    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La caça, la seva regulació, la vigilància i l'aprofitament dels recursos cinegètics, així com el foment d'aquestes matèries, són competències pròpies dels consells insulars, d'acord amb els articles 70.17 i 73 de la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Regular l'exercici de la caça per assegurar-ne la perdurabilitat i fomentar el respecte per la biodiversitat de l'illa és un dels objectius del Departament d'Economia i Serveis Generals del Consell Insular de Menorca; d'aquesta manera, la pràctica de la caça, amb els seus components ambientals, culturals, socials i econòmics, ha de contribuir, de manera sostenible, a l'equilibri entre la fauna, el medi natural i les activitats humanes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Per bé que les bases reguladores de referència preveien una línia d'ajuts destinada a la millora ambiental dels vedats o refugis de caça i una altra orientada a les entitats sense afany de guany, la convocatòria corresponent a l'any 2024, de la mateixa manera que el 2023 es va limitar a subvencionar actuacions cinegètiques d'entitats sense ànim de lucre que contribuïssin a millorar la capacitat, l'aprofitament i la sostenibilitat dels recursos objecte d'explotació. Així, se'n van beneficiar dues societats de caçadors d'àmbit insular, una organització ecologista, una societat ornitològica i una societat de criadors de cans de conills: tot plegat, les cinc actuacions van rebre 11.443,97 € dels 15.000 € reservats (un 76,29 %) i totes van ser justificades completament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Per acord del Consell Executiu, en sessió de caràcter extraordinari de 22 de novembre de 2024 (BOIB núm. 161 de 12 de desembre de 2024), es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions (PES), al qual &amp;nbsp;consta la convocatòria d'ajuts en matèria cinegètica amb un màxim de 15.000 € de fons propis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ple del CIM de 17 de febrer de 2025 va aprovar definitivament el pressupost general del CIM per a l'any 2025, el qual preveu la convocatòria d'ajuts en matèria cinegètica amb un màxim de 15.000 € de fons propis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. L'esperit i la intenció de la convocatòria rau en el principi de gestió sostenible del patrimoni faunístic i dels seus hàbitats, gestió qualificada d'interès públic per la Llei 6/2006, de 12 d'abril, de caça i pesca de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. En aquest sentit, l'objectiu previst és que les societats de caçadors d'implantació a l'illa hi puguin veure impulsats els seus projectes de naturalesa cinegètica sota els paràmetres de perdurabilitat de les espècies i respecte per la biodiversitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Els ajuts proposats (en virtut de la competència pròpia dels consells insulars en matèria de caça, la seva regulació, la vigilància i l'aprofitament dels recursos cinegètics, així com el foment d'aquests assumptes) no compleixen totes les condicions i criteris fixats per l'article 107.1 del Tractat de Funcionament de la Unió Europea; més concretament, compleixen una finalitat mediambiental i no distorsionen la competència ni produeixen efectes sobre el comerç entre els estats membres. Així, el seu impacte és estrictament regional i mediambiental; no provoquen que la demanda o les inversions arribin a Menorca després d'obstaculitzar-se el seu establiment en altres indrets comunitaris; els beneficiaris i els efectes dels ajuts tenen una zona d'acció geogràficament circumscrita a la regió, i el seu efecte sobre els mercats i els consumidors dels estats membres és inapreciable o, com a molt, resulta marginal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Altrament, per bé que els ajuts proposats no es consideren d'Estat (evitant així els requisits que la imperativa europea exigeix a aquesta tipologia de subvencions), evidentment han de complir la resta de normativa aplicable en matèria subvencionadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es té en compte la normativa bàsica aplicable al Consell Insular de Menorca en matèria de subvencions i en el marc del que estableixen les bases d'execució del pressupost (BEP) vigent d'aquesta corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atesa la proposta de la consellera executiva del Departament d'Economia i Serveis Generals;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu, per unanimitat dels quatre membres presents (senyora Reynés Calvache, senyor Gornés Hachero, senyora Taltavull Fernández i senyor Pons Torres) i en votació ordinària, adopta el següent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACORD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar les Bases que regeixen la concessió d'ajuts del Consell Insular de Menorca en matèria cinegètica, adjuntes a aquesta proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar, simultàniament, la convocatòria corresponent a l'any 2025, que es regeix per aquestes bases i d'acord amb les condicions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Import global màxim dels ajuts i crèdit pressupostari: les ajudes concedides seran ateses amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària i l'import màxim indicat a continuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest import màxim destinat a la convocatòria únicament podrà ampliar-se en el supòsit d'aportacions expresses de tercers que contribueixin al finançament de l'objecte de la convocatòria i s'hagin concretat posteriorment a l'aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte dels ajuts és donar suport a determinades activitats sense ànim de lucre, dutes a terme al territori de Menorca en matèria cinegètica entre els dies 1 de desembre de l'any 2024 i 30 d'octubre de l'any 2025, que contribueixen a millorar la capacitat, l'aprofitament i la sostenibilitat dels recursos objecte d'explotació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import global màxim dels ajuts i crèdit pressupostari: les ajudes a concedir seran ateses amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 2 41910 4890000 i amb l'import màxim de 15.000 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) El percentatge màxim de subvenció serà d'un 80 % del cost de les actuacions i es podrà rebre fins a un màxim de 5.000 €. Si el total de les peticions sobrepassa el crèdit disponible, les sol·licituds es resoldran repartint proporcionalment el crèdit assignat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El termini de presentació de sol·licituds i justificacions: des de l'endemà d'haver publicat aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(BOIB) i fins al 15 de novembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'expedient serà instruït per Marga Truyol, tècnica agrícola del Departament d'Economia i Serveis Generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Conformen la Comissió Avaluadora d'aquests ajuts les persones següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Rosa Gil, tècnica de promoció agroalimentària del Departament d'Economia i Serveis Generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incorporat al pressupost vigent del Consell Insular de Menorca (CIM), el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions (PES) canalitza i ordena el desenvolupament d'actuacions en matèria de subvencions adreçades a la consecució dels objectius de cada programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un dels objectius del Departament d'Economia i Serveis Generals és que la pràctica de la caça, amb els seus components ambientals, culturals, socials i econòmics, contribueixi de forma sostenible a l'equilibri entre la fauna, el medi natural i les activitats humanes; amb aquest propòsit, el PES en vigor té prevista una línia de subvenció en matèria cinegètica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquests ajuts és donar suport a determinades activitats sense ànim de lucre dutes a terme al territori de Menorca en matèria cinegètica entre el dia 1 de desembre de l'any anterior al de la convocatòria i el 30 d'octubre de l'any de la convocatòria, que contribueixen a millorar la capacitat, l'aprofitament i la sostenibilitat dels recursos que són objecte d'explotació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Finalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb el principi de gestió sostenible del patrimoni faunístic i dels seus hàbitats, gestió qualificada d'interès públic per la Llei 6/2006, de 12 d'abril, de caça i pesca de les Illes Balears, la finalitat d'aquesta convocatòria és la conservació i l'aprofitament sostenible de la caça i els ecosistemes dels quals formen part els animals objecte d'aquestes activitats, els quals són considerats recursos naturals renovables; per això, la pràctica de la caça, amb els seus components ambientals, culturals, socials i econòmics, ha de contribuir de forma sostenible a l'equilibri entre la fauna, el medi natural i les activitats humanes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests ajuts s'emmarquen en l'exercici de la competència de foment que correspon al Consell Insular de Menorca (CIM) en matèria de caça, de conformitat amb els articles 70.17 i 73 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears; així mateix, el vigent Pla Estratègic de Subvencions del CIM preveu la convocatòria d'ajuts en matèria cinegètica amb l'objectiu específic esmentat a la base primera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Finançament i import màxim&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les ajudes que s'atorguin en el marc d'aquestes bases es pagaran amb càrrec a la partida i l'import màxim que s'estableixi a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Actuacions subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Objecte: donar suport a determinades activitats sense ànim de lucre en matèria cinegètica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Beneficiaris: societats de caçadors d'implantació a l'illa i altres entitats relacionades amb el medi ambient que actuïn a l'àmbit cinegètic menorquí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Activitats subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import de compra d'espècies cinegètiques amb varietats autòctones pròpies de Menorca, destinades a amollades i/o repoblacions dutes a terme dins el període subvencionable. Igualment, són conceptes subvencionables l'import d'adquisició d'aliments per espècies d'amollades i/o repoblacions, l'import del maneig dels individus i del transport associats a la repoblació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Instal·lació de menjadores i abeuradors per a les espècies cinegètiques en èpoques de penúria alimentària o de climatologia adversa així com infraestructures diverses associades a la millora de la població cinegètica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Promoció de les modalitats tradicionals de caça pròpies de Menorca i activitats cinegètiques amb races autòctones de cans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import dels honoraris derivats de la realització d'estudis tècnics sobre espècies cinegètiques i els seus hàbitats i plans tècnics de gestió cinegètica fets per tècnics competents en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Millora dels hàbitats dels vedats/refugis i millores ambientals en favor de la fauna cinegètica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Organització d'activitats de formació i promoció de l'activitat cinegètica de caràcter sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import d'adquisició del material no inventariable necessari per dur a terme les actuacions de seguiment i millora de cans de caça, així com l'import dels honoraris derivats d'aquestes tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import d'adquisició del material no inventariable necessari per dur a terme la informació, promoció i foment de bones pràctiques cinegètiques, així com la implementació de tècniques alternatives d'interès ambiental, i l'import dels honoraris derivats d'aquestes activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import d'adquisició de material no inventariable necessari per dur a terme l'edició de material, en qualsevol suport, dedicat a la promoció i foment de les modalitats tradicionals de caça, així com l'import dels honoraris derivats d'aquesta tasca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses derivades d'altres activitats subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Honoraris dels següents serveis veterinaris únicament en animals auxiliars de caça: implementació de xips d'identificació, vacunació, desparasitació, altres tractaments veterinaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;haurà d'aportar un certificat o declaració responsable que tots els animals auxiliars són propietat dels socis de l'entitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses d'edició en qualsevol suport de materials formatius, divulgatius en matèria cinegètica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Honoraris de realització de materials formatius, divulgatius o de promoció dels valors i patrimoni cinegètic conservació de la natura, usos tradicionals del camp lligats a la caça i gestió i pràctica sostenible d'aquesta activitat, en qualsevol suport. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses d'ormeigs propis de modalitats tradicionals de caça relacionades amb el manteniment, reparació i/o honoraris de confecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Honoraris d'instructors, tècnics, investigadors i ponents destinats a la participació en fires, congressos, esdeveniments científics, activitats divulgatives i de promoció cinegètica que s'hagin desenvolupat dins el període subvencionable dins l'Illa de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import del transport i l'allotjament quan aquests estiguin domiciliats fora de l'illa de Menorca també serà subvencionable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import d'honoraris derivats de la realització d'assessoraments tècnics, jurídics i propostes de gestió que puguin afectar l'activitat cinegètica i races autòctones relacionades amb caça. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les actuacions esdevindran subvencionables sempre que s'hagin executat i pagat entre l'1 de desembre de l'any anterior al de la convocatòria i el 30 de novembre de l'any de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Naturalesa dels ajuts i règim de compatibilitat amb altres subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aquests ajuts són de caràcter voluntari i eventual i es poden anul·lar, revocar i reintegrar en tot moment per les causes previstes en la llei o en aquestes bases; no generen cap dret a l'obtenció d'altres subvencions en anys posteriors i no es poden al·legar com a precedent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els ajuts que s'atorguin de conformitat amb aquestes bases són compatibles amb la concessió d'altres ajuts, sens perjudici de l'obligació de les entitats beneficiàries de comunicar-ho al CIM en la forma establerta en la base 14.2 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En cap cas, l'import de les subvencions que es concedeixin no pot superar, de manera aïllada o amb concurrència amb altres ajuts, ingressos o recursos, el cost de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Requisits dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Podran tenir la condició de beneficiari les societats de caçadors d'implantació a l'illa sense caràcter lucratiu previstes en la Llei 6/2006, de 12 d'abril, de caça i pesca de les Illes Balears, i altres entitats sense afany de guany relacionades amb el medi ambient que actuïn a l'àmbit cinegètic menorquí. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En qualsevol cas, no poden ser-ne beneficiàries les persones físiques o jurídiques en les quals concorri alguna de les prohibicions establertes en l'article 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions (TRLS) i en l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions (LGS). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Presentació de sol·licituds &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds s'han de presentar formalitzades electrònicament mitjançant el model normalitzat adjunt a aquestes bases (annex I) i que és a la seu electrònica (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.cime.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;). Facultativament, i només en el cas de les persones físiques, es poden presentar presencialment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La sol·licitud s'ha d'acompanyar de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Documentació administrativa comuna:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document d'identificació del representant (NIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document d'identificació fiscal de l'entitat (CIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Escriptura de constitució o modificació, dels estatuts o del reglament intern de funcionament inscrits en el registre corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditació de la representació en virtut de la qual actua la persona que signa la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si fos necessari de conformitat amb els seus estatuts, han d'aportar certificat de l'acord adoptat per l'òrgan de govern de l'entitat per sol·licitar l'ajuda i per designar representant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex II. Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal de no estar sotmès a cap de les circumstàncies que determinen la impossibilitat d'obtenir la condició de beneficiari o entitat col·laboradora de les subvencions públiques (article 13.2 de l'LGS). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex III. Declaració responsable signada pel sol·licitant o pel seu representant legal relativa a les subvencions o ajudes obtingudes o sol·licitades d'altres institucions públiques o privades per fer la mateixa activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document de designació de compte bancari de l'entitat beneficiària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat on consti que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat. Marcant la casella corresponent de l'annex I, es pot autoritzar el CIM a comprovar el compliment d'aquestes obligacions. Quan l'import de la subvenció sol·licitada no superi els 3.000 €, l'entitat sol·licitant podrà substituir aquests certificats per una declaració responsable d'estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries davant l'Administració de l'Estat i amb la Seguretat Social (article 11 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; TRLS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Documentació específica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pla d'actuacions de les activitats que es pretenen subvencionar, amb indicació del pressupost de cada una, termini de realització i característiques de cada activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relació de parcel·les i identificació cadastral. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan ja consti en els arxius del CIM i es faci constar expressament en la sol·licitud, s'eximeix de presentar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document de designació de compte bancari de l'empresa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. D'acord amb els articles 28.3, 28.7 i 53 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (LPACAP), les persones interessades no tenen l'obligació de presentar documents originals, llevat que, excepcionalment, la normativa reguladora aplicable exigeixi el contrari; en qualsevol cas, són responsables de la veracitat dels documents que presentin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la rellevància d'un dels documents aportats per la persona interessada ho exigeixi, o existeixin dubtes derivats de la qualitat de la còpia, el CIM pot sol·licitar de manera motivada l'autenticació d'aquestes còpies aportades i requerir l'exhibició del document o de la informació original (article 28.5 de l'LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Pel fet de presentar-se a aquesta convocatòria, la persona física o jurídica interessada presta al CIM els consentiments següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Consultar i comprovar la veracitat de la documentació i de les dades presentades per la persona interessada que tenguin en el seu poder altres administracions públiques, principalment mitjançant les plataformes d'interoperabilitat, les xarxes corporatives o altres sistemes electrònics habilitats a aquest efecte i als quals el CIM tengui accés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Consultar l'existència i la veracitat de la documentació i de les dades que eventualment la persona interessada hagi considerat oportú no presentar acollint-se al dret de no fer-ho pel fet que hagin estat elaborades per les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquests consentiments només es consideren atorgats quan no consti en l'expedient l'oposició expressa a l'esmentada consulta o quan la llei especial que sigui aplicable al cas en requereixi el consentiment exprés, en aquest darrer cas és obligatori que l'Administració el requereixi i que la persona interessada el presti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació transcrita en els punts precedents 1 i 2 s'han de presentar, dins del termini establert en la convocatòria, d'acord amb les indicacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Per mitjans electrònics, segons el que estableix l'article 14.2 de l'LPACAP, al registre electrònic del CIM (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.cime.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) o a qualsevol altre registre electrònic dels establerts en l'article 16.4 de la llei esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Facultativament, la poden presentar presencialment, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 14.1 de l'LPACAP, les persones físiques, per preservar el dret de comunicar-se amb l'Administració pública també per mitjans no electrònics, mitjançant el registre electrònic del CIM (a la seu del CIM de Maó i a les oficines administratives de Ciutadella) o a qualsevol altre registre i lloc dels establerts en l'article 16.4 de l'esmentada LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Si algun subjecte obligat a fer la sol·licitud per mitjans electrònics presenta la sol·licitud presencialment, se'l requerirà per tal que l'esmeni mitjançant la presentació electrònica; a aquests efectes, i d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 68.4 de la mateixa llei, es considera com a data de presentació de la sol·licitud aquella en què hagi tingut lloc l'esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Si la sol·licitud o la documentació fossin incorrectes o incompletes, el CIM en requerirà la rectificació o el complement necessaris. Si en el termini de deu dies hàbils, comptats des de l'endemà del dia que es rebi el requeriment d'esmena de la sol·licitud, la persona interessada no fa la rectificació reclamada o no presenta la documentació requerida, s'entendrà que ha desistit de la seva petició de conformitat amb l'article 68 de l'LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Determinació de l'import de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La convocatòria ha d'establir l'import global màxim disponible, a més de la quantitat màxima de l'ajut que els beneficiaris puguin sol·licitar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El percentatge màxim de subvenció és d'un 80 % del cost de les actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Criteris objectius per a la concessió dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Si els totals sol·licitats no esgoten els crèdits disponibles, les sol·licituds es resoldran individualment, segons el percentatge i l'import màxim fixats en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Si els totals sol·licitats sobrepassen els crèdits disponibles, les sol·licituds es resoldran&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; repartint proporcionalment &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;els crèdits assignats entre els sol·licitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Comissió avaluadora dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'objecte d'aquesta comissió és examinar els expedients relatius a les sol·licituds dels ajuts, acompanyats de l'oportú informe de la instrucció, i emetre'n un a partir del qual serà formulada la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Quan l'import global dels fons públics prevists en la convocatòria superi els 50.000 € o quan l'import individual màxim de la subvenció sobrepassi els 7.000 €, aquest òrgan col·legiat s'ha de constituir obligatòriament; en aquest cas, estarà integrat per les persones següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;President: el conseller executiu competent en la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretari: un funcionari del departament al qual està adscrita la matèria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'entendrà vàlidament constituïda amb la presència del president i del secretari i almenys de la meitat dels membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Quan no sigui preceptiva la seva constitució, la seva existència només serà necessària si es preveu expressament en la resolució de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Procediment i òrgans competents per a la concessió dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Sota els principis d'objectivitat, transparència, igualtat, no-discriminació i publicitat, els ajuts es concediran mitjançant concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'expedient s'iniciarà amb l'aprovació de la convocatòria corresponent. El text de la convocatòria, i la resta de documentació que es requereixi, es comunicarà a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions (BDNS) i, en compliment de l'article 20.8 de l'LGS, se'n publicarà l'extracte en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La instrucció correspondrà al tècnic del Departament d'Economia i Serveis Generals que s'assenyali a la convocatòria, que haurà de realitzar d'ofici totes les actuacions necessàries per a la determinació, el coneixement i la comprovació de les dades en virtut de les quals s'ha de dictar resolució sobre la concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Tota sol·licitud que no compleixi els requisits establerts en la convocatòria o que hi manqui la documentació exigida, s'ha de requerir al seu sol·licitant perquè, en un termini de deu dies hàbils, esmeni el defecte o aporti la documentació preceptiva amb l'advertiment que, si no ho fa, se'l tindrà per desistit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Totes les sol·licituds presentades dins el termini establert en la convocatòria se sotmetran a l'examen de l'instructor de l'expedient, o de la comissió avaluadora si n'és obligatòria la constitució, seleccionant els beneficiaris mitjançant concurs tal com estableix l'article 17 del TRLS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. De l'informe resultant de l'esmentat examen emanarà la corresponent proposta de resolució perquè el/la conseller/a executiu/iva competent dicti resolució sobre la concessió o denegació dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Quan la quantia de l'ajut proposat per l'òrgan instructor o la comissió avaluadora sigui substancialment inferior al sol·licitat, es podrà instar el beneficiari a reformular la sol·licitud per ajustar els compromisos i les condicions de la subvenció atorgable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La resolució de l'expedient d'atorgament de les subvencions ha de ser expressa i motivada, i ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia específica de cada una de les subvencions concedides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Si la subvenció implica una despesa plurianual, la resolució de concessió ha de determinar el nombre d'exercicis a què s'aplicarà la despesa i la quantitat màxima què s'ha d'aplicar a cada exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. El termini màxim per dictar i notificar la resolució expressa de concessió de subvenció serà de sis mesos comptats des del dia que acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. No obstant l'anterior, aquest termini es podrà reduir si s'estableix expressament en la convocatòria dels ajuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El silenci administratiu té caràcter desestimatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. La resolució de l'expedient de concessió o denegació dels ajuts s'ha de remetre a la BDNS en compliment de l'article 20.8 de l'LGS i publicar-se al BOIB, a efectes de notificació d'acord amb l'article 45.1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. La concessió de l'ajut es pot instrumentar mitjançant la formalització d'un conveni de col·laboració amb l'entitat beneficiària en què es determinaran els drets i les obligacions de les parts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Abonament dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els ajuts s'han d'abonar un cop se n'hagi acordat la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les subvencions es faran efectives en el termini màxim de 60 dies a comptar des de la data de la resolució de concessió i pagament i sempre que la disponibilitat de tresoreria del CIM ho permeti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. No podrà fer-se el pagament mentre la persona beneficiària no estigui al corrent en el compliment de les seves obligacions tributàries i davant la Seguretat social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Justificació de les despeses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La justificació de les despeses objecte de subvenció s'han de presentar juntament amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. De conformitat amb l'article 75 del Reglament de la Llei general de subvencions (RLGS), els ajuts es justificaran mitjançant l'aportació d'un compte justificatiu simplificat que contengui:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Memòria justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades en la convocatòria, amb indicació de les activitats dutes a terme i dels resultats obtinguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Annex IV. Relació nominativa de les despeses realitzades i pagades i detalls d'altres ingressos i subvencions que hagin finançat l'activitat. Aquestes despeses han de ser factures a nom del beneficiari de la subvenció, han de complir els requisits i les formalitats legals i comptar amb els justificants de pagament bancari corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'admetran pagaments en efectiu fins a un màxim de 300 €. Per justificar-los, les factures han d'incorporar l'acreditació del cobrament per part del seu emissor o la persona responsable de l'empresa amb capacitat de cobrament. A aquest efecte han de quedar consignades a la factura la data de cobrament i la identificació, amb indicació del nom, NIF i signatura del declarant del cobrament de la factura i el segell de l'empresa (aquest darrer és facultatiu si l'emissor és una persona física). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la fase de comprovació de la despesa realitzada se sol·licitarà la presentació dels justificants que es creguin oportuns per obtenir una evidència raonable sobre l'adequada aplicació de la subvenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Són justificables les despeses associades, directament i de forma inequívoca amb les accions subvencionables relacionades a la base 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No són despeses subvencionables i, per tant, no formen part del pressupost subvencionable: les d'import superior al preu de mercat; els interessos deutors; els recàrrecs, les sancions administratives o les despeses de procediments judicials; els impostos; les assegurances; els costos indirectes (subministraments i comunicacions); menjars, refrigeris o similars, i les despeses de personal, tret del destinat a la vigilància dels vedats o refugis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Si la documentació presentada és incompleta o incorrecta, el servei responsable demanarà al beneficiari que en faci la rectificació oportuna en el termini improrrogable de deu dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Si la despesa justificada excedeix de l'import concedit, la possible desviació pressupostària anirà a càrrec de la persona subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Si la despesa justificada és inferior a l'import del pressupost sol·licitat i subvencionat es procedirà a la reducció proporcional de la subvenció concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. El CIM podrà inspeccionar les activitats subvencionades, sens perjudici de les competències que puguin correspondre, per normativa legal o reglamentària, a altres organismes o institucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Acceptació de les subvencions i obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La subvenció s'entendrà acceptada tàcitament un cop transcorreguts quinze dies hàbils d'ençà de la publicació al BOIB de la resolució de l'expedient de concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Tanmateix, les entitats beneficiàries s'obliguen a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Fer constar, de manera expressa, el suport del CIM en les accions de difusió de les activitats subvencionades, en cas d'actuacions que tenguin lloc després de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Facilitar en qualsevol moment la informació que li sol·liciti el CIM sobre les tasques que desenvolupin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Dur a terme l'activitat objecte de subvenció i justificar-la en les condicions i els terminis estipulats en aquestes bases i en la resolució de concessió dels ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Comunicar al CIM la sol·licitud i l'obtenció de subvencions i ajudes per a la mateixa finalitat, com també qualsevol eventualitat que alteri o que dificulti greument el desenvolupament del projecte subvencionat (en particular si se'n poden derivar retards en l'execució o si poden afectar el cost total), i sol·licitar l'autorització prèvia i expressa del CIM per fer qualsevol modificació substancial del projecte objecte d'ajuda. Les sol·licituds de modificació han de ser motivades, s'han de formular immediatament a l'aparició de les circumstàncies que la justifiquin i han d'especificar les repercussions pressupostàries que impliquin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació que efectuïn el CIM i la resta d'organismes competents per a la fiscalització dels comptes públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Acreditar que es troben al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social quan el CIM els ho sol·liciti en cas que no se l'hagi autoritzat expressament a consultar aquesta informació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'incompliment de l'obligació de justificació podrà motivar la incoació d'un procediment sancionador i el responsable pot ser sancionat amb la pèrdua de la possibilitat d'obtenir subvencions en els termes prevists a la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Revocació i reintegrament dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas d'incompliment total o parcial de les obligacions dels beneficiaris d'aquests ajuts, s'iniciarà l'expedient de revocació i consegüent reintegrament dels ajuts segons correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a la revocació i el reintegrament dels ajuts s'aplicaran els articles 43 i 44 del TRLS i la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que no sigui procedent la revocació total de l'ajut concedit, es podrà aplicar un percentatge de minoració en funció de la naturalesa de l'esmentat incompliment. Aquest percentatge s'ha de fixar amb l'informe previ de la instrucció i la notificació al beneficiari; en tot cas, s'ha de valorar el grau d'incompliment, si hi incorren actuacions doloses o negligents, i també si hi ha hagut bona o mala fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si a la persona beneficiària li pertoca i no fa constar de manera expressa el suport del CIM segons la base 14 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, l'import de la subvenció correctament justificada es minorarà també en un 1 %.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les quantitats a reintegrar tenen la consideració d'ingressos de dret públic i se'ls pot aplicar la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'obligació de reintegrament establerta en aquesta base és independent de les sancions que, si escau, siguin exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Infraccions i sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El règim d'infraccions i sancions administratives aplicables depèn de l'establert en el títol IV de l'LGS i en el títol V del TRLS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. De conformitat amb l'establert a l'article 69 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, els òrgans competents per imposar les sancions en cas d'infringir aquestes bases o la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions, són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El/la conseller/a executiu/iva, si són lleus o greus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Executiu per al cas de les de caràcter molt greu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Altres disposicions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Recursos administratius: els acords del Consell Executiu pels quals s'aproven les bases i les convocatòries no exhaureixen la via administrativa i són susceptibles de rebre recurs d'alçada davant el Ple del CIM. Altrament, les resolucions dels consellers executius per les quals es concedeixen i deneguen els ajuts no exhaureixen la via administrativa i són recurribles en alçada davant el Consell Executiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Normativa general aplicable: en tot allò no previst expressament en aquestes bases regeixen les disposicions que siguin aplicables al CIM en matèria de subvencions, especialment les contingudes en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reglament de la Llei general de subvencions (Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 4/2022, de 4 de juny, de consells insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquest acord – que no exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern, per delegació del Ple del Consell Insular de Menorca (Acord de 31-7-2023, BOIB núm. 109 de 5-8-2023), en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat, d'acord amb l'article 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Contra la desestimació del recurs d'alçada per silenci administratiu podreu interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
