&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“ANNEX I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CONVOCATÒRIA I BASES DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA DEL PROCÉS DE SELECCIÓ PER COBRIR DUES PLACES DE TÈCNIC/A D'ADMINISTRACIÓ GENERAL, COM A PERSONAL FUNCIONARI DE CARRERA DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE BINISSALEM, PEL SISTEMA DE CONCURS-OPOSICIÓ PER TORN LLIURE, CORRESPONENT A L'OFERTA D'OCUPACIÓ PÚBLICA ORDINÀRIA DE L'ANY 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera. -Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte de les presents bases és regular el procediment per a cobrir, com a personal funcionari de carrera, dues places de tècnic/a d'administració general d'aquest Ajuntament, incloses en les ofertes públiques d'ocupació de l'exercici 2022 (BOIB núm. 91 de 14 de juliol de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Característiques del lloc de feina: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Grup A1 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona aspirant que superi el procés selectiu i que, per tant, sigui nomenat personal funcionari de carrera com a tècnic d'administració general, desenvoluparà les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona. Normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció es regirà per aquestes bases de conformitat en la normativa següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Text refós de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (RD Leg. 5/2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 3/2007, de la funció pública de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 7/1985, reguladora de les bases del règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TRRL (RD Leg. 781/1986).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 20/2006, de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 9/2017, de contractes del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 1/2022, de transparència i bon govern de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 4/2016, de normalització lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei orgànica 3/2007, per a la igualtat efectiva entre dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 11/2016, d'igualtat de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria i les bases es publicaran en el BOIB, i, en el tauler d'anuncis de la web municipal www.ajbinissalem.net. I, de conformitat amb l'article 70 del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, l'anunci també es publicarà en el BOE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera.- Requisits de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per prendre part en el procés selectiu, les persones interessades, en la data de finalització del termini d'admissió d'instàncies, hauran de reunir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola sense perjudici de l'establert a l'article 57 de RDL 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, per la qual cosa s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Tenir 16 anys complerts i no excedir, si escau de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa. L'acreditació s'efectuarà mitjançant fotocòpia del DNI o document d'identificació legal equivalent vigent que haurà de ser aportat juntament amb la sol·licitud per poder formar part del procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Estar en possessió, o en condicions d'obtenir-ho en la data en què venci el termini de presentació d'instàncies, el títol de grau o llicenciatura en Dret, Economia, Administració i direcció d'empreses, ciències actuarials i financeres, ciències jurídiques de les administracions públiques o titulacions equivalents. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger s'ha d'aportar la corresponent documentació que n'acrediti l'homologació oficial o reconeixement del Ministeri d'Educació i Formació Professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de cap de les administracions públiques, ni trobar-se inhabilitat, per sentència ferma, per a l'exercici de funcions públiques. Així com, no estar sotmès a sanció disciplinària o condemna. Tot això de conformitat amb l'article 56.1 d) del RDL 5/2015 esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Posseir la capacitat funcional, física i psíquica pel desenvolupament de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Està en possessió del nivell de català C1.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;El certificat ha de ser expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o, els reconeguts com a equivalents o els homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, per mitjà dels quals s'acrediti el nivell de coneixements esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Acreditar el pagament de la taxa aprovada per optar a proves selectives de l'Ajuntament de Binissalem, per un import de 35,00 euros. La seva justificació, que haurà de realitzar-se segons el previst a la base quarta d'aquesta convocatòria, s'haurà d'aportar juntament amb la sol·licitud per poder formar part del procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de la presa de possessió, la persona interessada ha de fer constar que no du a terme cap altra activitat en cap lloc del sector públic i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. En cas de dur a terme alguna activitat privada, ha de declarar-la en el termini de 10 dies següents al nomenament, perquè la Corporació pugui adoptar l'acord de declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quarta.- Presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han d'ajustar al model normalitzat de sol·licitud (annex II), s'hauran d'adreçar a la batlia i es presentaran al Registre de l'Ajuntament de Binissalem a través de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Binissalem (https://ajbinissalem.sedelectronica.es/info.1) o en qualsevol altra de les formes previstes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds és de vint dies hàbils (20) comptadors de l'endemà del dia en què es publiqui la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat. Quan el darrer dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entén prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admeses i prendre part en el procés selectiu es requerirà que les persones aspirants manifestin a la instància que reuneixen totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides en la base tercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud emplenada adequadament i signada, les persones aspirants han d'adjuntar la següent documentació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Còpia document nacional d'identitat o, en el cas de no ser espanyol, del document oficial acreditatiu de la identitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Còpia títol acadèmic exigit (anvers i revers) o certificació acadèmica que acrediti haver superat tots els estudis per obtenir el títol. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Còpia del certificat de coneixements de la llengua catalana. Els coneixements de la llengua catalana s'han d'acreditar mitjançant un certificat expedit o reconegut com a equivalent o que estigui homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, o bé expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Acreditació d'haver abonat la taxa per a optar a proves de selecció de personal. La manca de justificació del pagament de la taxa indicada dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, determina l'exclusió de la persona aspirant. Aquest pagament no substitueix, en cap cas, el tràmit de presentar la sol·licitud en el termini i en la forma prevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest pagament es farà efectiu mitjançant transferència o ingrés al nombre de compte IBAN ES54 0182 5747 420200070093 i s'indicarà al concepte: nom, llinatges i “Tècnic d'Administració General”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la formalització i presentació de la sol·licitud, la persona aspirant dona el seu consentiment al tractament de les dades de caràcter personal que són necessàries per prendre part en la convocatòria i per a la resta de la tramitació del procés selectiu, d'acord amb la normativa vigent en matèria de protecció de dades de caràcter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants quedaran vinculades a les dades que es facin constar en la seva sol·licitud. El domicili, telèfon i correu electrònic que figurin en la mateixa es consideraran vàlids a l'efecte de notificacions, i serà responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones candidates tant els errors descriptius, com la no comunicació durant el procés de selecció de qualsevol canvi en les dades de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquena.- Admissió de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Complit el termini de presentació d'instàncies, el Batle dictarà Resolució, aprovant la llista provisional d'admeses i excloses, explicant els motius en el cas de la seva exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'esmentada Resolució es publicarà al tauler de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament, donant en el seu cas, un termini de 10 dies hàbils per poder esmenar el defecte que hagi motivat l'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes d'aquesta convocatòria s'entenen com a causes d'exclusió no esmenables imputables a l'aspirant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No pagar la taxa o pagar-la fora del termini de presentació de sol·licituds. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presentar la sol·licitud fora de termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No complir qualsevol requisit de participació el darrer dia del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualsevol altra que resulti de la normativa aplicable o del que preveuen aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, amb la finalitat d'evitar errors i, si se'n produeixen, possibilitar-ne l'esmena dins el termini establert i en la forma escaient, les persones interessades han de comprovar no només que no figuren en la relació de persones excloses sinó que, a més, els seus noms consten en la relació pertinent de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que hi hagi reclamacions, aquestes es resoldran per la Batlia, aprovant la llista definitiva, que es farà pública en els mateixos llocs indicats per a la Resolució provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'esmentat anunci o mitjançant anunci posterior, que també es farà públic en els mateixos llocs indicats per a la Resolució provisional, s'indicarà el lloc, data i hora de l'inici dels exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisena.- Tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan de selecció és col·legiat i la composició s'ha d'ajustar als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres i s'ha de respectar el principi de representació equilibrada de dones i homes, excepte per raons fonamentades i objectivament motivades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composició del Tribunal ha de ser predominantment tècnica; tots els membres han de tenir titulació igual o superior a les exigides per a l'accés a les places convocades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal d'elecció o de lliure designació política, el personal funcionari interí i el personal eventual no poden formar part dels òrgans de selecció. Tampoc no en poden formar part les persones representants dels empleats públics, sense perjudici de les funcions de vigilància i vetlla del bon desenvolupament del procediment selectiu. En aquest sentit, es permetrà l'assistència, sense formar part del Tribunal i als únics efectes de supervisió del procés selectiu, d'un representant de la Junta de Personal designat per aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador queda autoritzat per resoldre tots els dubtes que puguin sorgir i adoptar els acords precisos per al bon funcionament de la convocatòria en tot el que no s'hagi previst a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La pertinença als òrgans de selecció és sempre a títol individual; no es pot exercir aquesta representació per compte d'un altre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal qualificador es constituirà per cinc membres i el mateix nombre de suplents i s'haurà de nomenar una persona presidenta i una persona secretària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de més de la meitat dels seus membres, titulars o suplents indistintament, sense president o presidenta ni secretari o secretària. Les decisions s'han d'adoptar per majoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els vocals del Tribunal qualificador hauran d'estar en possessió d'un nivell de titulació igual o superior a l'exigit per a l'ingrés a la categoria convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrà acordar la incorporació en les tasques de personal assessor o especialistes en totes o alguna de les proves, que poden actuar amb veu però sense vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els membres del Tribunal i els assessors s'han d'abstenir d'intervenir quan concorrin les circumstàncies que preveu l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Així mateix, han de notificar aquesta circumstància a l'autoritat que els va nomenar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal es regularà pels articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. Les decisions adoptades pel tribunal es poden recórrer en les condicions que estableix l'article 121 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setena.- Fases del sistema de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de selecció és el de concurs oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El concurs oposició consisteix en la realització successiva de les fases d'oposició i concurs, per aquest ordre, les quals es descriuen a continuació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició consisteix en la realització de les proves previstes en la convocatòria per tal de determinar la capacitat i l'aptitud de les persones aspirants. La fase d'oposició té caràcter eliminatori i és necessari superar-la per poder passar a la fase de concurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase de concurs consisteix en la valoració dels mèrits que al·leguin les persones aspirants. Aquesta fase no té caràcter eliminatori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació total s'obté de la suma de les puntuacions en les dues fases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase oposició. La puntuació màxima serà de 70 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori, essent necessari superar la prova anterior per poder passar a la següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades per a cada exercici mitjançant el sistema de cridada única, essent exclosos de les proves selectives aquelles aspirants que no compareguin, a excepció dels casos degudament justificats i lliurement apreciats pel Tribunal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal, en qualsevol moment, podrà requerir als opositors perquè acreditin la seva identitat. Una vegada iniciades les proves selectives no serà obligatòria la publicació dels successius anuncis de la convocatòria al BOIB, sinó que el Tribunal únicament publicarà els esmentats anuncis a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Binissalem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les proves de la fase d'oposició seran les següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Primer exercici - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori per a totes les persones aspirants. Consistirà a contestar un qüestionari de 100 preguntes (més 10 preguntes de reserva), amb quatre respostes alternatives, de les quals només una és correcta, entre els temes que figuren en l'Annex IV. Cada pregunta que es respongui correctament es valorarà amb 0,30 punts. Les preguntes no resoltes no es valoraran. Les preguntes amb resposta errònia o si figura més d'una resposta es penalitzaran amb un terç del valor assignat a la resposta correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima serà de 30 punts. Per superar la prova s'ha de treure un mínim de 15,00 punts. Les persones que no arribin al mínim de 15,00 punts d'aquest exercici queden excloses del procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temps màxim per realitzar aquest exercici serà de 120 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que s'acordi anul·lar alguna pregunta perquè el plantejament és incorrecte, perquè totes les respostes plantejades són incorrectes o perquè n'hi ha més d'una de correcta, i també perquè no hi ha coincidència substancial entre la formulació de les preguntes en les dues versions ofertes en les llengües oficials de la comunitat autònoma, el tribunal establirà en el mateix acord la substitució, a l'efecte del càlcul de la qualificació resultant, de les anul·lades per d'altres de reserva, i així successivament, d'acord amb l'ordre en què figurin en el qüestionari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal podrà acordar l'anul·lació d'alguna o algunes de les preguntes durant la realització de l'exercici o bé com a resultat de les al·legacions presentades a la llista provisional d'aprovats. També pot anul·lar preguntes si es detecta d'ofici un error material, de fet o aritmètic en qualsevol moment anterior a la publicació de la llista definitiva d'aprovats de l'exercici. Si una vegada duta a terme l'operació anterior el tribunal acorda anul·lar alguna pregunta més, el valor de cada pregunta s'ajustarà perquè la puntuació màxima sigui de 30 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Segon exercici - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori. Aquest exercici consistirà a desenvolupar per escrit un cas pràctic, escollit d'entre dos que proposa el tribunal i relacionat amb la matèria pròpia del lloc de feina (es valorarà lliurament i discrecionalment pel tribunal: màxim 40,00 punts). Per superar la prova s'ha de treure un mínim de 20,00 punts. Les persones que no arribin al mínim de 20,00 punts d'aquest exercici queden excloses del procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El temps màxim per realitzar aquest exercici serà de 120 minuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants podran fer ús dels textos de normativa legal i/o col·leccions de jurisprudència que creguin oportuns i dels que vinguin proveïts (no es permetrà l'ús d'aparells electrònics per a la consulta de normativa com a tablets, llibres electrònics,...). El Tribunal podrà retirar a les persones opositores els esmentats textos quan consideri que no reuneixen les característiques de textos de normativa legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà la capacitat de raonament, la sistemàtica i claredat d'idees en el plantejament, la formulació de conclusions i el coneixement i l'adequada interpretació de la normativa aplicable als casos plantejats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualificacions dels exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les qualificacions dels exercicis es faran públiques mitjançant la publicació a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Binissalem. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants podran presentar per escrit en el registre general o a través de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Binissalem en el termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors de l'endemà de la publicació del resultat provisional de cada exercici, les observacions o al·legacions que considerin oportunes, que hauran de ser resoltes de forma motivada pel Tribunal qualificador amb anterioritat a l'inici del següent exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Qualificats definitivament tots els exercicis de la fase d'oposició, el tribunal ha de fer pública a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Binissalem la llista definitiva de persones que l'hagin superada, amb indicació del DNI i la puntuació obtinguda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fase de concurs. La puntuació màxima serà de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dins del termini de cinc (5) dies hàbils comptadors de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista definitiva de persones que han superat la fase d'oposició, les persones aspirants que en formin part han de presentar el model establert a l'annex III amb els mèrits al·legats, amb els documents originals o còpies autenticades d'aquests, de manera presencial al registre general de l'Ajuntament de Binissalem o a través de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Binissalem o en qualsevol altra de les formes previstes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap supòsit es valoraran mèrits que no hagin estat al·legats i presentats en la forma establerta durant aquest termini. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits s'han d'acreditar i s'han de valorar sempre en referència a la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds per a prendre part al procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No seran valorats ni en cap cas puntuaran els mèrits al·legats i que no estiguin justificats documentalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Barem de mèrits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal avaluarà els mèrits que les persones aspirants al·leguin i que justifiquin correctament: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Valoració dels serveis prestats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. (Puntuació màxima de 20 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Experiència professional (màxim 20 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts a l'Administració Local com a personal funcionari en l'escala d'Administració general, subescala tècnica, especialitat/categoria tècnic/a d'administració general: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,10 punts per mes complet de serveis prestats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts a l'Administració Local com a personal funcionari interí ocupant el lloc d'habilitat de caràcter nacional, en funcions de secretari/ària, interventor/a o tresorer/a: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,10 punts per mes complet de serveis prestats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts a l'Administració Local, o als seus organismes públics o entitats de dret públic vinculades, com a personal laboral realitzant funcions de naturalesa o contingut tècnic anàlogues a les descrites en la lletra a) anterior: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,05 punts per mes complet de serveis prestats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Per cada mes de serveis prestats i reconeguts a l'Administració de l'Estat, a l'Administració autonòmica, a altres administracions públiques, o als seus organismes públics o entitats de dret públic vinculades (com és el cas de l'IBAVI, UIB, etc.), com a funcionari de carrera o interí de la subescala tècnica d'administració general o equivalent, o com a personal laboral realitzant funcions de naturalesa o contingut tècnic anàlogues a les descrites en la lletra a) anterior: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;0,05 punts per mes complet de serveis prestat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Per cada mes de serveis prestats a l'empresa privada en llocs de feina de naturalesa o contingut tècnic anàleg (funcions de la mateixa categoria professional amb caràcter jurídic, econòmic o administratiu) al lloc objecte de la convocatòria i grup de cotització 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: 0,03 punts per mes complet de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Meritació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El apartats a), b), c) i d) s'acreditaran mitjançant certificació expedida pels ajuntaments, administracions públiques corresponents, o als seus organismes públics o entitats de dret públic vinculades, en la qual ha de constar com a mínim: temps treballat, categoria/especialitat, grup o subgrup i vinculació amb l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'apartat e) s'acreditarà mitjançant certificació o informe de vida laboral emès per la Seguretat Social, acompanyat de còpia dels contractes laborals on es reculli la categoria professional, i els serveis prestats, o certificació emesa per la mateixa empresa amb indicació d'aquesta categoria professional, serveis prestats, període de temps i funcions desenvolupades. Només es valoraran les feines desenvolupades en el grup de cotització 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estudis acadèmics oficials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(Puntuació màxima de 5 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicament es valoren els estudis acadèmics oficials amb validesa en tot el territori nacional. En cas de presentació de títols d'estudis cursats a l'estranger, s'ha d'acreditar l'homologació concedida pel Ministeri d'Educació, Cultura i Esport. Per la possessió de titulacions acadèmiques oficials superiors a la que s'exigeix per a la categoria a la qual s'accedeix o a partir d'una segona titulació acadèmica oficial igual a la que s'exigeix per a la categoria a la qual s'accedeix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valorarà amb 4 punts una altra llicenciatura o grau universitari que almanco la meitat dels seus crèdits tinguin contingut jurídic o econòmic; i en 3,33 punts un postgrau o màster que almanco la meitat dels seus crèdits tinguin contingut jurídic o econòmic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els apartats 3 i 4 següents es valoraran amb un màxim conjunt de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Valoració dels cursos de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (Puntuació màxima de 3 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat es valoraran els cursos de formació i perfeccionament directament relacionats amb les funcions a desenvolupar i els complementaris o transversals. Només es valoraran els cursos directament relacionats amb les funcions a desenvolupar i realitzats en centres oficials (administracions públiques, entitats promotores de formació i universitats públiques); i els cursos de competències transversals (realitzats en centres oficials, administracions públiques, entitats promotores de formació i universitats públiques) següents: d'administració pública, de procediment administratiu, d'informàtica de gestió, de prevenció de riscos laborals, els de contingut jurídic administratiu, de qualitat relacionat amb l'administració, de igualtat de gènere, d'eficiència en el treball i treball en equip.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Només es valoren els diplomes o certificats de cursos i activitats formatives impartits per l'Escola balear d'administració pública o que tinguin la condició de concertats o homologats per l'EBAP, els cursos superats en altres escoles oficials d'administració pública, en universitats públiques en l'àmbit de la Unió Europea, en altres administracions públiques de l'Estat espanyol o en entitats promotores de formació acreditades efectuats dins el marc de l'acord de formació per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques (AFEDAP) o pla similar. Pel que fa a la formació en línia i a distància no reglada, només es valora la que imparteixin i homologuin l'EBAP o les universitats públiques de l'àmbit de la Unió Europea i també l'efectuada dins el marc de l'acord de formació per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques (AFEDAP) o pla similar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració es realitzarà en funció del següent barem: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Per cada certificat de formació rebuda amb aprofitament o d'impartició de formació: 0,008 punts per hora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Per cada certificat de formació rebuda únicament amb assistència: 0,004 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb relació als cursos o activitats expressades en crèdits, s'entén que cada crèdit equival a 10 hores, a excepció dels crèdits ECTS que equivalen a 25 hores. No es valoraran els certificats que no indiquin el número d'hores o crèdits o amb contingut de la formació indefinit. Tampoc es valorarà la formació que constitueixi una part d'altres estudis o cursos que s'hagin aportat per a la seva valoració o s'exigeixin com a requisit, ni la formació repetida a menys que s'hagi produït un canvi substancial en el seu contingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Valoració dels coneixements de llengües. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(Puntuació màxima de 2 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Coneixements orals i escrits de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (Puntuació màxima d'1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoren els certificats expedits per l'EBAP, expedits o homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística o òrgan equivalent de la Conselleria de Cultura, Participació i Esports, els expedits per l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes o reconeguts d'acord amb la normativa autonòmica vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Certificat de nivell C2: 0,75 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Certificat de LA: 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Coneixements d'altres llengües.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (Puntuació màxima d'1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoren els certificats acreditatius dels coneixements de qualsevol llengua oficial de les altres comunitats autònomes o d'una llengua estrangera expedits per les escoles oficials d'idiomes (EOI), les universitats, l'EBAP, altres escoles oficials d'administració pública i altres entitats, i que siguin equivalents als nivells que estableix el Marc comú europeu. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'una mateixa llengua, només se'n valoren les titulacions de nivell superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitena.- Llistat, presentació de documents i nomenaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qualificació definitiva de cada una de les persones aspirants serà determinada per la suma de puntuacions obtingudes en la fase d'oposició i en la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal únicament podrà proposar, pel seu nomenament, un número de persones aspirants igual al de llocs de feina convocats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit d'empat en l'ordre de prelació s'haurà d'atendre, en primer lloc, a la puntuació obtinguda en la fase d'oposició. Si l'empat persisteix, s'estarà a la major puntuació obtinguda en la valoració del mèrit “experiència professional/serveis prestats” i, en cas de persistir la igualtat, finalment es resoldrà per sorteig públic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada publicats els resultats definitius la persona aspirant proposada per al nomenament, disposarà de cinc dies hàbils, comptadors de l'endemà de l'esmentada publicació, per a presentar a través de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Binissalem o en qualsevol altra de les formes previstes que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, la documentació següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Document nacional d'identitat o, en el cas de no ser espanyol, del document oficial acreditatiu de la identitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Títol acadèmic exigit (anvers i revers) o certificació acadèmica que acrediti haver superat tots els estudis per obtenir el títol. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Certificat mèdic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Declaració jurada o promesa de no haver sigut separat, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei d'alguna de les administracions públiques i no haver sigut inhabilitat per a l'exercici de funcions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Declaració jurada o promesa de no estar sotmès a cap causa d'incapacitat conforme a la legislació vigent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Declaració jurada o promesa de no ocupar cap lloc de feina o de no desenvolupar cap activitat del sector públic delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i de no percebre pensió de jubilació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment d'aquest termini o si de l'examen de la documentació presentada se'n dedueix que les persones aspirants no compleixen els requisits que s'exigeixen en la convocatòria, suposarà la pèrdua del dret a ser nomenats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena.- Període de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que resultin seleccionades hauran de superar un període de pràctiques. No obstant això, quedaran exemptes de realitzar aquest període de pràctiques aquelles persones que acreditin haver prestat serveis en el mateix Ajuntament de Binissalem, com a personal funcionari interí o laboral, en llocs de feina de la mateixa categoria i amb funcions equivalents, durant un període mínim de dos anys dins dels darrers cinc anys, sempre que el tribunal qualificador no consideri necessari, de manera motivada, l'acompliment d'aquest període.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nomenament com a personal funcionari en pràctiques determinarà la data en què aquestes han d'iniciar-se, tenint una duració de 6 mesos, i finalitzades aquestes el responsable tècnic o en el seu cas si no n'hi ha, el secretari/ària de l'Ajuntament, emetrà informe proposant la qualificació de la persona aspirant com apte o no apte, informe que haurà de ser ratificat pel Tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada emès l'informe final d'avaluació del període de pràctiques es notificarà a la persona avaluada atorgant-li un tràmit d'audiència per termini de deu dies hàbils per tal que pugui presentar les al·legacions, els documents i les justificacions que consideri adients. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona aspirant que superi el període de pràctiques serà nomenada personal funcionari de carrera mentre que la persona aspirant que no superi el període de pràctiques perdrà el dret al seu nomenament com a personal funcionari de carrera, mitjançant resolució motivada del batle a proposta de l'òrgan responsable de l'avaluació del període de pràctiques. Si alguna persona aspirant és qualificada de no apte en la fase de pràctiques, en la mateixa resolució es requerirà a la persona aspirant que hagi aprovat totes les proves, per ordre de puntuació obtinguda en les proves, per ser nomenada en pràctiques. La resolució esmentada exhaureix la via administrativa, podent ser recorreguda en els termes que estableix la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les pràctiques tenen per objecte valorar l'aptitud per exercir les funcions pròpies de tècnic d'administració general, tenint la consideració de confidencial tot el procés de la seva valoració, podent accedir a la informació únicament els aspirants interessats respecte de la seva pròpia valoració, els redactors d'informes parcials respecte de la seva pròpia valoració, el redactor de l'informe final i els membres del tribunal qualificador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desena.- Borsí de persones interines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que, havent superat un o els dos exercicis de la fase d'oposició, i que no hagin obtingut plaça, passaran a conformar una borsa de treball de la qual es podran nomenar personal funcionari interí pertanyent a l'escala d'Administració General, subescala tècnica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ordre de prelació de les persones aspirants s'ha de determinar d'acord amb el nombre d'exercicis que han aprovat i, quant a aquests exercicis, amb la suma acumulada de la puntuació obtinguda als exercicis aprovats, per tant la puntuació total vendrà determinat pel resultat total obtingut en cadascun dels exercicis aprovats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el moment de fer ús de la borsa, l'Ajuntament es comunicarà telefònicament amb les persones candidates fins a tres vegades i seguint l'ordre establert al termini del procés de selecció de la borsa. El personal funcionari deixarà constància dins l'expedient d'aquest fet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si no s'ha pogut contactar amb aquesta persona, es cridarà al següent candidat i aquest perdrà el seu ordre de prelació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La renúncia a un lloc de treball ofert suposarà la passada de la persona aspirant a l'últim lloc de la borsa d'ocupació, llevat que justifiqui trobar-se en alguna de les situacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incapacitat temporal, inclòs també la situació de suspensió de contracte o nomenament, per risc en l'embaràs. En aquest supòsit, l'informe de baixa o certificat mèdic haurà de ser anterior a la data de la cridada telefònica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Maternitat o paternitat, tant per naturalesa com per adopció o acolliment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
