570 CAIB ca ca 2025-08-23 704910 48489 CAIB 586579 2025-08-21 ![CDATA[<div class="WordSection1"> <p>Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de 30/07/2025, es va aprovar el següent:</p> <p>“<strong>PRIMER</strong>.- Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-986 relativa a la creació de llocs de treball al Tribunal Econòmic administratiu, de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Funció Pública i Govern Interior, en el sentit que es concreta a la proposta.</p> <p><strong>SEGON</strong>.- Aprovar les funcions específiques del lloc de Cap de departament del Tribunal Econòmic administratiu que d'acord amb la proposta presentada per l'Àrea són les següents:</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Actuar com a membre i secretari/ària del Tribunal Econòmic Administratiu.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Rebre els escrits que iniciïn les reclamacions economicoadministratives.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Posar de manifest, quan escaigui, els expedients a les persones reclamants perquè formulin els escrits d'al·legacions, i aportació o proposició de proves.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Preparar els expedients complerts per proposar al Tribunal la seva inclusió en els ordres del dia.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Notificar els acords i resolució a les persones interessades, i tornar l'expedient al Servei corresponent, incorporant una còpia de la resolució adoptada.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Assessorar, verbalment o per escrit, a la presidència del tribunal en els assumptes que aquest sotmeti a la seva consideració.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Portar els llibres de registre i els d'actes i arxivar els testimonis de les resolucions dictades.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Proposar modificacions i reformes del reglament del Tribunal, així com dels seus procediments.</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px">- Les que determini el Reglament Orgànic del Tribunal Econòmic Administratiu i la legislació aplicable.</p> <p><strong>TERCER</strong>.-Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent a la seva aprovació.</p> <p><strong>QUART</strong>.- Publicar el contingut de l'Acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</p> <p>Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.</p> <p>En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB.</p> <p style="text-align:center"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Palma, a la data de la firma electrònica&nbsp;</span><em>(30&nbsp;de juliol de 2025)</em></p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>La cap de secció del Registre de Personal<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span></strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">p.d.
