&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. L&amp;apos;11 de setembre de 2021, en el BOIB núm. 125, es va publicar la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a l&amp;apos;execució del programa d&amp;apos;incentius 6, lligat a la implantació de sistemes tèrmics renovables en el sector residencial, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu, modificada per la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 19 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2022 (BOIB núm. 137, de 22 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Direcció General d&amp;apos;Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic va concedir una subvenció a les persones o entitats que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex d&amp;apos;aquesta Proposta en el marc de la convocatòria per a instal·lacions d&amp;apos;autoconsum amb fonts d&amp;apos;energia renovable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Les persones o entitats que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex han aportat la documentació requerida per a la justificació de la realització de les actuacions subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Els tècnics de la Direcció General d&amp;apos;Economia Circular, Transició Energètica i Canvi Climàtic han examinat la documentació aportada i han emès un informe desfavorable a la justificació dels expedients descrits en l&amp;apos;annex amb la motivació que també hi figura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El conseller d&amp;apos;Empresa, Autònoms i Energia és l&amp;apos;òrgan competent per resoldre aquest procediment atesa l&amp;apos;estructura orgànica del Govern de les Illes Balears i d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d&amp;apos;energia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La Llei&amp;nbsp;38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El Reial decret&amp;nbsp;887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament de la Llei&amp;nbsp;38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;196, de 31 de desembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. El Decret&amp;nbsp;75/2004, de 27 d&amp;apos;agost, pel qual es despleguen determinats aspectes de la Llei de finances i de les lleis de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;122, de 2 de setembre de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. El Reial decret&amp;nbsp;477/2021, de 29 de juny, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova la concessió directa a les comunitats autònomes i a les ciutats de Ceuta i Melilla d&amp;apos;ajuts per a l&amp;apos;execució de diversos programes d&amp;apos;incentius lligats a l&amp;apos;autoconsum i a l&amp;apos;emmagatzematge amb fonts d&amp;apos;energia renovable, així com a la implantació de sistemes tèrmics renovables en el sector residencial, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. La Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a l&amp;apos;execució del programa d&amp;apos;incentius 6 lligat a la implantació de sistemes tèrmics renovables en el sector residencial, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu (BOIB núm. 125, d&amp;apos;11 de setembre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;8. La Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica per la qual es modifica la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a l&amp;apos;execució del programa d&amp;apos;incentius 6, lligat a la implantació de sistemes tèrmics renovables en el sector residencial, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu NextGenerationEU (BOIB núm. 137, de 22 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. L&amp;apos;Ordre&amp;nbsp;HFP/1030/2021, de 29 de setembre, per la qual es configura el sistema de gestió del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència, així com per l&amp;apos;Ordre&amp;nbsp;HFP/1031/2021, de 29 de setembre, per la qual s&amp;apos;estableix el procediment i format de la informació a proporcionar per les entitats del sector públic per al seguiment del compliment de les fites i objectius i d&amp;apos;execució pressupostària i comptable de les mesures dels components del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Proposta de resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Propòs al conseller d&amp;apos;Empresa, Autònoms i Energia que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Revocar la concessió de les subvencions detallades en l&amp;apos;annex i pels imports que en ell s&amp;apos;hi indiquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar negativament la despesa a favor dels beneficiaris pels imports detallats en l&amp;apos;annex amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària que també s&amp;apos;hi indica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Declarar conclòs el procediment i, per tant, arxivar els expedients indicats en l&amp;apos;annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Publicar aquesta Proposta en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Proposta de resolució podeu al·legar el que considereu convenient en el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils, comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. En cas contrari, s&amp;apos;entendrà que estau conforme amb el contingut de la Proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
