Aprovació de la MF-981 relativa a la creació del lloc de feina de cap de secció d’Informàtica al Departament de Gestió de Recursos Humans]] CAIB 2025-07-09 ca 703264 ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de 02/07/2025, es va aprovar el següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMER.- </strong>Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-981 relativa a la creació del lloc de feina de Cap de Secció d'Informàtica al Departament de Gestió de Recursos Humans / Servei de Nòmines i Prestacions, de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Funció Pública i Govern Interior, en el sentit que es concreta a la proposta. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGON.- </strong>Aprovar les funcions del lloc que figuren a la proposta adjunta. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER.-</strong> Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent a la seva aprovació. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>QUART.</strong>- Publicar el contingut de l'Acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
