&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es fa públic que el Ple de l'Ajuntament d'Alaior, en sessió extraordinària de dia 24 de juliol de 2025 acordà, entre altres, l'aprovació inicial de la modificació de les bases d'execució del pressupost 2025 tal com es detalla a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar inicialment l'augment de l'import previst en la lletra &lt;em&gt;F&lt;/em&gt; (substitució parcial lluminàries Cala en Porter) de l'annex 3 de les bases d'execució del pressupost de 2025, fins als 350.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar inicialment la modificació de l'annex 3 de les bases d'execució del pressupost de 2025, afegint-hi la següent lletra &lt;em&gt;I&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Disposar l'exposició al públic de l'expedient relatiu a aquesta modificació pressupostària, per un termini de 15 dies hàbils comptats des de l'endemà del dia que es publiqui el corresponent anunci en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, que també es publicarà al tauler d'edictes de la corporació, per tal que les persones interessades puguin examinar l'expedient i presentar-hi les reclamacions que considerin pertinents davant el Ple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'expedient es considerarà definitivament aprovat si durant el termini esmentat no s'han presentat reclamacions. En cas contrari, el Ple disposarà d'un termini d'un mes per resoldre-les a comptar de l'endemà de la finalització de l'exposició al públic.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
