&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;Vista la Resolució d'aprovació de la Llista Definitiva Complementaria del Conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública dictada en data 08/04/2025, publicada en Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, núm. 44 de data 10/04/2025, de les persones aspirants que han superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema excepcional de concurs mèrits per a l'ingrés com a personal laboral fix del subgrup AP/E, categoria/especialitat de Personal de neteja, de l'Institut de l'Esport Hípic de Mallorca, de la contractació com a laboral fix i de l'adjudicació de llocs de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Atès això, aquesta Presidència en us de les atribucions que li son conferides&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOMENAR&lt;/strong&gt; personal laboral fix categoria /especialitat de Personal de neteja, del subgrup AP/E, de l'Institut de l'Esport Hípic de Mallorca, a les persones aspirants que han superat el procediment selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a la convocatòria d'aquestes places, d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 1 d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ADJUDICAR &lt;/strong&gt;els llocs de treball corresponents, d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 1 d'aquest document, a les persones aspirants que ha superat el procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema de concurs excepcional per a la categoria fix categoria /especialitat de Personal de neteja, d'acord amb el que s'indica a l'annex 1 d'aquest document.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. ORDENAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;la publicació de la present Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, als efectes oportuns. Les persones nomenades disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptat a partir del dia següent a la publicació, per al jurament o promesa i la presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. L'adscripció al lloc de treball del personal relacionat es durà a terme amb resolucions individualitzades del President de l'Institut de l'Esport Hípic de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d'alçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no n'heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
