L&apos;1 de juliol de 2025, el president de l&apos;Agència de Desenvolupament Regional de les Illes Balears va dictar una resolució en què acordava el traspàs de 19.650 € del Programa I al Programa III. Les persones o entitats que figuren en l&apos;annex d&apos;aquesta Proposta de resolució varen presentar a l&apos;Agència de Desenvolupament Regional de les Illes Balears una sol·licitud de subvenció en el marc d&apos;aquesta convocatòria. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">5.&nbsp; El tècnic de l&apos;Agència de Desenvolupament Regional de les Illes Balears ha proposat la desestimació de les sol·licituds que figuren en l&apos;annex&nbsp;1 perquè s&apos;ha exhaurit el crèdit destinat als programes III i IV de la convocatòria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. En concret, l&apos;objectiu&nbsp;I, línia&nbsp;2.I, destinada a ajuts de xecs de consultoria per a la competitivitat industrial en matèria de digitalització, internacionalització, sostenibilitat i gestió avançada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">7. El Decret 6/2013, de 8 de febrer, de mesures de simplificació documental en els procediments administratius.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">8. El Decret 75/2004, de 27 d&apos;agost, pel qual es despleguen determinats aspectes de la Llei de finances i de les lleis de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">9. L&apos;Ordre 9/2024 del Conseller d&apos;Empresa, Autònoms i Energia per la qual s&apos;estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d&apos;indústria (BOIB núm.40 de 23 de març de 2024).</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong>Proposta de resolució</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Propòs al president de l&apos;ADRBalears que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">1.&nbsp; Denegar la concessió de la subvenció a les persones/entitats que figuren en l&apos;annex&nbsp;1 perquè s&apos;ha exhaurit el crèdit destinat als programes&nbsp;I «ISostenibilitat» i &nbsp;IV «IGestió» de la convocatòria, d&apos;acord amb el que estableix l&apos;article&nbsp;9.10 de la convocatòria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><span style="line-height: 1"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px">Contra aquesta Proposta de resolució podeu al·legar el que considereu convenient en el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l&apos;endemà de la publicació en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>.
