&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 9.3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de subvencions, per mitjà del present edicte es publiquen les referides bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Extracte de les bases de la convocatòria per a l&amp;apos;atorgament de subvencions, en règim de concurrència competitiva de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca, per a famílies d&amp;apos;Inca amb fills en edat escolar obligatòria que presentin dificultats econòmiques per fer front a la despesa que suposen els llibres de text o material substitutori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BNDS:850040 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el previst en els articles 17.3 i 20.8 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, es publica l&amp;apos;extracte de la Convocatòria, el text complet de la qual pot consultar-se en la Base de dades Nacional de Subvencions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(httpwww.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Poden ser beneficiàries d&amp;apos;aquestes subvencions les famílies d&amp;apos;Inca amb fills en edat escolar obligatòria (Educació primària i ESO).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sol·licitaran la subvenció el pare, la mare o el tutor legal en representació de l&amp;apos;alumne/a, que compleixin els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Tots els membres de la unitat familiar han d&amp;apos;estar empadronats al municipi d&amp;apos;Inca, convivint al mateix domicili, amb una antiguitat mínima d&amp;apos;un any anterior a la sol·licitud, amb l&amp;apos;excepció d&amp;apos;aquells alumnes a qui, havent sol·licitat només un centre públic, se&amp;apos;ls ha assignat un centre concertat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Haver realitzat l&amp;apos;adquisició dels llibres de text o material substitutori dintre del període comprès entre el dia 1 de juliol i el 18 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Estar matriculats els alumnes a centres escolars ubicats al municipi d&amp;apos;Inca, i a nivells educatius obligatoris (de 1r de primària a 4t d&amp;apos;ESO)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Comprometre&amp;apos;s a reutilitzar els llibres de text pels quals siguin subvencionats; si el centre escolar on estan matriculats els alumnes, o l&amp;apos;AFA, compta amb programa de reutilització de llibres de text, es dipositaran en el mateix centre en acabar el curs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Conèixer el contingut íntegre de les bases objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Tenir capacitat jurídica i d&amp;apos;obrar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;No haver sol·licitat i/o rebut subvenció de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca per al mateix concepte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Haver justificat les subvencions concedides en exercicis anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Trobar-se al corrent del compliment de les obligacions tributàries amb l&amp;apos;AEAT, l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca, i la Seguretat Social, i no trobar-se sotmès/esa a cap procediment de reintegrament de subvencions públiques o a cap procediment sancionador incoat per aquest motiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;No incórrer en cap supòsit contemplat a l&amp;apos;art. 13.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Finalitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca, amb la finalitat d&amp;apos;avançar cap a la consecució de l&amp;apos;ensenyament escolar obligatori gratuït i per tal de contribuir a no privar cap infant del municipi d&amp;apos;accedir al sistema educatiu per motius econòmics, crea aquesta línia d&amp;apos;ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les bases reguladores generals per a la concessió de subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca estan regulades en l&amp;apos;Ordenança General de Subvencions públiques en el BOIB núm. 66 de 26 de maig de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;http://caib.es/eboibfront/es/2016/10494/580630/aprobacion-definitiva-de-la-ordenanza-general-de-subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Import&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per a aquesta finalitat existeix crèdit adequat al Pressupost general de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca de l&amp;apos;exercici 2025, a la partida pressupostària 06 32000 4850001, per un import de 90.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El model normalitzat de la sol·licitud i la resta de documents annexos es troben a disposició de les persones interessades a la pàgina web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca www.incaciutat.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds de subvencions es dirigiran al batle de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca, i s&amp;apos;han de presentar, juntament amb la documentació que s&amp;apos;especifica al punt 6 d&amp;apos;aquestes bases, en el Registre General Municipal (Àrea de Cultura i Educació/Claustre de Sant Domingo) per qualsevol dels mitjans i llocs assenyalats a l&amp;apos;article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el cas de presentar la sol·licitud per correu o en una altra administració, caldrà avisar d&amp;apos;aquest fet per tal que la sol·licitud sigui admesa dins el corresponent termini a l&amp;apos;a/e: educació@incaciutat.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tal d&amp;apos;agilitzar i optimitzar el procés d&amp;apos;informació i presentació de les sol·licituds, l&amp;apos;Àrea de Cultura i Educació de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Inca establirà un sistema en línea de cites amb el personal encarregat del registre de les sol·licituds, el calendari de cites es comunicarà una vegada que es publiqui la corresponent convocatòria a la BDNS, el BOIB, el tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis electrònic, al tauler del Claustre de Sant Domingo i la web municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les sol·licituds es podran presentar telemàticament a traves de la pàgina web: https://incaciutat.com, (seu electrònica).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà del 18 d&amp;apos;agost al 17 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2025, el Registre General Municipal (Àrea de Cultura i Educació/Claustre de Sant Domingo) finalitza a les 14 hores. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
