&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;L'article 36.2 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, aprovat per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, estableix que correspon a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears la competència de desplegament legislatiu i d'execució de l'ensenyament en tota la seva extensió, nivells i graus, modalitats i especialitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. L'article 19 de la Llei 4/2006, de 30 de març, d'educació i formació permanents de persones adultes de les Illes Balears, crea el Consell de l'Educació i la Formació Permanents de Persones Adultes de les Illes Balears com a òrgan assessor, consultiu, de participació i de cooperació entre les diferents administracions públiques i els agents econòmics i socials més representatius implicats en l'educació i la formació permanents de les persones adultes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. La disposició addicional tercera de la Llei 4/2006 indica que la conselleria competent en matèria d'educació ha d'establir reglamentàriament la composició i les funcions de les comissions insulars del Consell de l'Educació i la Formació de les Persones Adultes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. L'article 3 de l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca de 18 de novembre de 2019 regula la composició, l'estructura i el funcionament del Consell de l'Educació i la Formació Permanents de Persones Adultes de les Illes Balears i estableix els seus membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. En data de 3 de juliol de 2025, la directora general de Planificació i Gestió Educatives va signar una proposta de resolució que inclou els noms de les persones que han estat nomenades per les entitats, organismes i institucions com a titulars i suplents en el Consell de l'Educació i la Formació Permanents de Persones Adultes de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 4 de l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca de 18 de novembre de 2019, els membres del Consell que no en siguin membres per raó del càrrec que ocupen, es nomenaran i es cessaran mitjançant una resolució del conseller d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca, a proposta de les entitats i les organitzacions que representen. El nomenament del president, del vicepresident i dels vocals del Consell de l'Educació i la Formació Permanents de Persones Adultes té una durada de quatre anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
