevists en la normativa administrativa general per fer-ho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, atesos els informes preceptius, de conformitat amb l'article&amp;nbsp;5 de l'Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d'energia de les Illes Balears, i l'article&amp;nbsp;15 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i fent ús de les facultats que m'atribueixen la Llei&amp;nbsp;1/2019, de 31 de gener, del Govern de les Illes Balears, i la Llei&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria pública de subvencions d'instal·lacions microeòliques de generació d'energia elèctrica hibridades o no amb instal·lacions d'emmagatzematge elèctric en el marc de l'impost sobre estades turístiques a les Illes Balears i de mesures d'impuls del turisme sostenible (ITS20242025-081) que s'estableix en l'annex&amp;nbsp;1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i disposar que tindrà efectes el mateix dia de la publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Comunicar-la a la Base de dades nacional de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;124 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article&amp;nbsp;57 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;46 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és aprovar i regular els ajuts d'instal·lacions microeòliques de generació d'energia elèctrica hibridades o no amb instal·lacions d'emmagatzematge elèctric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria s'adreça a persones físiques, empreses i entitats que desenvolupin la seva activitat a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Poden ser beneficiaris d'aquests ajuts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones físiques que tenguin domicili a les Illes Balears que no duguin a terme cap activitat econòmica per la qual ofereixin béns o serveis (o ambdós) en el mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones físiques que tenguin domicili a les Illes Balears que duguin a terme alguna activitat econòmica per la qual ofereixin béns o serveis (o ambdós) a les Illes Balears i estiguin donats d'alta en el Cens d'empresaris, professionals i retenidors de l'Agència Estatal d'Administració Tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les comunitats d'energies renovables, les comunitats ciutadanes d'energia (d'ara endavant, comunitats energètiques), les associacions empresarials, les cooperatives i les entitats sense ànim de lucre que desenvolupin la seva activitat a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les petites, mitjanes i grans empreses sotmeses a dret privat que desenvolupin la seva activitat a les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els organismes autònoms, les entitats públiques empresarials, les societats mercantils públiques, les fundacions del sector públic i els consorcis que duguin a terme l'activitat en l'àmbit territorial de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els consells insulars, els ajuntaments i les entitats locals menors de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els ajuts objecte d'aquesta convocatòria tenen caràcter &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per a les petites i mitjanes empreses, entitats i per a les persones físiques amb activitat econòmica que ofereixin béns o serveis en el mercat, de conformitat amb el que estableix el Reglament (UE) 2023/2831 de la Comissió, de 13 de desembre de 2023, relatiu a l'aplicació dels articles 107 y 108 del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea als ajuts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (DOUE de 15 de desembre de 2023). Això implica, entre altres coses, que l'entitat beneficiària no pot percebre un import superior a 300.000,00 euros d'ajuts públics o d'entitats privades finançades a càrrec de pressuposts públics, en un període de tres anys anteriors comptadors des de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a la resta de beneficiaris, persones físiques sense cap tipus d'activitat econòmica, aquests ajuts no poden considerar-se d'estat ja que, tal com assenyala l'apartat 2 de la Comunicació de la Comissió Europea relativa al concepte d'ajut estatal d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 107.1 del TFUE (DOUE C262/1, de 19 de juliol de 2016), les normes sobre ajuts estatals només s'apliquen quan el beneficiari té activitat econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En cap cas el beneficiari pot concertar l'execució total o parcial de les activitats subvencionades amb persones o entitats vinculades amb ell, llevat que s'obtingui l'autorització prèvia de l'òrgan que concedeix la subvenció i que l'import subvencionable no excedeixi el cost en què incorre l'entitat vinculada. L'acreditació del cost s'ha de fer en la justificació en els mateixos termes establerts per a l'acreditació de les despeses del beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es considera que hi ha vinculació amb les persones físiques o jurídiques o agrupacions sense personalitat en les quals es doni alguna de les circumstàncies enumerades a continuació, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;68.2 del Reial decret&amp;nbsp;887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei general de subvencions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones físiques unides per relació conjugal o persones lligades amb anàloga relació d'afectivitat, parentiu de consanguinitat fins al quart grau o fins al segon d'afinitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones físiques i jurídiques que tenen una relació laboral retribuïda mitjançant pagaments periòdics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres associats del beneficiari a què es refereix l'apartat&amp;nbsp;2 i membres o partícips de les entitats sense personalitat jurídica a què es refereix l'apartat&amp;nbsp;3 de l'article&amp;nbsp;11 de la Llei general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una societat i els seus socis majoritaris o els seus consellers o administradors, així com els cònjuges o persones lligades amb relació d'afectivitat anàloga i familiars fins al quart grau de consanguinitat o fins al segon d'afinitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les societats que, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;4 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;24/1988, de 28 de juliol, del mercat de valors, compleixin les circumstàncies requerides per formar part del mateix grup.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones jurídiques o agrupacions sense personalitat i els seus representants legals, patrons o els que n'exerceixin l'administració, així com els cònjuges o persones lligades amb anàloga relació d'afectivitat i familiars fins al quart grau de consanguinitat o fins al segon d'afinitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones jurídiques o agrupacions sense personalitat i les persones físiques, jurídiques o agrupacions sense personalitat que, d'acord amb normes legals, estatutàries o acords contractuals tenguin dret a participar en més d'un 50&amp;nbsp;% en el benefici de les primeres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Els beneficiaris han de destinar l'import íntegre de l'ajut que rebin al pagament de les actuacions subvencionables corresponents. Aquesta regla resultarà igualment d'aplicació a les comunitats energètiques que puguin dur a terme els projectes, activitats o comportaments o es trobin en la situació que motiva la concessió de la subvenció, amb independència que tant l'import d'aquesta com el cost de les obres s'hagi de repercutir entre els integrants d'aquestes. No obstant això, quan algun dels seus integrants incorri en una o diverses prohibicions establertes en l'article&amp;nbsp;13.2 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;38/2003, no s'atribuirà a l'integrant esmentat la part proporcional que li correspondria de l'ajut rebut, que es prorratejarà entre els restants, sempre que es mantingui el compliment dels requisits exigits per accedir a la condició de beneficiari per part de l'entitat de què es tracti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Els beneficiaris no es poden trobar en cap de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article&amp;nbsp;10 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. No poden ser beneficiaris dels ajuts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qui es trobi en alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en l'article&amp;nbsp;13 de la Llei general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Empreses en situació de crisi, conforme a la definició que a aquest efecte es fa en el Reglament (UE)&amp;nbsp;651/2014, de 17 de juny de 2014, i en les directrius comunitàries sobre ajuts estatals de salvament i reestructuració d'empreses no financeres en crisis (Comunicació de la Comissió 2014/C&amp;nbsp;249/1, de 31 de juliol de 2014).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les empreses que es trobin subjectes a una ordre de recuperació pendent sobre qualsevol ajut o subvenció que se'ls hagi atorgat amb anterioritat, perquè s'hagi declarat l'ajut il·legal i incompatible amb el mercat interior, o bé per qualsevol tipus d'incompliment de les obligacions atribuïdes en la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qui hagi estat sancionat mitjançant resolució ferma amb la pèrdua del dret a rebre subvencions, d'acord amb els articles 37.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i 37.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei&amp;nbsp;8/2016, de 30 de maig, per garantir els drets de lesbianes, gais, trans, bisexuals i intersexuals i per erradicar l'LGTBI-fòbia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qui es trobi en els supòsits establerts en l'article&amp;nbsp;11 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes, en haver estat objecte de sancions perquè hagi exercit o tolerat pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, per resolució administrativa ferma o sentència judicial ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Import econòmic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El crèdit assignat inicialment a aquesta convocatòria és d'1.500.000&amp;nbsp;euros amb càrrec al pressupost de la Comunitat Autònoma per als exercicis de 2025, 2026 i 2027, i, concretament, del centre de cost 19701, subprograma 731A01, capítol 7* FF25064 o equivalent, amb la distribució d'anualitats següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import total d'aquest programa 2 és de 200.000,00&amp;nbsp;euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En cas que no es cobreixi la totalitat del pressupost inicial assignat a cada anualitat del programa corresponent, l'import romanent s'ha d'assignar a l'anualitat següent d'aquest programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Una vegada analitzades totes les sol·licituds, en cas que no es cobreixi la totalitat del pressupost inicial assignat a un programa d'actuació, l'import romanent es pot assignar a l'altre programa d'actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Sempre que les disponibilitats pressupostàries ho permetin, es poden incrementar els imports d'aquesta convocatòria. L'import consignat inicialment es pot ampliar mitjançant una resolució de modificació de la convocatòria, amb els efectes, si escau, que disposa l'article&amp;nbsp;39.3 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. Aquesta modificació, llevat que s'estableixi una altra cosa, no implica que el termini per presentar les sol·licituds s'ampliï, ni afecta la tramitació ordinària de les sol·licituds presentades i no resoltes expressament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Aquests ajuts estan finançats per l'impost sobre estades turístiques a les Illes Balears i de mesures d'impuls del turisme sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Programes d'actuació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els programes d'actuació subvencionables són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Programa d'incentius 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: implantació d'instal·lacions microeòliques de generació d'energia elèctrica hibridades o no amb instal·lacions d'emmagatzematge elèctric situades a molins de vent d'extracció d'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Programa d'incentius 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: implantació d'instal·lacions microeòliques de generació d'energia elèctrica hibridades o no amb instal·lacions d'emmagatzematge elèctric, situades a llocs distints dels molins de vent d'extracció d'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Requisits de les actuacions subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les inversions objecte de la sol·licitud s'han de dur a terme en l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears i s'han de fer dins el període que va des del dia que es presenti la sol·licitud fins al termini que fixi la resolució d'atorgament. Aquest termini no pot ser superior a 18 mesos, comptadors des de la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la resolució d'atorgament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En tot cas, la resolució d'atorgament no ha d'establir una data per a la realització de la inversió posterior al 31 de desembre de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Són subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Programa d'actuació 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: les actuacions en noves instal·lacions microeòliques connectades a xarxa o aïllades amb potència de pic per instal·lar de fins a 20&amp;nbsp;kW o ampliacions d'aquestes. En el cas d'instal·lar una potència superior als 20&amp;nbsp;kW, únicament se subvencionen els primers 20&amp;nbsp;kW. Els aerogeneradors s'han de situar a un molí de vent d'extracció d'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Programa d'actuació 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: les actuacions en noves instal·lacions microeòliques connectades a xarxa o aïllades amb potència de pic per instal·lar de fins a 10&amp;nbsp;kW o ampliacions d'aquestes. En el cas d'instal·lar una potència superior als 10&amp;nbsp;kW, únicament se subvencionen els primers 10&amp;nbsp;kW. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Per als programes 1 i 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;:&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;les actuacions en nous sistemes d'acumulació d'ió liti complementàries de les establertes en l'apartat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; o ampliacions d'aquests, de capacitat d'acumulació fins a 60&amp;nbsp;kWh, que tenguin una garantia mínima de funcionament certificada pel fabricant de cinc anys. En el cas que s'instal·li una capacitat superior als 60&amp;nbsp;kWh, únicament se subvencionen els primers 60&amp;nbsp;kWh.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No són subvencionables els sistemes d'acumulació per a instal·lacions existents o les que no se sol·licitin de forma conjunta amb la instal·lació de generació microeòlica d'una potència mínima de generació d'1,5 kW.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Es consideren subvencionables les instal·lacions connectades a xarxa regulades en el Reial decret&amp;nbsp;244/2019, de 5 d'abril, pel qual es regulen les condicions administratives, tècniques i econòmiques de l'autoconsum d'energia elèctrica, fetes en els sectors d'aplicació de cada un dels programes, les aïllades no regulades en aquest Reial decret, i les instal·lacions de venda d'energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Només poden ser objecte d'ajut els equips que siguin nous, excepte les bateries procedents de la reutilització de bateries de vehicle elèctric (segona vida de bateries). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Totes les instal·lacions han de disposar d'un sistema de monitoratge de l'energia elèctrica produïda per la instal·lació objecte de subvenció i que ha de tenir com a mínim les funcionalitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Ha de mostrar com a mínim la producció energètica renovable en termes diaris, mensuals i anuals, i el corresponent consum energètic per als mateixos períodes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— A més d'això, el sistema pot mostrar dades addicionals com per exemple: emissions de CO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;sub&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; evitades i estalvi econòmic generat per al propietari de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Addicionalment, per a qualsevol actuació, aquesta mateixa informació ha de ser accessible a través de dispositiu mòbil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Per al programa d'actuació 2 en el cas d'instal·lacions aïllades, el document que acrediti la legalitat del lloc d'emplaçament de la instal·lació amb un dels documents següents: un certificat de l'ajuntament o administració pública que acrediti la legalitat, la cèdula d'habitabilitat, una còpia de la llicència d'obres o el certificat de final d'obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Les instal·lacions que s'hagin fet han de complir, quan correspongui, amb els requisits establerts en els reglaments tècnics de seguretat industrial d'aplicació, especialment el Reglament electrotècnic de baixa tensió i les ITC corresponents, així com qualsevol altra normativa que els sigui aplicable. D'altra banda, també han de tenir les preceptives llicències i autoritzacions administratives necessàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. No són subvencionables l'adquisició de les instal·lacions o equips mitjançant lísing, ni cap altra fórmula d'arrendament financer en què els béns no siguin propietat del beneficiari. Tampoc no són subvencionables les instal·lacions aïllades que no acreditin la legalitat del lloc d'emplaçament on s'ubiquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. L'IVA és subvencionable sempre que el beneficiari no el pugui recuperar o compensar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sol·licituds i documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar de forma telemàtica a través del tràmit específic per a subvencions que s'ha de posar a disposició dels interessats a la web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://energia.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que correspon a la pàgina web de la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic. No es consideren com a presentades les sol·licituds telemàtiques fetes a través d'un altre mitjà electrònic que no sigui el tràmit específic esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La presentació de la sol·licitud suposa que la persona o entitat interessada accepta les prescripcions contingudes en la convocatòria corresponent i en l'Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 per la qual s'estableixen les Bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d'energia (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;72, de 24 de maig).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La documentació que s'ha d'aportar és la següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El model normalitzat de sol·licitud (document normalitzat 1), que inclou les declaracions responsables següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social quan la quantia de l'ajut no supera els 3.000 euros, de conformitat amb el que preveu la lletra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'article 11 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La declaració responsable inclosa en el document normalitzat&amp;nbsp;1 sobre si el sol·licitant realitza o no l'activitat econòmica per la qual ofereixi béns o serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Així mateix, aquest document ha d'incloure la declaració per part del sol·licitant de la realització de la instal·lació amb empreses vinculades, d'acord amb l'apartat 3 del punt segon d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La declaració responsable inclosa en el document normalitzat 1 de no trobar-se en cap de les circumstàncies enumerades en l'article&amp;nbsp;13 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;38/2003, ni en l'article 10 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia del NIF o NIE del sol·licitant i, si s'escau, de la persona que el representi. No serà necessària l'aportació de còpia del DNI si l'interessat presta el seu consentiment exprés perquè les seves dades d'identitat personal puguin ser consultades per l'òrgan instructor mitjançant el sistema de verificació de dades d'identitat que cada comunitat autònoma i les ciutats de Ceuta i Melilla puguin tenir establert. Per la seva part, la disposició addicional octava de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, reconeix la potestat de verificació de les administracions públiques, en relació amb les dades personals que tenguin en el seu poder, per comprovar l'exactitud d'aquests.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a les persones físiques amb activitat econòmica per les quals ofereixin béns o serveis en el mercat, el certificat d'alta en el Cens d'empresaris, professionals i retenidors o el certificat de situació censal, expedit per l'Agència Estatal d'Administració Tributària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per als beneficiaris indicats en les lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'apartat 1 del punt segon d'aquesta convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Còpia del NIF. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La documentació acreditativa de les facultats de representació de la persona que formuli la sol·licitud d'ajut com a representant d'aquesta, inscrita degudament, si escau, en els registres públics corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En cas d'entitats sense ànim de lucre, acreditació d'aquesta condició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per als beneficiaris públics, indicats en les lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del punt segon d'aquesta convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— L'acord de l'òrgan competent pel qual s'aprova la sol·licitud de l'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— El certificat de l'òrgan competent en el qual s'ha d'especificar el compromís per a la reserva de crèdit suficient i adequada per fer les actuacions projectades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a entitats i persones físiques amb activitat econòmica les quals ofereixin béns o serveis en el mercat, una declaració de totes les subvencions subjectes al règim &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que hagi rebut durant el període de tres anys anteriors, d'acord amb el Reglament (UE) 2023/2831 de la Comissió, de 18 de desembre (document normalitzat 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La memòria resum de l'actuació (document normalitzat&amp;nbsp;3), emplenada adequadament en tots els apartats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Avantprojecte o memòria tècnica de la instal·lació que ha d'incloure un estudi de gestió de residus i cal justificar que les actuacions previstes no causaran un perjudici significatiu al medi ambient o, si s'escau, les mesures correctores que s'adoptaran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pressupost detallat o la valoració de les actuacions que s'han de dur o han dut a terme per part d'una empresa instal·ladora habilitada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per raó de la quantia, i d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;40.3 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre, quan l'import de la despesa subvencionable superi els imports establerts en la legislació estatal en matèria de contractes del sector públic per als contractes menors (40.000&amp;nbsp;euros en el cas d'execució d'obres, o 15.000&amp;nbsp;euros quan es tracta d'altres contractes), excepte que l'actuació s'hagi fet abans de presentar la sol·licitud, el beneficiari ha de presentar, com a mínim, tres ofertes de diferents proveïdors, amb caràcter previ a assumir el compromís per a la prestació del servei o lliurament del bé, llevat que per les característiques especials de les despeses subvencionables no hi hagi en el mercat entitats suficients per dur-ho a terme o que la inversió s'hagi fet abans de presentar la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'elecció de les ofertes presentades s'ha de fer de conformitat amb els criteris d'eficàcia i d'economia, i s'ha de justificar expressament en cas que l'elecció no recaigui en la proposta econòmica més avantatjosa (document normalitzat&amp;nbsp;4). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstant això, en cas que el beneficiari sigui una administració pública, quan l'import de l'actuació o actuacions superi o superin els imports anteriors s'ha de presentar un certificat de l'òrgan competent en què s'indiqui el preu al qual es publicarà la licitació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Per a les instal·lacions del programa d'actuació 1, l'acreditació que el lloc de la instal·lació de l'aerogenerador és un molí de vent d'extracció d'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Per a les instal·lacions del programa d'actuació 2 no connectades a la xarxa elèctrica, el document que acrediti la legalitat del lloc d'emplaçament de la instal·lació amb un dels documents indicats a l'apartat&amp;nbsp;8 del punt cinquè d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Per als supòsits distints a allò que estableix el primer paràgraf de la lletra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'apartat 3 del punt cinquè, els certificats següents, excepte manifestació expressa en sentit contrari per obtenir aquests certificats per la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic de conformitat amb l'apartat següent, els quals han de tenir data posterior a la data de publicació d'aquesta convocatòria: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de l'Agència Estatal d'Administració Tributària que indiqui que està al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears que indiqui que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Certificat de la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social que indiqui que està al corrent de pagament de les seves obligacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. D'acord amb l'article 28.3 de la Llei 39/2015, les persones sol·licitants tenen dret a no aportar la documentació que ja hagin aportat anteriorment a qualsevol administració, sempre que identifiquin el moment de presentació i l'òrgan davant el qual la varen presentar. Així mateix, d'acord amb l'article 4 del Decret 6/2013, de 8 de febrer, de mesures de simplificació documental dels procediments administratius, no és necessari adjuntar la documentació en cas que ja estigui en poder de la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic perquè s'ha aportat en altres convocatòries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquests casos, s'ha de fer servir el “Model de comunicació identificativa de la documentació en poder de l'Administració”, a disposició de les entitats interessades a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://www.caib.es/seucaib/ca/200/persones/tramites/tramite/6160344.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sol·licitant hi ha de fer constar l'expedient en el qual es troba la documentació, el moment de presentació i l'òrgan davant el qual es va presentar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Excepcionalment, si la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic no pot aconseguir els documents esmentats, pot sol·licitar a l'interessat que els aporti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Les notificacions s'han de fer per mitjans telemàtics amb els efectes que determinen els articles&amp;nbsp;40 i 41 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Si la documentació aportada no compleix els requisits exigits s'ha de requerir el sol·licitant perquè en el termini de deu dies hàbils esmeni la falta o aporti els documents preceptius, amb la indicació que, si no ho fa, es considera que desisteix de la sol·licitud, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;68 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, després que es dicti una resolució prèvia en els termes que disposa l'article&amp;nbsp;21 de la Llei esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. La Conselleria d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia, en qualsevol moment, pot sol·licitar als interessats la documentació i la informació complementària que consideri necessària per resoldre l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Les persones o entitats sol·licitants han de comunicar immediatament a l'òrgan competent per resoldre qualsevol variació de les condicions o circumstàncies assenyalades en els apartats anteriors d'aquest apartat, amb les conseqüències que en cada cas corresponguin, sens perjudici que també es puguin incorporar d'ofici a l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Termini de presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és des de l'1 d'octubre de 2025 fins al 31 de desembre de 2026 o fins al possible exhauriment, dins aquest període, de la quantia econòmica assignada a aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Si s'exhaureixen els crèdits destinats a la convocatòria abans d'acabar el termini de presentació s'ha de suspendre la concessió de nous ajuts mitjançant la publicació corresponent en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Procediment per resoldre els ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds de subvenció s'han de resoldre a mesura que entrin en el registre de l'òrgan competent (rigorós ordre d'entrada), encara que no hagi acabat el termini de presentació, fins que s'exhaureixin els crèdits destinats a la convocatòria o, si escau, fins que es resolguin tots els expedients presentats dins el termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En cas d'exhauriment del crèdit destinat a la convocatòria, i sempre que no hagi expirat la vigència del Programa, es poden rebre sol·licituds en llista de reserva provisional, que s'han d'atendre per rigorós ordre d'entrada, supeditades al fet que es produeixin desestimacions o revocacions de les sol·licituds d'ajut prèvies que puguin alliberar pressupost, o bé s'incorpori nou pressupost a la convocatòria. En cap cas la presentació d'una sol·licitud a la llista de reserva provisional genera cap dret per a la persona sol·licitant, fins que no es validi la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Si la documentació aportada no compleix els requisits exigits s'ha de requerir el sol·licitant perquè en el termini de deu dies hàbils esmeni la falta o aporti els documents preceptius, amb la indicació que, si no ho fa, es considera que desisteix de la sol·licitud, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;68 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, després que es dicti una resolució prèvia en els termes que disposa l'article&amp;nbsp;21 de la Llei esmentada. En aquest cas, la data de presentació de l'esmena és la que estableix l'ordre per resoldre l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Una vegada que els tècnics de la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic hagin determinat que les sol·licituds són completes i conformes amb el contingut d'aquesta Resolució, el director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic ha d'emetre una proposta de resolució provisional, la qual s'ha de notificar als interessats perquè en el termini màxim de deu dies hi puguin al·legar el que considerin oportú. Es pot prescindir d'aquest tràmit d'audiència quan no figurin en el procediment ni siguin tinguts en compte altres fets ni altres al·legacions i proves que les adduïdes pels interessats. En aquest cas, la proposta de resolució formulada té caràcter de definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Posteriorment, el director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic ha d'emetre la proposta de resolució definitiva en la qual s'han de motivar si s'estimen o no les al·legacions presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. La resolució expressa del conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia finalitza el procediment de concessió de la subvenció. Aquesta s'ha de motivar i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia individual de la subvenció concedida. Així mateix, la resolució ha d'especificar els aspectes següents: beneficiari, ajut sol·licitat, descripció i import de l'activitat que se subvenciona, quantia, productes o serveis que s'hagin d'obtenir de l'ajut, partida pressupostària a la qual s'aplica, forma de pagament, termini per dur a terme l'activitat, justificació de les activitats objecte de l'ajut i terminis per presentar els justificants. En la resolució també s'ha d'esmentar que els ajuts procedeixen de l'impost sobre estades turístiques a les Illes Balears i de mesures d'impuls del turisme sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar la resolució de les sol·licituds és de sis mesos comptadors a partir de la data de la presentació de la sol·licitud. La resolució s'ha de notificar als interessats, d'acord amb l'article 40 i següents de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Òrgans competents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Correspon a la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic l'ordenació i instrucció del procediment. El director general d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic ha d'emetre les propostes de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El conseller d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia és l'òrgan competent per dictar les resolucions que posin fi al procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Costs subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb caràcter general es consideren costs elegibles els que s'especifiquen a continuació, sempre que tenguin relació amb l'activitat subvencionada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La inversió en equips, infraestructura, materials, equipaments de control i auxiliars i relacionades amb les tipologies d'actuació objecte d'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els costos d'execució de les obres o instal·lacions (o ambdues) relacionades amb les tipologies d'actuació objecte d'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sistemes de gestió, control actiu i monitoratge de dades. Aquests equips han de ser propietat del beneficiari de l'ajut i estar vinculats a l'actuació objecte de l'ajut. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obres civils, quan estiguin relacionades amb les actuacions objecte d'ajut i aquelles que siguin necessàries per a l'execució correcta del projecte, com el reforç de coberta o la seva substitució en la part proporcional de la coberta que hagi d'ocupar la instal·lació de generació, si s'escau. Així mateix, es consideren subvencionables com a obra civil les partides següents: edificacions necessàries per al projecte, terra campa, excavacions, rases, canalitzacions i canonades associades a la instal·lació de generació, o als sistemes d'integració d'energia elèctrica i gestió de la demanda, ajuts d'obra de paleta, instal·lacions auxiliars necessàries, vials de servitud interna de la instal·lació, adequació d'accessos per a la instal·lació, edificis de control, plataformes de muntatge, grues, bastides, instal·lacions temporals, restauració i mesures mediambientals correctores després de les obres. Per ser considerat cost elegible, les obres han de complir la condició que almenys el 70&amp;nbsp;% (en pes) dels residus de construcció i demolició no perillosos generats (exclosos els residus amb codi LER 17 05 04), es preparin per a la reutilització, el reciclatge i la valoració d'altres materials, incloses les operacions de farciment utilitzant residus per substituir altres materials. Anàlogament, en els projectes finançats que impliquin demolició, s'hi ha d'incloure la pràctica de demolició selectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els projectes, estudis i memòries ambientals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els costos de la redacció dels projectes o memòries tècniques relacionats amb les tipologies d'actuació objecte d'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els costos de la direcció facultativa relacionats amb les tipologies d'actuació objecte d'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Coordinació de Seguretat i Salut de l'obra i muntatge relacionats amb les tipologies d'actuació objecte d'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Altres partides que siguin degudament justificades com a necessàries (auxiliars o no), diferents de les recollides com a despeses no subvencionables en aquest apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Onzè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quantia dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. S'estableixen les quanties de subvenció en funció del programa d'actuació següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Programa d'actuació 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 100 % del cost subvencionable, amb un ajut màxim de 80.000 euros si la instal·lació no incorpora emmagatzematge i de 100.000 euros si l'incorpora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Programa d'actuació 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 80 % del cost subvencionable, amb un ajut màxim de 50.000 euros si la instal·lació no incorpora emmagatzematge i de 60.000 euros si l'incorpora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En el cas que el beneficiari rebi altres subvencions o ajuts per a la mateixa activitat o tipus d'actuació, l'import de les subvencions establertes en aquesta Resolució no pot, en cap cas, de forma aïllada o en concurrència amb altres subvencions o ajuts, superar el cost de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dotzè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificació i pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El pagament de la subvenció s'ha de fer mitjançant una resolució un cop hagi finalitzat l'actuació, l'entitat l'hagi justificada i la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic hagi revisat el compliment dels objectius de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En el cas que la persona beneficiària no compleixi l'obligació de fer l'actuació i de justificar-la, no es pagarà la subvenció i s'ha de declarar la pèrdua del dret al cobrament, de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article&amp;nbsp;89 del Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i es continuarà el procediment previst en l'article 42 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;38/2003.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La documentació que s'ha de presentar per a la justificació és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud de pagament (document normalitzat&amp;nbsp;5) que inclou la declaració responsable sobre la realització de les tasques amb empreses vinculades i la recepció d'altres ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una declaració responsable sobre la realització de l'actuació amb la identificació de les despeses de l'activitat, del creditor, de l'import, de la data d'emissió i de la data de pagament (document normalitzat 6).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat que acrediti les dades bancàries per a la transferència de l'import de l'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El número d'expedient del registre de la instal·lació de generació (inclosa en el document normalitzat 6).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La memòria resum de l'actuació, signada digitalment per l'empresa instal·ladora habilitada, amb fotografies de l'actuació feta (document normalitzat 7).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a empreses, informació i enllaç al lloc d'Internet del beneficiari (inclosa en el document normalitzat&amp;nbsp;5), en cas que disposi d'un, en què aquest beneficiari informarà el públic del possible suport obtingut dels fons ITS, de manera proporcionada al nivell de suport prestat, amb els seus objectius i resultats, i destacant el suport financer d'ITS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Quan l'entitat beneficiària no presenti la documentació justificativa, l'òrgan competent li ha de requerir que l'aporti en un termini improrrogable de quinze dies comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-ne notificat el requeriment. Transcorregut aquest termini, el fet de no presentar la justificació té com a conseqüència que perd el dret a cobrar la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El termini per esmenar els defectes de la justificació és de quinze dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver rebut el requeriment. Transcorregut aquest termini, el fet de no presentar la documentació per esmenar les deficiències documentals té com a conseqüència que perd el dret a cobrar la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. En cas que la justificació de l'actuació no comporti el pagament de la totalitat de la subvenció aprovada s'ha de notificar al beneficiari perquè en el termini màxim de quinze dies hi pugui al·legar el que consideri oportú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La concessió de la subvenció no eximeix el titular de la instal·lació de complir totes les autoritzacions i registres administratius que siguin necessaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La resolució d'atorgament de la subvenció ha de fixar el termini concret per justificar la realització de les activitats subvencionades, que no pot ser posterior al desè dia hàbil des de la data màxima d'execució de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. La falta de justificació en els termes i els terminis que estableixi la resolució d'atorgament de la subvenció, la modificació del projecte presentat sense que la Conselleria d'Empresa, Autònoms i Energia l'hagi aprovat prèviament, així com la desviació de les subvencions o l'aplicació diferent d'allò que estableix la norma, són causes de revocació, total o parcial de la subvenció i, si escau, de reintegrament de les quantitats que hagi percebut l'entitat, d'acord amb el Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. En el cas que no estigui justificada totalment la realització de l'activitat subvencionada, però s'hagi acomplert, encara que parcialment, la finalitat per a la qual la subvenció es va concedir, s'ha de revisar i minorar proporcionalment pel que fa a allò que no s'ha justificat, d'acord amb els criteris de gradació que recull l'article&amp;nbsp;24 de l'Ordre de bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tretzè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són obligacions dels beneficiaris les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dur a terme l'activitat o la inversió, o adoptar el comportament que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificar la realització de l'activitat, com també el compliment dels requisits i les condicions que determinen la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Garantir la permanència de la inversió durant un període mínim de cinc anys següents al pagament final al beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de garantir durant un període mínim de cinc anys següents al pagament final al beneficiari que la instal·lació està en funcionament un mínim de 500 hores l'any.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar a l'òrgan que la concedeix o, si escau, a l'entitat col·laboradora la sol·licitud o l'obtenció d'altres subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat. Aquesta comunicació s'ha de fer dins el termini de tres dies hàbils des de la sol·licitud o l'obtenció de la subvenció concurrent i, en tot cas, abans de la justificació de l'aplicació que s'hagi donat als fons percebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat, i de les obligacions tributàries davant la hisenda autonòmica; i acreditar-ho, en la forma que s'estableix a l'article 6 de les bases reguladores i al punt cinquè d'aquesta convocatòria abans de dictar la proposta de resolució de concessió i de fer-ne el pagament. En tot cas, aquesta acreditació es pot substituir per una declaració responsable de la persona sol·licitant quan es tracti de subvencions de quantia igual o inferior a 3.000&amp;nbsp;euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Accedir a les actuacions de comprovació que dugui a terme la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic, a les actuacions de control financer de la Intervenció General de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, la Sindicatura de Comptes i qualsevol altra autoritat de control. Si del resultat d'aquestes actuacions de control es detecten irregularitats, es derivarà l'obligació de reintegrament de les quanties percebudes indegudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Deixar constància de la percepció i l'aplicació de la subvenció en els llibres de comptabilitat o en els llibres de registre que, si escau, hagi de dur el beneficiari d'acord amb la legislació mercantil o fiscal que li sigui aplicable i, si escau, amb les bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts, amb inclusió dels documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte d'actuacions de comprovació i control, durant un període de cinc anys a partir del 31 de desembre de l'any en què l'autoritat de gestió efectuï el darrer pagament al beneficiari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Destinar l'import de la subvenció al finançament de l'actuació per a la qual s'ha sol·licitat i mantenir l'afectació de les inversions a l'activitat subvencionada, en la forma i dins els terminis que estableixi la convocatòria i, si escau, la resolució corresponent o les seves modificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar a l'òrgan que concedeix la subvenció la modificació de qualsevol circumstància que afecti algun dels requisits exigits per a la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donar compliment a la normativa comunitària, nacional i autonòmica aplicable en l'àmbit de contractació, subvencions i ajuts d'estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mantenir un sistema de comptabilitat separada per a totes les transaccions relacionades amb l'operació cofinançada, o bé un codi comptable separat, en cas de persones físiques amb activitat econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposar de tots els documents sobre la despesa que resultin necessaris per tenir una pista d'auditoria apropiada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;o) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reintegrar els fons percebuts indegudament com a conseqüència de les actuacions de comprovació fetes pels òrgans de control competents i segons el que estableix l'article&amp;nbsp;44 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;p) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha d'informar el públic del suport obtingut de l'impost sobre estades turístiques a les Illes Balears. S'ha de fer una breu descripció en el lloc web —si se'n disposa— de l'operació, de manera proporcionada al nivell de l'ajut obtingut, els objectius i resultats, i s'ha de destacar el suport financer de l'impost sobre estades turístiques a les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;q) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les actuacions esmentades estan detallades i especificades en el «Manual de gestió de l'execució i justificació dels projectes finançats amb càrrec al Fons per Afavorir el Turisme Sostenible» el qual, juntament amb altres documents són a disposició de les entitats interessades en el web de l'AETIB (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.illessostenibles.travel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol persona que estigui assabentada de fets que puguin ser constitutius de frau o irregularitat en relació amb projectes o operacions finançats totalment o parcialment amb càrrec a fons procedents de la Unió Europea en el marc d'aquesta convocatòria pot comunicar aquests fets al Servei Nacional de Coordinació Antifrau de la Intervenció General de l'Administració de l'Estat, per mitjans electrònics a través del canal habilitat a aquest efecte a l'adreça web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://www.igae.pap.hacienda.gob.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La relació amb l'administració convocant únicament ha de ser de forma telemàtica a través del tràmit específic per a subvencions que s'ha de posar a disposició dels interessats a la web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://energia.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que correspon a la pàgina web de la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic. No es consideren com a presentades les sol·licituds i aportacions de documentació de forma telemàtica fetes a través d'un altre mitjà electrònic que no sigui el tràmit específic esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els documents normalitzats, declaracions responsables i altres documents necessaris que requereixen signatura, s'han de signar de forma digital vàlida, excepte les persones físiques sense activitat econòmica la signatura de les quals podrà ser no digital. En aquest darrer cas l'interessat o beneficiari ha de conservar el document original a disposició de l'administració durant un període mínim de 5 anys des del pagament de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els ajuts d'aquesta convocatòria són compatibles amb altres ajuts o subvencions que puguin atorgar-se per qualssevol administracions públiques o organismes o ens públics. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Divuitè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Decret llei 3/2024, de 24 de maig, de mesures de simplificació i racionalització de les administracions públiques de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d'energia a les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 72, de 24 de maig), modificada per l'Ordre del conseller de Transició Energètica i Sectors Productius de 18 de juny de 2020 (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;116, de 30 de juny).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Per motiu del cofinançament són d'aplicació: la Llei 2/2016, de 30 de març, de l'impost sobre estades turístiques a les Illes Balears i de mesures d'impuls del turisme sostenible, i el Decret 35/2016, de 23 de juny, pel qual es desplega el Llei de l'impost sobre estades turístiques i de mesures d'impuls de turisme sostenible. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dinovè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Models normalitzats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada publicada la convocatòria, la Direcció General d'Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic, a través de l'enllaç web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://energia.caib.es, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ha de posar a disposició dels interessats la documentació normalitzada següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
