&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entitats sense ànim de lucre per a la realització&amp;nbsp; d'activitats emmarcades a l'àmbit social i configurades dins un marc de prevenció, assistencial, de promoció o rehabilitació de persones o col·lectius amb dificultats socials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon. Objecte i àmbit d'aplicació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)Activitats que són competència pròpia o delegada d'altres Àrees municipals, altres administracions o serveis públics que s'han de prestar i/o presten, directa, indirectament o a través de convocatòries de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Aquelles sol·licituds que configurin activitats que no estiguin recollides dins els Estatuts de l'entitat sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Activitats incloses en projectes que estiguin conveniats, concertats o contractats amb alguna administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Aquelles activitats que no van adreçades i no tenen com a beneficiaris els ciutadans del municipi de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Per altra banda, en relació amb les diferents línies de subvencions, quedaran excloses les següents activitats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Activitats excloses de l'eix 2:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats culturals, educatives, formatives, laborals o esportives i/o de participació ciutadana que no formin part d'un projecte comunitari o social vinculat a un territori i col·laboratiu amb els serveis socials municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats&amp;nbsp; destinades a menors en centres assistencials, projectes d'emancipació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats terapèutiques i de rehabilitació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats de lleure o/i esplai, vinculades a programacions estacionals (estiu, Nadal, Pasqua) o continuades en el temps com a programació estable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats amb la finalitat única de formar professionals o voluntariat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats destinades a problemàtiques específiques de salut. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Activitats excloses de l'eix 3:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats de centres de dia, centres ocupacionals, tallers ocupacionals, centres residencials o habitatges tutelats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats d'oci i temps lliure de sortides grupals de col·lectius de persones en discapacitat que signifiquin una programació estable de les pròpies entitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Activitats que contemplin la informació, orientació, intermediació o disseny d'itineraris d'inserció laboral. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les actuacions subvencionades seran les que hagin estat executades en el període comprès entre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l'1 d'octubre de 2024 i el 31 de desembre de 2027&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Quantia:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les entitats interessades que compleixin amb els requisits fixats podran presentar sol·licitud de subvenció en el termini de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;quinze dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des de l'endemà d'aquesta publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les entitats hauran de presentar les sol·licituds de subvenció d'acord amb els models normalitzats que es posaran a la seva disposició a la pàgina web municipal i amb la resta de documentació annexa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'hauran d'adreçar als Serveis Socials de l'Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats de forma telemàtica, en el Registre General municipal, d'una de les següents maneres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) En el Registre Electrònic de l'Ajuntament de Palma (www.palma.cat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) En la resta de registres electrònics de qualsevol dels subjectes als quals es refereix l'art. 2.1 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 de octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracons públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les entitats hauran de comunicar, a través de l'adreça electrònica benestaridretssocials@palma.cat, que han presentat la documentació, annexant-hi el justificant de presentació del Registre Electrònic.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud de subvenció haurà d'estar conformada per la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; – Sol·licitud de subvenció degudament complimentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; – Memòria tècnica de l'activitat per a la qual es demana la subvenció, especificant els següents punts: dades de l'entitat sol·licitant, identificació de l'activitat, determinació de la mesura de l'activitat subvencionable a la qual s'ajusta el seu contingut, objectius i activitats, metodologia / estratègia, població destinatària / àrea d'intervenció o altres aspectes de l'activitat, relacions i participació amb altres entitats, temporalització i cronograma, seguiment, avaluació i pressupost de l'activitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el pressupost, si és el cas, s'ha de fixar la quantia i percentatge de l'activitat subvencionada, o que es pretén que sigui subvencionada, per altres administracions i la quantia i percentatge de l'activitat subvencionada que es pretén que sigui subvencionat per l'Ajuntament de Palma. L'import sol·licitat com a subvenció en cap cas podrà ser superior al 80% del cost total del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex III&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; – Declaració responsable amb el contingut següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigència dels estatuts i dels càrrecs representatius de l'entitat, així com de les persones que són membres de la junta directiva de l'entitat sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposició de l'estructura i capacitat suficient per garantir el compliment de l'activitat subvencionable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar al corrent d'obligacions tributàries i de seguretat social. Si l'entitat no autoritza a l'Ajuntament de Palma per consultar el compliment de les obligacions tributàries i en matèria de seguretat social, haurà de presentar certificats actualitzats d'estar al corrent amb la AEAT i amb la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No ser culpable en procediments de cobrament per via de constrenyiment per deutes contrets amb l'Ajuntament de Palma i amb la resta d'ens atorgants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No incórrer en cap de les circumstàncies d'impediment per a obtenir la condició d'entitat beneficiària previstes en l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, l'article 10 del Decret Legislatiu 2/2005 i l'article 10 de l'Ordenança municipal de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Trobar-se al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions per reintegrament de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haver estat objecte de sancions administratives fermes ni sentències condemnatòries per haver exercit o tolerat pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o gènere, de conformitat amb l'estipulat a l'article 11 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat d'homes i dones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que no es destinarà a cap dels projectes personal que hagi estat condemnat per sentència ferma en qualsevol delicte contra la llibertat o indemnitat sexuals ni per qualsevol delicte de tracta d'éssers humans sempre que el projecte a subvencionar suposi contacte amb persones menors d'edat o tingui com destinataris de l'activitat a aquells, de conformitat amb l'estipulat a l'article 57 de la Llei Orgànica 8/2021, de 4 de juny, de protecció integral a la infància i a l'adolescència front a la violència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex IV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; - Declaració responsable d'altres subvencions sol·licitades pendents de resolució o obtingudes per al mateix concepte. En el cas d'haver-ne obtingut subvencions per a l'activitat que es presenta en la sol·licitud de subvenció, s'haurà de presentar còpia de la notificació de la resolució de concessió o qualsevol altre document acreditatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Annex V&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; – Sol·licitud de transferència bancària per a pagaments de tresoreria. Si el document no conté diligència bancària, s'haurà de presentar certificat de compte bancari o documentació anàloga. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;j) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Targeta d'Identificació Fiscal (CIF).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Si es presenta més d'una sol·licitud de subvenció, s'haurà de presentar la documentació individualitzada relativa als apartats a), b), d), f) i g) per a cada una de les activitats presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 23 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, en relació amb l'article 53 f) de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, i pel que fa a la documentació referida als apartats e), h), i) i j), si aquesta documentació ja es troba en poder de l'Ajuntament, i sempre i que el seu contingut no hagués variat i continuï vigent, l'entitat sol·licitant sempre que no hagin transcorregut més de cinc anys des de l'acabament del procediment a què corresponguin, pot fer ús del dret de no presentar-los, fent constar la data i l'òrgan o dependència en els quals varen ser presentats o emesos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cada entitat podrà presentar un màxim de 2 projectes en total per aquesta convocatòria i per totes les mesures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- S'han de presentar tants models de sol·licitud de subvenció com projectes es presentin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- En cap cas, les entitats sol·licitants podran fraccionar un mateix projecte en diferents sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisè. Obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Les entitats que resultin beneficiàries d'una subvenció tindran les següents obligacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Complir l'objectiu, executar el projecte, realitzar l'activitat o adoptar el comportament que fonamenta la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) Justificar davant l'òrgan atorgant o l'entitat col·laboradora, si s'escau, el compliment dels requisits i les condicions, com també la realització de l'activitat i el compliment de la finalitat que determina la concessió o el gaudi de la subvenció. La documentació justificativa corresponent es presentarà en el següent termini:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De l'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 al 31 de gener de 2028&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: per les actuacions executades durant el període comprès entre l'1 de gener de 2027 i el 31 de desembre de 2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació, que efectua l'òrgan atorgant o l'entitat col·laboradora, si s'escau, i a qualssevol altres de comprovació i control financer que puguin realitzar els òrgans de control competents, tant nacionals com comunitaris, i aportar tota la informació que es requereixi en l'exercici de les actuacions anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;d) Comunicar a l'òrgan atorgant o a l'entitat col·laboradora l'obtenció d'altres subvencions, ajudes, ingressos o recursos que financin les activitats subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta comunicació ha de fer-se tan aviat com es conegui i, en qualsevol cas, amb anterioritat a la justificació de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;e) Acreditar, abans que es dicti la proposta de resolució, que es troben al corrent en el compliment de les seves obligacions tributàries i davant la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;f) Disposar els llibres comptables, els registres diligenciats i altres documents degudament auditats, en els termes exigits per la legislació mercantil i sectorial, aplicable a l'entitat beneficiària, com també tots els estats comptables i els registres específics exigits, amb la finalitat de garantir l'adequat exercici de les facultats de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;g) Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons rebuts, incloent-hi els electrònics, que poden ser objecte de les actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;h) Donar l'adequada publicitat de caràcter públic dels finançament de programes, activitats, inversions o actuacions de qualsevol tipus que siguin objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;i) Procedir al reintegrament dels fons percebuts en els supòsits previstos en la normativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;j) Complir amb la resta d'obligacions que estableixin les lleis aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setena. Règim de pagament:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

SUBV. PROG. SOCIALS D'INTERÈS GENERAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; - del pressupost de despeses de Serveis Socials per l'exercici pressupostari de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2026&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aquest pagament queda condicionat a la presentació de la documentació justificativa corresponent i a la seva aprovació per Junta de Govern Local. En el cas que no s'hagi justificat la totalitat del projecte corresponent a aquest període, es reduirà proporcionalment l'import a pagar o es procedirà a la revocació de la subvenció concedida i al reintegrament de les quanties percebudes, segons el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

Aquesta acreditació es farà mitjançant els corresponents certificats que aportin les beneficiàries o que s'obtinguin d'ofici per l'Administració, segons el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
