En data 15 d'abril de 2023, es publica en el BOIB núm. 48, la Resolució de la presidenta del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 12 d'abril per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria de les ajudes destinades per al foment de races autòctones en perill d'extinció per a l'any 2023 i les seves posteriors modificacions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Entre l'11 d'abril de 2024 i el 23 de novembre de 2024 es varen publicar al BOIB les diverses resolucions de concessió d'ajudes destinades al foment de races autòctones en perill d'extinció per a l'any 2023 resultant un total de 263 de concessions per aquesta línia d'ajuda.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%">4. En data 15 de juny de 2024, s'han rebut 259 sol·licituds de pagament de l'ajuda destinada al foment de races autòctones en perill d'extinció, convocatòria 2023.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%">5. En data 27 de febrer de 2025 es notifica mitjançant la publicació en el BOIB núm. 26 la Resolució de subrogacions de compromisos agroambientals per a les anualitats 2024-2027.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%">6. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han duit a terme els controls administratius de les sol·licituds de pagaments i de la documentació aportada d'acord amb les normes reguladores d'aquesta ajuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%">7. Els interessats assenyalats a l'annex II adjunt han presentat, dins el termini establert i en la forma escaient, tota la documentació necessària prevista a la convocatòria, però es va comprovar que a data 9 de juny de 2025 no complien amb algun dels compromisos de la convocatòria, i per tot això es va notificar l'11 de juny de 2025, mitjançant publicació a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA, la proposta provisional de resolució de revocació amb la concessió d'un termini de 10 dies hàbils per presentar al·legacions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">8. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d'Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han duit a terme l'estudi dels expedientes que han presentat al·legacions els quals <span style="background-color:#ffffff">apareixen a l'annex I d'aquesta resolució, on s'indica el resultat de l'estudi de les mateixes. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#000000">9.
