    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es fa públic que la Junta de Govern Local, en sessió de data 02.07.2025, ha adoptat els següents acords:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;«Primer.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aprovar les bases que han de regir la convocatòria pel sistema de concurs d'una borsa de treball de la categoria de conserge, amb caràcter de personal laboral per poder cobrir necessitats existents a l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- Convocar el procés selectiu per a la creació d'una borsa de treball de la categoria de conserge, amb caràcter de personal laboral, per cobrir necessitats existents a l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- Donar publicitat a la convocatòria i a les bases mitjançant anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, taulell d'edictes municipal i pàgina web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A continuació, es transcriuen les bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;BASES QUE HAN DE REGIR EL PROCÉS SELECTIU PER A LA CONSTITUCIÓ D'UNA BORSA DE TREBALL DE CONSERGE PERSONAL LABORAL TEMPORAL DE L'AJUNTAMENT DE SANT LLUÍS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquestes bases tenen per objecte regular el procés selectiu per a la constitució d'una borsa de treball de conserge per ocupar temporalment aquests llocs de treball municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Convocatòria: Conserge&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Denominació: Conserge&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tipus: Laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Nivell de català: A2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Carnet de conduir: B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contractació: interinitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S'estableix com a procediment selectiu el concurs-oposició, que es regirà per les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Funcions del lloc de treball &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les funcions bàsiques i tasques principals a realitzar consisteixen, entre d'altres, en: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reparar possibles desperfectes menors que no requereixin d'especialització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atendre peticions i tràmits simples de caràcter administratiu del centre: suport en els procediments de matriculacions, beques llibres, beques menjador, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ajudar en el trasllat de mobiliari dins del centre (taules, cadires, pissarres etc).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Portar el control de la instal·lació de calefacció vetllant pel seu perfecte estat de funcionament: subministrar gasoil, atendre proveïdors, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Procedir a la neteja d'àmbits o espais del centre amb caràcter puntual i extraordinari a petició de la direcció del centre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Procedir a la neteja general dels espais de joc i comuns després dels descansos dels alumnes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vetllar pel correcte funcionament de les instal·lacions generals del centre: electricitat, aigua, aire condicionat, alarma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Avisar a la brigada municipal d'obres de les possibles incidències que puguin ocórrer en aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tasques derivades del lloc en matèria de control d'accessos i manteniment de la instal·lació, així com l'atenció al públic i la custòdia de les claus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dur a terme aquelles altres tasques que se li encomanin, d'acord amb la qualificació requerida per a l'accés i exercici del lloc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Requisits de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a participar en aquesta convocatòria, les persones interessades han de complir, en la data d'expiració del termini assenyalat per a la presentació de sol·licituds, els requisits següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Haver complert 16 anys i no superar l'edat establerta per a la jubilació forçosa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Estar en possessió del títol de graduat escolar o titulació equivalent o estar en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. En el cas de titulacions expedides a l'estranger, caldrà aportar l'homologació corresponent del Ministeri d'Educació i Formació Professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Tenir capacitat funcional per a l'exercici de les places convocades. En cas de discapacitat oficialment reconeguda, les persones aspirants hauran d'acreditar la compatibilitat amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) No haver estat separat del servei de l'Administració local, autonòmica o estatal, ni estar inhabilitat per a l'exercici de la funció pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Acreditar coneixements de nivell intermedi de llengua catalana equivalents al nivell A2 de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 4 del Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència de la llengua catalana en procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública i per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g)) Estar en possessió del permís de conduir classe B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Forma i termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'ajustaran al model normalitzat de sol·licitud de l'Annex I. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds de participació en la convocatòria, juntament amb la documentació que correspongui, s'han de presentar en el registre d'entrada de l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís, o en qualsevol de les formes que preveu la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El model de sol·licitud a utilitzar per part de les persones aspirants estarà a disposició d'aquests en el registre general de l'ajuntament, en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís i a la seu electrònica municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de 10 dies hàbils des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud emplenada adequadament, les persones aspirants han d'adjuntar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Còpia de DNI, NIE o passaport en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Còpia de la titulació acadèmica exigida o justificant d'haver efectuat el pagament dels drets per a la seva obtenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Còpia del certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana del nivell corresponent o superior a l'exigit a les bases específiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Còpia del del permís de conduir classe B o justificant d'haver efectuat el pagament dels drets per a la seva obtenció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Document d'autobaremació (Annex II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) La documentació acreditativa dels mèrits al·legats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones que donin en seu consentiment a l'Ajuntament per consultar les seves dades a la plataforma d'intermediació de dades, no hauran d'aportar els documents dels apartats a) i b).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.- Admissió de persones aspirants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, la Sra. Batlessa aprovarà per resolució la relació provisional de persones admeses i excloses, que es publicarà en el Tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Sant Lluís i a la pàgina web municipal, concedint-se un termini de tres dies hàbils per tal que les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes o esmenin la seva sol·licitud. Un cop examinades les que s'haguessin presentat, es publicarà la relació definitiva de persones admeses a través dels mitjans esmentats. De no presentar cap reclamació es considerarà definitiva la inicialment publicada sense necessitat de nova resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les possibles reclamacions o al·legacions, si n'hi haguessin, seran acceptades o rebutjades en la Resolució que aprovi la relació definitiva de persones aspirants admeses i excloses, que es farà pública de la mateixa manera que la relació anterior. Els successius anuncis del procediment selectiu es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis electrònic del lloc web de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.- Tribunal qualificador &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal Avaluador estarà constituït per un/a president/a i dos vocals (Un vocal serà designat secretari/a).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tots els membres del Tribunal hauran de comptar amb titulació igual o superior a l'exigida per l'accés a la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Així mateix, en la mesura de les possibilitats, s'estarà al que regula la Llei orgànica 3/2007, de 22 de març, per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal podrà disposar la incorporació d'assessors o especialistes perquè els assessori, amb veu i sense vot. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Al Tribunal podran assistir, amb veu però sense vot, un membre dels delegats de Personal laboral, de l'Ajuntament, en qualitat d'observador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal s'ha d'ajustar al que preveuen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei de Règim jurídic del sector públic. El Tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de mes de la meitat dels seus membres, ja siguin titulars o suplents, i les decisions s'adoptaran per majoria. Sempre serà necessària la presència del president i del secretari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultat per a resoldre tots els dubtes, incidències i reclamacions que puguin sorgir i per a adoptar els acords que escaiguin per tal d'assegurar la bona marxa del procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.- Procés selectiu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procés selectiu serà el de concurs-oposició i s'iniciarà després de la publicació de la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El resultat final de la fase de concurs-oposició serà la suma de les puntuacions obtingudes en la fase d'oposició i en la fase de concurs que es ponderaran d'acord amb el següent percentatge: 60% fase d'oposició i 40% fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.1 Fase d'oposició – (fins a 10 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La fase d'oposició consistirà en una prova pràctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La prova pràctica consistirà en la realització d'un exercici pràctic durant un termini d'un hora proposat pel tribunal sobre les tasques habituals del lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;S'ha d'obtenir un mínim de 5 punts per a considerar que es supera la prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2 Fase de concurs - Valoració de mèrits (fins a 10 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La fase de concurs consistirà en la valoració dels mèrits al·legats, els quals hauran d'estar correctament i fefaentment documentats per les persones aspirants, per a poder ser valorats, assignant a cadascun d'ells els punts que puguin correspondre de conformitat amb els barems que es diran més endavant. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima que es podrà obtenir respecte als mèrits presentats serà de 10 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cap cas es valoraran els mèrits que no hagin estat degudament al·legats i acreditats en el termini de presentació d'instàncies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els mèrits al·legats i justificats per les persones aspirants en la fase de concurs i que el Tribunal valorarà es regiran pel barem següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2.1.-Experiència professional &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(fins a 6 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consistirà en la valoració dels mèrits al·legats i acreditats documentalment pels candidats, realitzant funcions del lloc de feina o anàlogues, fins a un màxim de 6 punts, i de conformitat amb les escales següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) L'empresa privada: 0,01 punts per mes amb un màxim d'1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Qualsevol Administració Pública: 0,03 punts per mes amb un màxim de 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) L'Administració Local: 0,06 punts per mes amb un màxim de 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Forma d'acreditació de l'experiència professional i documentació a presentar: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El límit temporal per valorar l'experiència professional serà la data de publicació en el BOIB de la convocatòria d'aquest procediment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No seran objecte de valoració els certificats que no incloguin la informació suficient per a poder valorar l'experiència d'acord amb els paràmetres mínims que s'indiquen en aquest punt. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es consideren inclosos i podran ser objecte de valoració els serveis prestats en contractes formatius de treball en pràctiques establerts a l'art. 11 del TRET, aprovat per Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2015, de 23 d'octubre. No seran objecte de valoració altres tipus de prestacions no incloses en l'esmentat precepte, com la de becaris o serveis prestats en contractes de col·laboració social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'experiència professional es computa per mesos complets. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els serveis prestats com a personal funcionari i personal laboral de les Administracions Públiques, s'hauran d'acreditar mitjançant certificat lliurat per l'organisme competent, en què constaran: el lapse temporal de prestació (data d'inici i data de fi), el grup, escala i subescala i/o la categoria professional i la vinculació amb l'Administració (funcionari de carrera, interí, accidental, personal laboral). Per a la valoració de les funcions, serà necessari la inclusió al certificat per al personal funcionari del grup, escala, subescala i/o categoria i per al personal laboral la descripció o indicació de les funcions realitzades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els serveis prestats a l'empresa privada es podran acreditar exclusivament a través d'alguna d'aquestes vies: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Mitjançant informe de vida laboral acompanyat de certificat expedit per l'empresa, on constin la data d'inici i de finalització dels serveis, i la categoria, lloc de treball i funcions desenvolupades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Mitjançant informe de vida laboral, acompanyat del contracte de treball corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Els treballs realitzats com a autònoms s'acreditaran mitjançant certificat d'alta i baixa de l'Impost d'activitats econòmiques, amb indicació de la classificació de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2.2.- Formació &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(fins a 3 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Per estar en possessió d'algunes titulacions acadèmiques d'acord amb els criteris següents (màxim 2 punts):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar en possessió del Títol de Graduat, Diplomat o equivalent, Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior: 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar en possessió del títol de batxillerat o equivalent: 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Es valorarà l'assistència a cursos o cursets de formació, jornades i congressos que tinguin relació amb les feines i funcions de la plaça convocada, organitzats o promoguts per organismes oficials, públics o privats homologats, que puntuaran fins un màxim d'1 punt, d'acord amb el següent barem de puntuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De 20 a 40 hores: 0,02 punts per curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De 41 a 70 hores: 0,05 punts per curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De més de 70 hores: 0,07 punts per curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La formació s'acreditarà mitjançant còpia de les titulacions o certificats formatius emesos pel centre corresponent en què constarà la denominació del centre emissor, el nombre d'hores, el programa formatiu i l'assistència i/o l'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2.3.-Coneixements de llengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; (fins a 1 punt).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel certificat de coneixements corresponents al nivell B1: 0,2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel certificat de coneixements corresponents al nivell B2: 0,3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel certificat de coneixements corresponents al nivell C1: 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel certificat de coneixements corresponents al nivell C2: 0,7 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel certificat de coneixements corresponents al nivell LA: 0,3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Només es valorarà el del nivell superior excepte en el cas del nivell LA, que es podrà sumar al nivell B1, B2, C1 o C2. Aquest mèrit s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant el certificat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.- Constitució de la borsa de treball .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un cop finalitzada la valoració de mèrits, es disposarà d'un termini de tres dies hàbils, des de l'endemà de la publicació dels resultats per efectuar les reclamacions i/o sol·licitar audiència al tribunal sobre la valoració dels mèrits. Si no es presenten al·legacions, o bé un cop que hagin estat examinades les presentades, el Tribunal qualificador donarà per finalitzada la selecció i elevarà a la batlia la seva proposta definitiva de relació de persones que formen part de la borsa de treball, per tal que dicti la corresponent resolució de constitució de la borsa de treball. Aquesta resolució serà publicada en el tauler d'anuncis i en la web de l'Ajuntament. Les persones aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridades per l'Ajuntament per ordre de puntuació quan es produeixi la necessitat de contractació de personal laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La borsa de feina tindrà vigència màxima de 3 anys, la qual es podrà prorrogar fins que aquest Ajuntament torni a convocar un nou procediment selectiu. La nova borsa que es convoqui anul·larà a l'anterior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas d'empat de puntuació per a l'ordre de prelació s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte, successivament, els criteris següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Major puntuació pel concepte de serveis prestats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Major puntuació en formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.- Funcionament de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan es produeixi la necessitat de contractar personal, les persones aspirants seran requerits segons l'ordre de puntuació mitjançant contacte telefònic o a través de correu electrònic amb un màxim de tres intents. A través de diligencia quedarà constància a l'expedient de què l'aspirant ha rebut la comunicació o dels requeriments efectuats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A la persona aspirant se li comunicarà el lloc i el termini en el que sigui precís que es presenti. Si l'aspirant no manifesta la seva conformitat amb la contractació en el termini d'un dia hàbil i la seva disposició a incorporar-se en el termini indicat, s'entendrà que renuncia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones aspirants que renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita (conforme al paràgraf anterior) passaran a l'últim lloc de la borsa de treball, excepte en el cas de la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies següents, les quals han de justificar-se documentalment dins del termini de tres (3) dies hàbils:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar en període d'embaràs, maternitat o paternitat, d'adopció o acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent el període que sigui procedent la concessió de l'excedència pel cuidat de fills per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones aspirants que, malgrat haver renunciat, al·leguin i justifiquin alguna de les circumstàncies previstes anteriorment conservaran la posició obtinguda a la borsa. No obstant això, quedaran en la situació de no disponible i no rebran cap oferta més mentre es mantingui la circumstància al·legada. Així mateix, hauran de comunicar per escrit la finalització de la circumstància al·legada, amb la corresponent justificació, en un termini no superior a deu dies hàbils des de la seva finalització per a poder passar a disponible i poder ocupar el lloc ofert en cas de ser seleccionats. La falta de comunicació en el termini determinarà perdre el seu ordre de prelació a la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quan finalitzi el contracte de la persona seleccionada en el seu lloc de treball es reincorporarà a la borsa de treball ocupant el mateix ordre de prelació, tret que sigui per renúncia voluntària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'incompliment del deure d'incorporar-se al lloc de treball prèviament acceptat o una vegada ocupat, la posterior renúncia voluntària, suposarà l'exclusió de la borsa de treball, excepte que aquestes circumstàncies es produïssin per causa de força major.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10.- Presentació de documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La/les persona/es aspirant/s que sigui/n proposada/es per ser contractades com a personal laboral hauran de presentar al Registre General de la corporació i dins del termini de cinc dies hàbils des d'aquell en què se la cridi per ser contractada, la documentació acreditativa de complir la resta de condicions específiques establertes en la base 3 de la convocatòria (certificat mèdic oficial acreditatiu de comptar amb les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques necessàries per realitzar les funcions corresponents, declaració jurada o promesa de no haver estat separada, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, de cap administració pública, ni trobar-se inhabilitada per a l'exercici de funcions públiques, declaració jurada o promesa de no trobar-se sotmesa a cap causa d'incapacitat especifica d'acord amb la normativa vigent, etc). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
