![CDATA[<p><span style="display:none"> </span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en data 9 de juliol de 2025, ha adoptat la següent Resolució:</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Vista la proposta d'aprovació de l'Acord del Tribunal Qualificador de dia 11 de juny de 2025 de proposta de les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs oposició per a l'ingrés com a personal funcionari a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe, categoria/especialitat de TÈCNIC –A SUPERIOR ECONOMISTA del subgrup A1 del Consell Insular de Mallorca, de nomenament com a personal funcionari de carrera i d'adjudicació de llocs de treball<strong> </strong>, el contingut de la qual és el següent:</span></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Antecedents</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El 14 de maig de 2025 es va publicar al Tauler d'anuncis de la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca l'Acord del tribunal amb la llista provisional de les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització amb les puntuacions definitives de les fases de concurs i d'oposició per cobrir les places de personal funcionari de l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, classe, categoria/especialitat de tècnic –a superior economista derivat de l'oferta d'ocupació pública extraordinària del Consell de Mallorca i Agència de Defensa del Territori per a l'any 2022 i acumulades de 2017 i de 2019.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Igualment, es va atorgar un termini de quatre dies hàbils perquè les persones aspirants en disposició d'obtenir plaça, comuniquessin en el tràmit electrònic habilitat a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular de Mallorca, l'ordre de preferència de tots els llocs de treball oferts.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La Base 14 de les específiques de la convocatòria (Annex II) disposa que el tribunal ha d'elevar al conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública la proposta de persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu del concurs oposició, amb adjudicació dels llocs de feina. D'acord amb l'art. 52.3 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, en concordança amb l'art. 61.8 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aquesta llista ha de contenir, com a màxim, tantes persones aprovades com el nombre de places convocades (5 places de tècnic –a superior economista).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Una vegada que les persones aspirants, en disposició d'obtenir plaça, han realitzat el tràmit indicat en el paràgraf anterior, l'EMAP ha comunicat al tribunal que, mitjançant Resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública núm. 13921, de 5 de juny de 2025, s'ha declarat la suspensió per causa de força major del termini d'acreditació de la documentació corresponent, del nomenament i de la presa de possessió d'una de les persones inclosa en la llista provisional de les que han superat el procés selectiu.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Respecte a les altres quatre places convocades i els llocs de treball oferts del Consell de Mallorca, els serveis de l'EMAP han comprovat que les persones aspirants compleixen els requisits per ser nomenades personal funcionari de carrera i, si escau, els requisits específics per a l'adscripció als llocs de treball. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per tot això, el tribunal qualificador ha adoptat els acords següents que s'eleven al conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública i, per tant</span></span></p>

<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">4.<strong> ORDENAR </strong>la publicació de la present Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, als efectes oportuns. Les persones nomenades disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptat a partir del dia següent a la publicació, per al jurament o promesa i la presa de possessió.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">5. L'adscripció al lloc de treball del personal relacionat es durà a terme amb resolucions individualitzades del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública una vegada fiscalitzada de conformitat per la Intervenció General aquesta proposta de Resolució.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>Interposició de recursos</strong></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà d'aquesta publicació.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. </span></span></span></p>
