El 26 de desembre de 2023 es va publicar la convocatòria pública de subvencions per al foment d'instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb o sense emmagatzematge elèctric amb fonts d'energia renovable, així com a de renovables tèrmiques, promogudes per a persones físiques dins les actuacions previstes en el Pla d'Inversions per a la Transició Energètica de les Illes Balears, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència finançat per la Unió Europea (NextGenerationEU) (BOIB núm. 174, de 26 de desembre de 2023).</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. En data 6 de juny de 2025 es va emetre la Proposta de resolució provisional del director general d'Economia Circular, Transició energètica i Canvi Climàtic per la qual es concedeixen les<strong> </strong>subvencions per al foment d'instal·lacions d'autoconsum amb o sense emmagatzematge elèctric amb fonts d'energia renovable, així com a de renovables tèrmiques, promogudes per a persones físiques dins les actuacions previstes en el Pla d'Inversions per a la Transició Energètica de les Illes Balears, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència finançat per la Unió Europea (PITEIB PF) (BOIB núm. 74 de 12 de juny de 2025)</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Amb posterioritat, s'ha detectat un error en l'annex de la Proposta esmentada, pel que es procedeix a rectificar-lo.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. L'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que ha dictat l'acte o la disposició. Així mateix, la rectificació d'errors ha d'especificar, si escau, els efectes jurídics que se'n deriven i s'ha de notificar o publicar preceptivament quan faci referència a actes que han estat notificats o publicats.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2.
