El Consorci Serra de Tramuntana Patrimoni Mundial, d'acord amb l'article 4 dels estatuts que el regeixen, té, entre d'altres, les finalitats següents:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">- Impulsar polítiques de millora i conservació dels elements i valors, tangibles o intangibles, que conté la Serra de Tramuntana i que han motivat la declaració com a patrimoni mundial de conformitat amb allò que estableix la Convenció per a la Protecció del Patrimoni Mundial, Cultural i Natural de 1972.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">- Promoure iniciatives i projectes culturals orientats a la conservació i la millora del paisatge i del patrimoni cultural de la serra.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">- Promoure la implicació de la iniciativa particular en la conservació i la millora del paisatge cultural i dels valors patrimonials de la serra, en especial amb l'impuls d'acords de custòdia del territori.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white"><span style="color:black">2. El Pla Estratègic de Subvencions del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana Patrimoni Mundial per a l'exercici 2025, aprovat pel Consell Executiu del Consell de Mallorca en sessió de 4 de desembre de 2024 ( BOIB núm. 167 de 21 de desembre de 2024) , </span>preveu una convocatòria pública de subvencions <span style="color:black">de premis Serra de Tramuntana d' investigació 2025. Amb aquesta convocatòria es pretén donar un reconeixement a investigacions o treballs d'autors que incideixin en temàtiques relacionades amb el paisatge cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana. Aquestes temàtiques poden ser, entre d'altres: patrimoni hidràulic, aprofitaments agraris, construccions de pedra en sec, possessions, camins de muntanya, afluència, control i naturalesa de les visites al Patrimoni Mundial.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Per acord de la Junta Rectora del Consorci de 28 d'octubre de 2024 es va aprovar el projecte de pressuposts del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana Patrimoni Mundial per a l'exercici 2025, i en data 18 de desembre de 2024 es va aprovar definitivament per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca. Aquest pressupost, preveu la realització de l'esmentada convocatòria pública de subvencions amb les finalitats definides al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions del Consorci pel 2025 i en els termes prevists en el Pla de Gestió de la Serra de Tramuntana.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. El dia 5 de maig de 2025, el director insular de la Serra de Tramuntana, ha emès Memòria justificativa sobre la necessitat i la idoneïtat de que el Consorci dugui a terme la indicada convocatòria pública de subvencions, atès que s'ajusta plenament a les finalitats i funcions del Consorci i permetrà aconseguir els objectius i els efectes establerts al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions d'aquest ens públic per a l'exercici 2025, i al pressupost de despeses pel 2025 i al<strong> </strong>Pla de Gestió de la Serra.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">5. El dia 5 de maig de 2025, el vicepresident del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana va dictar la resolució d'inici de l'expedient corresponent per a l'aprovació d'una convocatòria pública de subvencions <span style="color:black">de premis Serra de Tramuntana d'Investigació 2025</span> (SV 5/2025).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">6. El dia 12 de maig de 2025, la cap de servei jurídic del Servei de Gestió de Paratges Culturals del Departament de Presidència ha emès informe favorable sobre els aspectes jurídics de la present convocatòria pública de subvencions.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">7. En data 12 de juny de 2025 la Intervenció Delegada ha fiscalitzat de conformitat la proposta de resolució d'aquesta convocatòria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">1. Estatuts del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana Patrimoni Mundial, publicats al BOIB núm. 72, de dia 30 de maig de 2019.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">2. Decret Legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">3. Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, de 23 de desembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrer de 2017), modificada en data 14 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 04.08.2018).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">4. Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del règim jurídic del sector públic (BOE núm. 236, de 2 d'octubre de 2015).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">6. Bases d'execució del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana per a l'any 2024.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L'article 9.1 o) i p) dels Estatuts del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana preveu la competència de la presidència del Consorci per autoritzar, disposar, reconèixer i liquidar despeses del Consorci, sens perjudici de les delegacions que s'hagin fet en les bases d'execució del Pressupost. Les bases tercera i quarta de les bases d'execució del pressupost del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana per a l'any 2025, estableix que la vicepresidència, per delegació de la presidència, té la competència per autoritzar, disposar, reconèixer i liquidar despeses del Consorci. Per aquest motiu s'entén que l'òrgan competent per aprovar la convocatòria és la vicepresidència del Consorci, per delegació de la presidència.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">Per tot el que s'ha exposat, el vicepresident del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana Patrimoni Mundial dicta la següent </span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white"><strong>Resolució </strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:white">1. Objecte de la convocatòria</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">La present convocatòria té per objecte la concessió de 3 Premis Serra de Tramuntana d'Investigació 2025 en règim de concurrència competitiva.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">La finalitat d'aquesta convocatòria és donar un reconeixement a investigacions d'autors que es presentin a aquest premi mitjançant una aportació econòmica, per treballs o estudis sobre el paisatge cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana inscrit a la llista de patrimonis mundials per la Unesco el 2011, i d'acord a les presents bases. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Aquests premis pretenen esdevenir un estímul a la recerca en tot allò que ha fet la Serra mereixedora d'aquesta distinció. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">2. Acceptació i interpretació de les normes que regeixen els Premis</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">El fet de presentar un treball o estudi als Premis Serra de Tramuntana d'Investigació 2025 implica l'acceptació de les normes d'aquesta convocatòria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">L'òrgan instructor té la facultat d'interpretar aquesta convocatòria, a proposta de la Comissió de Selecció.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">3. Règim jurídic</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">La concessió dels Premis Serra de Tramuntana d'Investigació 2025 s'atorgarà mitjançant procediment de concurrència competitiva entre les sol·licituds presentades dins termini que compleixin els requisits per accedir-hi.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">4. Temàtica</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Els Premis Serra de Tramuntana d'Investigació 2025 premiaran treballs la temàtica principal dels quals estigui relacionada amb el paisatge cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Les temàtiques suggerides, relacionades amb el paisatge cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana, serien: </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- el patrimoni hidràulic</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- els aprofitaments agraris</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- les construccions de pedra en sec</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- les possessions i elements patrimonials</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- els camins de muntanya</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- l'afluència, el control i/o la naturalesa de les visites al patrimoni mundial i les oportunitats generades per aquestes.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- mesures de protecció per a la preservació del patrimoni mundial</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">També s'acceptaran treballs relacionats amb:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- els recursos naturals del patrimoni mundial </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- qualsevol altra temàtica que pugui tenir relació amb el paisatge cultural de la Serra de Tramuntana. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">En qualsevol cas el contingut dels treballs han d'estar ubicats dins de l'àmbit geogràfic de la declaració de la Serra de Tramuntana com a patrimoni Mundial.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">5. Quantia dels premis</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Els Premis Serra de Tramuntana d'Investigació 2025 premiaran amb 5.000 euros cada un dels 3 treballs d'investigació més ben valorats pel jurat. A més aquests treballs seran objecte d'una edició. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">6. Requisits dels aspirants </span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Es podran presentar a la present convocatòria totes les persones -individualment o conjuntament- majors d'edat, que compleixin els requisits següents:</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- Que presentin la sol·licitud de participació en el termini establert. </span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- Que no es trobin incurses en cap de les causes de prohibició previstes a l'article 10 del Decret Legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, així com a l'article 8 de l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">La persona guanyadora per poder obtenir el premi haurà d'acreditar que està al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries y amb la Seguretat social davant l'Administració de l'Estat, i amb les obligacions tributàries del Consell de Mallorca i del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana. La circumstància d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb l'Estat, amb el Consell de Mallorca, amb el Consorci Serra de Tramuntana i amb la Seguretat Social la comprovarà el mateix Consorci o el Consell de Mallorca, ja que la presentació de la sol·licitud de subvenció a aquesta convocatòria suposa l'autorització per a la seva comprovació, excepte manifestació expressa contrària.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aquest requisit s'ha d'acreditar tant amb anterioritat a dictar-se la proposta de resolució de concessió i de pagament dels premis.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- Que el treball presentat compleixi amb tots els requisits i condicions de presentació establerts en aquesta convocatòria.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- Que els treballs que es presentin no hagin estat subvencionats, premiats o becats en altre certamen.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">- Que els treballs no hagin estat publicats abans. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Es podrà presentar un treball per persona individual i un altre formant part d'un conjunt de persones aspirants. En aquest sentit una persona podrà presentar un treball de manera individual i un altre de manera col·lectiva amb altres persones.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">7. Contingut dels treballs</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">El treball s'ha de presentar en format arxiu PDF i ha de tenir una extensió mínima de 3.000 paraules i màxima de 12.000. En total es poden presentar un màxim de 10 elements d'aquest tipus. Aquests elements i els seus títols i/o llegendes no computaran als efectes de recompte de paraules dels treballs. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El treball ha de ser inèdit. Decisions de la comissió de selecció dels premis</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">La comissió de selecció decidirà les persones guanyadores dels Premis després de fer la reunió deliberativa prevista. Les decisions de la comissió de selecció seran inapel·lables. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Una vegada lliurats tots els treballs, la comissió de selecció es constituirà per primera vegada i designarà, d'acord a les seves àrees de coneixement i per a cada un dels treballs presentats, un mínim de 3 dels seus vocals components per a la seva valoració, als quals se'ls donarà un termini prudent per poder dur a terme la valoració.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">La comissió es reserva la possibilitat de fer consultes amb vista a la presa de decisions a l'hora de valorar les propostes presentades per les persones sol·licitants, i en qualsevol moment del procés els podrà requerir la documentació acreditativa que consideri oportuna. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Una vegada vençut el termini per la valoració dels treballs, la Comissió de Selecció es reunirà en segona sessió per determinar les valoracions obtingudes per cada treball. El resultat de puntuació que obtindrà cada treball serà el resultat d'obtenir la mitjana aritmètica de les puntuacions atorgades per tots els vocal designats i que han valorat el treball.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Els treballs guanyadors, i que obtindran els premis, seran aquells tres primers treballs amb major puntuació després d'haver-se procedit a la seva respectiva valoració i càlcul de la puntuació aritmètica de cada treball.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Qualsevol qüestió no prevista en aquestes bases serà resolta per l'instructor de l'expedient a proposta del Comitè de selecció, que podrà assessorar-se de qualsevol tècnic del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana o del Consell de Mallorca.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">11. Propietat dels </span></strong><strong><span style="line-height:107%">treballs</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Les persones guanyadores dels premis cediran, sense cap tipus de contraprestació econòmica, al Consorci Serra de Tramuntana, els drets de reproducció, exposició, edició i distribució dels treballs premiats i el Consorci els editarà en el suport, format o mitjà més adient. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">13. Concessió del premi</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El premi s'atorgarà als tres treballs millor valorats per la Comissió de Selecció.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstant això, si la Comissió creu, per unanimitat, que algun dels treballs o tots els treballs no tenen la qualitat mínima per ser guardonat, el nombre de treballs premiats pot ser inferior a tres, o bé declarar-se desert si cap dels treballs arriben a la qualitat mínima.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Quan la Comissió de Selecció hagi seleccionat els millors treballs guanyadors, emetrà un acta sobre la reunió i les valoracions, que se remetrà a l'instructor de l'expedient per a què proposi a la vicepresidència del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana la concessió dels premis.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">El veredicte es farà públic en un acte de lliurament en una data, hora i lloc a concertar per part de la Comissió de Selecció i que tindrà lloc dins l'any 2025. </span></span></span></p> <p>​​​​​​​<span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">14. Normativa</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Les bases reguladores d'aquesta convocatòria es troben recollides en l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca i dels seus organismes dependents, publicada al BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrer de 2017, modificada per acord del Ple de data 14 de juny de 2018, i aprovat definitivament el dia 1 d'agost de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 d'agost de 2018), en allò que no contravengui la normativa autonòmica de subvencions (Decret Legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">15. Instrucció i resolució del procediment</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. La instrucció correspon a la cap de servei jurídic del Servei de Gestió de Paratges Culturals del Departament de Presidència, Maria Antònia Beltran Celià, que ha de dur a terme totes les actuacions o els actes de tràmit necessaris per vetllar pel compliment dels requisits de la convocatòria i cursar els tràmits adients davant la Comissió de Selecció, a més d'exercir les facultats previstes en l'article 16 i concordants del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, i les que s'esmenten en l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca. L'instructor de l'expedient podrà assessorar-se per qualsevol tècnic del Consell de Mallorca que consideri adequat. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Posteriorment, la Vicepresidència, per delegació de la presidència del Consorci, òrgan competent per aprovar i resoldre aquesta convocatòria de conformitat amb les bases tercera i quarta de les bases d'execució del pressupost del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana per a l'any 2024, i una vegada determinada la valoració per la Comissió de Selecció i la proposta de l'instructor de l'expedient, resol la convocatòria, amb la indicació dels extrems continguts en la proposta d'acord definitiva esmentada, de la qual cosa se'n donarà compte a la primera Junta Rectora que es celebri. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. L'incompliment no esmenable de qualsevol requisit establert en aquesta convocatòria o el fet d'incórrer en un dels supòsits aplicables en funció de la naturalesa d'aquests premis, prevists a l'article 56 de l'Ordenança General de Subvencions, provocarà la revocació de la concessió (article 43 del Decret Legislatiu 2/2005) i, conseqüentment, el reintegrament total o parcial de les quanties rebudes. En el mateix sentit, l'acord de concessió pot modificar-se en els casos en que s'alterin les condicions o s'obtinguin ajudes concurrents.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La resolució es notificarà a les persones premiades. Així mateix es donarà publicitat als autors i treballs premiats a través dels canals habituals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Una vegada resolt els Premis es requerirà a les persones guanyadores que aportin la informació bancària per tramitar el pagament corresponent en un únic ingrés. En el cas de participar una col·lectivitat de persones a un treball premiat el pagament del premi es farà de forma proporcional al número de participants del treball.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar la resolució d'aquest procediment és de 3 mesos, comptadors a partir del dia que acaba el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Transcorregut aquest termini sense que s'hagi dictat resolució, s'entenen per desestimades totes les sol·licituds.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:107%"><strong><span style="line-height:107%">16. Recursos</span></strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la resolució que aprova la convocatòria, així com la resolució de concessió que es derivi, que posen fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar, el recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la presidència del Consorci Serra de Tramuntana Patrimoni Mundial dins el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la recepció de la present notificació. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs potestatiu de reposició podrà interposar-se el recurs contenciós administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs potestatiu de reposició i no s'ha rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entendrà desestimat per silenci i pot interposar-se el recurs contenciós administratiu que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstant l'anterior, es pot exercitar, si n'és el cas, qualssevol altres recursos que s'estimi oportú i pertinent.
