    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mitjançant el Decret d'Alcaldia núm. 2025/PRE/0000685, de 13 d'agost de 2025, s'han aprovat els padrons fiscals de la taxa del servei de recollida i tractament d'escombraries, vedats de caça, guals i cementiri del municipi de Ferreries corresponents a l'exercici 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Als efectes de notificar els acords col·lectivament -en els termes de l'article 102.3 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de setembre, General Tributària- i de sotmetre'ls al tràmit d'informació pública, s'exposen al públic en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en el tauler municipal d'edictes i en el tauler d'edictes de la seu electrònica http://www.ajferreries.org/tauler/edictes.aspx?TIPO=01&amp;amp;HISTORIC=1 per un termini de quinze dies hàbils, a fi que les persones interessades puguin formular observacions o presentar al·legacions o reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra l'acte d'aprovació dels padrons esmentats i/o de les liquidacions que s'hi contenen es podrà interposar un recurs previ de reposició davant l'Alcaldia en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la finalització del termini d'exposició pública, d'acord amb l'article 14 del Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, aprovat pel Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 62.3 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, General Tributària, es posa en coneixement dels contribuents que el cobrament en període voluntari de l'impost sobre activitats econòmiques al municipi de Ferreries de l'exercici 2025 serà a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

També ho podran fer a través de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries https://www.carpetaciutadana.org/ferreries/GesServeis/gestion.aspx?IDGESTION=24&amp;nbsp;o a l'Oficina Municipal de Recaptació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els contribuents que no hagin rebut l'avís de pagament podran efectuar el pagament a través de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries o a l'Oficina de Recaptació dins l'horari i el termini establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Transcorregut el termini d'ingrés voluntari sense que s'hagi satisfet el deute, s'iniciarà el període executiu –d'acord amb els articles 26, 28 i 161 de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, General Tributària–, que determinarà l'exigència dels interessos de demora, els recàrrecs que corresponguin i, si s'escau, els costos del procediment de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
