&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. El 25 de juny de 2025 per Acord del Consell executiu del Consell de Mallorca es va aprovar el Projecte de Bones Pràctiques als Serveis Socials Comunitaris Bàsics i els seus annexes i la creació de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració i l&amp;apos;aprovació de les seves normes de funcionament. CSV: K7AAEHV72HNUXPLLKXZJJ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;2. La Comissió Tècnica de Valoració (en endavant CTV) és un òrgan col·legiat que té com a finalitat valorar, seleccionar i reconèixer les Bones Pràctiques que presentin els municipis, mitjançant l&amp;apos;anàlisi de la documentació rebuda atenent al compliment dels requisits necessaris per poder considerar l&amp;apos;activitat o projecte presentat com una BPSSCB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;3. Així mateix, es va delegar en la Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS el nomenament dels membres que integren la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració de les Bones Pràctiques als Serveis Socials Comunitaris Bàsics (BPSSCB) a proposta de la Direcció insular de Serveis Socials, Infància i Família de l&amp;apos;IMAS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;4. En data 11 de juliol de 2025 ha tingut entrada la proposta de la Direcció insular de Serveis Socials, Infància i Família de nomenament dels membres titulars i suplents de la CTV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Fonaments de Dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;1. L&amp;apos; Acord del Consell executiu del Consell de Mallorca de 25 de juny de 2025 pel qual es crea la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració de les Bones Pràctiques Socials als Serveis Socials Comunitaris Bàsics i les seves normes de funcionament, on consta la composició de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;2. El punt 3 de l&amp;apos;Acord del Consell executiu del Consell de Mallorca que delega en la Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS el nomenament dels membres que integren la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració de les Bones Pràctiques Socials als Serveis Socials Comunitaris Bàsics (BPSSCB) a proposta de la Direcció insular de Serveis Socials, Infància i Família de l&amp;apos;IMAS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;3. El Decret de la Presidència del Consell Insular de Mallorca nomena el Conseller Executiu de Benestar Social (BOIB núm. 95 d&amp;apos; 11 de juliol de 2023), el qual d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 7.1 dels Estatuts de l&amp;apos;IMAS exercirà també el càrrec de President de l&amp;apos;IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: null"&gt;Per tot, l&amp;apos;anterior, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
