text/html ![CDATA[Notificació de la resolució de rectificació dels errors materials de la resolució d’aprovació de la concessió de les subvencions a associacions, fundacions i altres entitats sense ànim de lucre per a la promoció i difusió del producte de Mallorca 2025]] 47880 CAIB ca ca 2025-08-21 ![CDATA[<p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">La consellera executiva de Promoció Econòmica i Desenvolupament Local, en data 08&nbsp;d'agost&nbsp; de 2025, dicto la següent resolució:</span></span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Antecedents de fet</span></span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">1. En data 29 de juliol de 2025 es va publicar al BOIB nº 100 de les Illes Balears la resolució d'aprovació de la concessió de les subvencions a associacions, fundacions i altres entitats sense ànim de lucre per a la promoció i difusió del producte de Mallorca 2025.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">2. En&nbsp;l'esmentada resolució se li va concedir a l'entitat </span><em><span style="background-color:null">Associació pel Foment i Conservació de Productes Vegetals Autòctons i Tradicionals</span></em><span style="background-color:null"> una subvenció per import de 30.000 euros.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">3. En data 31 de juliol de 2025, la referida entitat va remetre escrit en el que s'indica que la quantitat realment sol·licitada no eren 30.000 euros, sinó 19.213,00 euros.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">4.
