&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La Gerència de la Fundació Bit, va iniciar un procés de selecció per a l'Oferta Pública Ordinària 2023 i 2024 per a contractar amb contracte indefinit a temps complet, torn lliure, cinc facultatius/ves tècnics/ques TIC, per concurs oposició amb la publicació en el BOIB de les bases específiques del procés de selecció el 20 de març de 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. D'acord amb les bases específiques es va desenvolupar el procés selectiu i la Comissió de Selecció va publicar la llista definitiva amb la puntuació de l'oposició i dels mèrits al·legats el 19 d'agost de 2025. Una vegada finalitzat el procés de selecció, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El termini per a la formalització del contracte laboral i per a la incorporació efectiva al lloc de treball s'inicia l'endemà de la publicació en el BOIB i serà de cinc dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Les persones candidates que no han superat el procés selectiu s'inclouran en una borsa de personal laboral temporal, específica i preferent a les borses ordinàries. En aquesta borsa s'integraran les persones candidates que, havent participat en el procés selectiu i no havent-lo superat, sí que hagin obtingut la puntuació mínima de 40 punts a la prova de coneixements. Aquesta borsa específica i preferent tindrà una vigència de tres anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L'ordre jurisdiccional social és el competent per resoldre les controvèrsies derivades d'aquesta resolució, d'acord amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que s'hi pugui interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni cap reclamació prèvia a la via judicial social, sense perjudici que s'hi pugui presentar una reclamació davant l'òrgan que dicta aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
