&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER. APROVAR &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;les bases específiques per la creació d'una borsa de professor llicenciat, personal laboral, pel sistema de concurs de mèrits, per cobrir temporalment, les possibles necessitats de provisió urgent de places i llocs de feina del Patronat per a la Gestió i el Funcionament de l'Escola de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, que consten a l'expedient amb CSV 15706072567217054335 (versió en català) i CSV 15706073512137226430 (versió en castellà).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. CONVOCAR &lt;/strong&gt;el procés selectiu per a la creació d'una borsa de professor llicenciat, personal laboral, pel sistema de concurs de mèrits, per cobrir temporalment, les possibles necessitats de provisió urgent de places i llocs de feina del Patronat per a la Gestió i el Funcionament de l'Escola de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, i que es continuï amb el procediment i amb els tràmits administratius que corresponguin fins a la creació de la referida borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. PUBLICAR &lt;/strong&gt;les bases i la convocatòria anteriorment esmentades al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i al Tauler d'anuncis de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. Normes generals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.1. &lt;/strong&gt;És objecte d'aquesta convocatòria la creació d'una borsa de professors llicenciats, personal laboral, de&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt; l'article 76 del text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre&lt;/span&gt;, pel sistema de concurs extraordinari de mèrits, per cobrir temporalment, les possibles necessitats de provisió urgent de places i llocs de feina que siguin necessaris al Patronat per a la Gestió i el Funcionament de l'Escola de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.2.&lt;/strong&gt; Aquesta selecció es regirà pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, en tot el que disposa en referència a l'accés a l'ocupació pública i l'adquisició de la relació de serveis i per les prescripcions contengudes en aquesta convocatòria específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Requisits de les persones aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones aspirants han de complir, en la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i durant el procés selectiu, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola o alguna de les previstes a l'article 57 &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;del text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, que&lt;/span&gt; permeti l'accés a l'ocupació pública. En el supòsit que les persones aspirants no posseeixin la nacionalitat espanyola i del seu origen no es desprengui el coneixement de la llengua castellana, han d'acreditar-ne el coneixement mitjançant l'aportació del diploma d'espanyol com a llengua estrangera, regulat en el RD 1137/2002, de 31 d'octubre, pel qual es regulen “els diplomes d'espanyol com a llengua estrangera (DELE)” expedit per les entitats previstes o mitjançant l'acreditació que estan en possessió d'una titulació acadèmica espanyola expedida per l'òrgan oficial competent en el territori espanyol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Tenir 16 anys d'edat complits i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) No haver estat separats/ades, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de cap administració pública, o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se inhabilitats/ades de forma absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, en el cas que haguessin estat separats/ades o inhabilitats/ades. En el cas de nacionals d'un altre estat, no trobar-se inhabilitats/ades o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmesos/es a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat i en els mateixos termes, l'accés a una ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Haver satisfet els drets de participació en la forma establerta a la base tercera d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Tenir les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per exercir les funcions de la plaça a proveir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Estar en possessió o en condicions d'obtenir-lo en la data en què finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds del títol universitari de Llicenciatura o Grau en Economia, Ciències Empresarials, ADE, i/o equivalent, Grau en Turisme, o qualsevol títol universitari de Llicenciatura, Grau o Enginyería Superior, junt amb formació superior (Máster) en matèria de turisme, d'economía, ciències empresarials, ADE y/o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el supòsit d'invocar títol equivalent a l'exigit, haurà d'acompanyar-se certificat expedit per l'autoritat competent en matèria educativa que acrediti l'equivalència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger s'haurà d'acreditar que s'està en possessió de la corresponent convalidació o de la credencial que acrediti, si s'escau, l'homologació del títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de llengua catalana, nivell B2 (intermedi-alt) o superior, de conformitat amb el Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència dels coneixements de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En aquest sentit, els coneixements de llengua catalana s'han d'acreditar mitjançant el certificat oficial corresponent d'entre els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears (Direcció General de Política Lingüística).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Certificat expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Certificat homologat per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb -l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 28 de juliol de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Certificat equivalent segons l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013 (BOIB núm: 34, de 12 de març de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els estudis de llengua catalana de l'ESO i del batxillerat es poden homologar amb els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'acceptarà l'homologació dels certificats de català sempre que s'hagi realitzat abans de finalitzar el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els certificats de llengua catalana obtenguts a Catalunya i a la Comunitat Valenciana amb els estudis d'ESO o batxillerat realitzats en aquelles comunitats autònomes no són directament vàlids i se n'ha de sol·licitar l'homologació corresponent a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquests requisits s'hauran de tenir el dia de finalització del termini per a la presentació de les sol·licituds i durant tot el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera. Sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.1.&lt;/strong&gt; Les persones aspirants que vulguin prendre part en el procés selectiu han de presentar la corresponent sol·licitud (&lt;strong&gt;Annex I&lt;/strong&gt;) en el Registre General d'Entrada de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en el Registre General d'Entrada del Consell Insular d'Eivissa o a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, indistintament, dins del termini de deu dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i s'han de dirigir a al Patronat per a la Gestió i el Funcionament de l'Escola Universitària del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. Si el darrer dia de presentació és dissabte, diumenge o festiu, el termini s'entendrà ampliat fins al primer dia hàbil següent. També poden presentar-se per les altres formes previstes en l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (en endavant LPAC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.2.&lt;/strong&gt; Les persones aspirants hauran d'acompanyar a la sol·licitud (&lt;strong&gt;Annex I&lt;/strong&gt;) la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Còpia de la titulació acadèmica exigida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Document acreditatiu d'haver abonat 30,05 euros pe&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r drets de participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La taxa s'ha d'ingressar en el compte del Patronat per a la Gestió i el funcionament de l'Escola de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa amb codi IBAN: ES81 2100 7717 3113 0028 5429 de l'entitat Caixabank.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La sol·licitud s'ha d'acompanyar amb el resguard original de l'ingrés efectuat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cap cas, la sola presentació del justificant d'ingrés dels drets de participació no suposarà la substitució del tràmit de presentació, en temps i forma, de la sol·licitud a l'òrgan expressat en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, la falta d'abonament d'aquests drets de participació durant el termini de presentació de sol·licituds no serà esmenable i determinarà l'exclusió de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No serà procedent en cap cas la devolució de la taxa en els supòsits d'exclusió de la convocatòria per causa imputable a la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Còpia del Document Nacional d'Identitat o document que acrediti la identitat i nacionalitat en cas de tractar-se d'alguna de les nacionalitats previstes a l'article 57 &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;del text refós de la Llei de l'estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, que&lt;/span&gt; permeti l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Certificat acreditatiu dels coneixements de la llengua catalana B2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Declaració de no haver estat separat/ada mitjançant un expedient disciplinar de cap administració pública, ni d'estar inhabilitat/ada (Annex II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Full d'autobaremació (&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Annex III&lt;/span&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Documentació acreditativa dels mèrits autobaremats, per a la seva valoració, de conformitat amb la clàusula sisena de les bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.3.&lt;/strong&gt; Els errors de fet que poguessin advertir-se com a tals en la sol·licitud es poden esmenar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de part.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.4.&lt;/strong&gt; Les persones aspirants queden vinculades per les dades que hagin fet constar en les seues sol·licituds, i poden únicament demanar la seua modificació mitjançant escrit motivat, dins del termini establert per a la presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La falsedat en les dades que es facin constar en la sol·licitud o en la documentació annexa sempre i quan determini la mancança dels requisits per participar en la convocatòria, comportarà l'exclusió immediata de la persona sol·licitant des del moment en que s'adverteixi, sense perjudici de les mesures legals que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.5.&lt;/strong&gt; Als efectes d'admissió de les persones aspirants, es tendran en compte les dades que aquestes facin constar en la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les dades corresponents al domicili, telèfon i adreça electrònica que figurin en la sol·licitud (Annex I&lt;strong&gt;)&lt;/strong&gt; es consideraran com les úniques vàlides a efectes de notificació i seran responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones aspirants els errors en la seua consignació i la comunicació al Patronat per a la Gestió i el Funcionament de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell d'Eivissa de qualsevol canvi que s'hi produeixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Serà responsabilitat de les persones aspirants la veracitat de les dades consignades, sense perjudici que en qualsevol moment l'autoritat convocant o la comissió avaluadora pugui requerir l'acreditació dels requisits necessaris quan cregui que hi ha inexactituds o falsedats en les quals hagin pogut incórrer les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.6. &lt;/strong&gt;Presentar la sol·licitud per participar en el procés selectiu suposa el coneixement i l'acceptació inequívoca de l'aspirant del tractament de les dades de caràcter personal a càrrec de l'òrgan competent i únicament per a les finalitats establertes. El tractament de la informació facilitada en les sol·licituds tendrà en compte les previsions del Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades, i de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quarta. Admissió de persones aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, l'autoritat convocant o aquella en qui delegui dictarà resolució, en el termini màxim de deu dies, en la qual es declararà aprovada la llista provisional de persones admes&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es i excloses, que s'exposarà en el taulell d'anuncis de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en la qual&lt;/span&gt; constaran el nom i els llinatges de les persones candidates, quatre xifres aleatòries del document nacional d'identitat i la causa de la seua exclusió, si fos el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els errors de fet podran corregir-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A fi d'evitar errors i, si se'n produeixen, de possibilitar-ne l'esmena dins el termini establert i en la forma escaient, les persones aspirants han de comprovar que no figuren en la relació de persones excloses, i que, a més, consten en la llista de persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En tot cas, les persones aspirants excloses disposaran d'un termini de tres dies, des del dia següent a aquell en què es publica la relació provisional en el taulell d'anuncis de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, perquè puguin presentar al·legacions a la seua exclusió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'esmena d'un requisit es realitzarà mitjançant la presentació corresponent en el Registre General d'Entrada de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, Registre General d'Entrada del Consell Insular d'Eivissa o a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, indistintament, en el termini habilitat a l'efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Qui no presenti al·legacions dins del termini assenyalat, justificant el seu dret d'estar-hi admès/esa, s'exclourà definitivament del procés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcorregut el termini fixat per presentar al·legacions, es dictarà resolució que declararà aprovada la relació definitiva de persones aspirants admeses i excloses. Aquesta resolució s'e&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;xposarà en el taulell d'anuncis de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquena. Tribunal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.1.&lt;/strong&gt; El tribunal valorarà els mèrits del procés selectiu. La seua composició col·legiada s'ha d'ajustar als principis d'imparcialitat i de professionalitat dels seus membres i ha de tendir a la paritat entre l'home i la dona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tots els membres del tribunal hauran d'estar en possessió d'un nivell de titulació igual o superior al de la categoria de la borsa convocada i han de ser funcionaris de carrera que pertanyin al mateix grup/subgrup d'entre els previstos a l'article &lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;76 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre&lt;/span&gt;, en relació amb el grup/subgrup en què s'integri la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La pertinença al tribunal serà sempre a títol individual, no es pot exercir en representació ni per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.2.&lt;/strong&gt; Als efectes del que estableixen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, la designació amb els noms dels membres titulars i dels seus respectius suplents es publicarà en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.3.&lt;/strong&gt; Si escau, a sol·licitud del tribunal podrà disposar-se la incorporació d'assessors/assessores especialistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.4.&lt;/strong&gt; En els supòsits d'absència del president titular o suple&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nt, els vocals designats exe&lt;/span&gt;rciran les funcions de presidència seguint per a això l'ordre en què hagin estat designats en la resolució de nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.5.&lt;/strong&gt; El tribunal resoldrà totes les qüestions derivades de l'aplicació de les bases d'aquesta convocatòria durant el desenvolupament del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.6. &lt;/strong&gt;Les presents bases s'interpretaran en el sentit finalista que millor garanteixi la preservació dels principis d'igualtat, mèrit i capacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.7.&lt;/strong&gt; Serà atribució del tribunal, la valoració de la relació dels mèrits presentats, amb les matèries impartides en els estudis de Grau en Turisme de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.8.&lt;/strong&gt; El procediment d'actuació del tribunal s'ajustarà al que es disposa en els articles 15 i següents de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic; a partir de la seua constitució, el tribunal, per actuar vàlidament, requerirà la presència de la majoria dels seus membres, titulars o suplents, inclosos els que exerceixen la presidència i la secretaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Diplomatures universitàries o equivalent: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No es valoraran els títols acadèmics que s'han fet servir per obtenir una titulació acadèmica superior o s'hagin presentat com a requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2) Experiència professional. Puntuació màxima: 30 punts. Criteri acumulatiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'ha d'atorgar la puntuació que proporcionalment correspongui quan la jornada sigui inferior a l'ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La documentació d'aquests mèrits s'acreditarà mitjançant la presentació de la següent documentació, segons correspongui:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Temps treballat en una administració pública: certificat de l'organisme corresponent, en el qual consti el temps treballat, categoria, grup o subgrup.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Temps treballat en una entitat privada: contractes de treball o certificat d'empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Temps treballat com autònom: document d'alta d'activitat econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Temps treballat com a titular d'una empresa, activitat i/o establiment turístic: document acreditatiu de la inscripció en el Registre d'Empreses, Activitats i Establiments Turístics del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La documentació esmentada en els apartats anteriors haurà d'anar acompanyada obligatòriament del certificat o informe de vida laboral emès per la Seguretat Social. En aquest ha de constar el temps treballat, la categoria laboral i el grup de classificació professional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, en l'àmbit de l'activitat professional no docent, s'ha d'acreditar que s'han exercit funcions relacionades amb la matèria impartida en el Grau de Turisme de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. Aquest aspecte s'haurà d'acreditar mitjançant la presentació, juntament amb la documentació esmentada anteriorment, d'un certificat de funcions realitzades o d'un informe, emès per la persona responsable del servei, de les funcions desenvolupades en el lloc de treball. Pel cas de temps treballat com autònom, aquest extrem s'acreditarà mitjançant l'aportació de les factures emeses pels serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1 Activitat professional. Puntuació màxima: 15 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per cada mes treballat exercint funcions relacionades amb les matèries impartides en el Grau de Turisme de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa: 0,10&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts per mes de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2 Activitat docent. Puntuació màxima: 7 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per cada mes treballat exercint una activitat docent universitària, de màster i/o de postgrau: 0,10 punts per mes de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per cada mes treballat exercint una activitat docent diferent a les anteriors: 0,07 punts per mes de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.3 Activitat investigadora. Puntuació màxima: 8 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per cada article publicat en revistes amb indexació “Journal Citation Reports” (JRC): 2 punts per article publicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per cada article publicat en altres revistes: 0,5 punts per article publicat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest aspecte s'acreditarà mitjançant la presentació dels articles corresponents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3) Cursos de formació i perfeccionament. Puntuació màxima: 8 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es valoraran tots els cursos rebuts, certificats amb aprofitament o assistència en el marc dels plans de formació contínua del personal de les administracions públiques (EBAP, INAP i FELIB, entre d'altres), així com cursos oficials impartits per universitats, centres de formació professional i/o col·legis professionals i, sempre que estiguin relacionats amb la formació impartida en el Grau de Turisme de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els cursos amb aprofitament es valoraran a raó de 0,02 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els cursos amb assistència es valoraran a raó de 0,01 punts per hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No es valoraran en aquest apartat els certificats que no indiquin les hores de durada o els crèdits de l'acció formativa, els que corresponguin a una carrera universitària, els de doctorat, la superació d'assignatures d'un estudi acadèmic, ni els derivats de processos selectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si el certificat acreditatiu del curs indica crèdits, es valorarà a raó de 25 hores per cada crèdit ECTS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no s'indica el tipus de crèdit, s'entendrà que són crèdits de l'anterior ordenació universitària (CFC o LRU) i, per tant, es valoraran a raó de 10 hores per crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quan hi hagi discrepància entre les hores i els crèdits en els certificats d'una acció formativa, &lt;/span&gt;prevaldran les hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En tots els casos, es valoraran una sola vegada les accions formatives relatives a una mateixa qüestió o a un mateix programa, encara que se n'hagi repetit la participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4) Coneixements de llengua catalana. Puntuació màxima: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest apartat es valorarà de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Nivell C1 o equivalència reconeguda: 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Nivell C2 o equivalència reconeguda: 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Només es valorarà el certificat de nivell superior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els coneixements de llengua catalana s'han d'acreditar mitjançant el certificat oficial corresponent d'entre els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears (Direcció General de Política Lingüística).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Certificat expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Certificat homologat per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb l'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 28 de juliol de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Certificat equivalent segons l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013 (BOIB núm: 34, de 12 de març de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5) Coneixements de llengües estrangeres (nivells del Marc comú europeu de referència per les llengües, MCER). Puntuació màxima: 9. Criteris acumulatius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nivell A1 (accés): 0,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nivell A2 (plataforma): 1 punt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nivell B1 (llindar): 1,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nivell B2 (avançat): 2 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nivell C1 (domini operatiu eficaç): 2,5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Nivell C2 (mestratge): 3 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats emesos per l'Escola Oficial d'Idiomes o altres organismes reconeguts i només es valorarà el certificat de superior nivell presentat per a cada llengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els resultats provisionals determinats pel tribunal es publicaran en el Tauler d'anuncis de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i en la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en substitució de les notificacions individuals, de conformitat amb el que es disposa a l'apartat 1.b) de l'article 45 de la LPAC. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les persones aspirants disposaran d'un termini de tres dies per efectuar les reclamacions oportunes a la revisió dels mèrits davant el tribunal. A aquesta revisió, hi podran assistir acompanyades d'un/a assessor/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setena. Qualificació final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La qualificació final s'obtendrà mitjançant la suma de les puntuacions obtengudes en el concurs de mèrits, de conformitat amb allò establert en la base sisena. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cas d'empat, s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En igualtat de condicions de mèrits i capacitats, se seleccionarà el sexe amb menys representació en el lloc de treball que correspongui en el procés de selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Haver obtengut major puntuació e&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n l'apartat 1) de la base sisena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Si persisteix l'empat s'ha de fer un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vuitena. Borsa per a contractacions temporals i/o interinitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalitzades i valorades les fases de la selecció, el tribunal qualificador farà pública, en el Tauler d'anuncis de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i en la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, la relació de les persones seleccionades per formar part de la borsa, per l'ordre de puntuació assolida, amb indicació de la qualificació obtenguda, el nom i els llinatges de les persones candidates, i quatre xifres aleatòries del document nacional d'identitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena. Contracte de treball: període de prova&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La durada del període de prova serà de sis mesos. En el supòsit de contractes temporals d'una durada de fins a sis mesos, el període de prova no podrà excedir d'un mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A l'acabament d'aquest període, el treballador haurà d'obtenir una valoració d'apte o no apte, per al qual es tendrà com a referència l'informe que hagi emès el sotsdirector de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La no superació del període de prova suposarà l'extinció de la seua relació laboral amb el Patronat de l'Escola Universitària de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i deixarà de formar part de la borsa, fet que serà resolt per l'autoritat competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, en qualsevol moment del període de prova podrà ser determinada l'eliminació d'una persona aspirant per motius disciplinaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Durant el període de prova qualsevol de les parts pot desistir de continuar la relació laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les situacions d'incapacitat temporal, risc durant l'embaràs, maternitat, adopció, guarda amb fins d'adopció, acolliment, risc durant la lactància i paternitat, que afectin el treballador durant el període de prova n'interrompen el còmput.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Desena. Recursos i impugnacions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La convocatòria, les bases i els actes administratius que derivin d'aquesta i de les actuacions del Tribunal, podran ser impugnats per les persones interessades en els casos i en la forma establerta per la LPAC i la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears: &lt;/strong&gt;en aplicació de les obligacions que preveu la normativa per seleccionar empleats públics amb les previsions que estableix la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Altres participants en el procediment selectiu:&lt;/strong&gt; en virtut del principi de transparència que regeix els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública, els aspirants podran sol·licitar la consulta dels mèrits al·legats per altres participants per comprovar el funcionament correcte del procés selectiu. En cap cas, podran obtenir les dades de contacte d'altres aspirants, com ara l'adreça postal, el número de telèfon o l'adreça de correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Administració de justícia:&lt;/strong&gt; en cas que algun jutjat o tribunal requereixi l'expedient del procediment, l'Administració trametrà les dades personals que hi constin a l'Administració de justícia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No se cediran les dades personals a altres organismes o tercers, tret que existeixi obligació legal o interès legítim, d'acord amb l'RGPD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criteris de conservació de les dades personals:&lt;/strong&gt; els terminis de conservació de les dades seran els necessaris per complir la finalitat del procediment i els que preveu la legislació d'arxius per a les administracions públiques, d'acord amb l'article 26 de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Existència de decisions automatitzades:&lt;/strong&gt; No es produiran decisions automatitzades, inclosa l'elaboració de perfils, amb les dades personals de les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Transferències de dades a tercers països:&lt;/strong&gt; Les dades no es transferiran a tercers països.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Exercici de drets i reclamacions:&lt;/strong&gt; les persones afectades pel tractament de dades personals tenen dret a sol·licitar&lt;span style="color:#111111"&gt; al Patronat per a la Gestió i el Funcionament de l'Escola de Turisme del Consell Insular d'Eivissa l&lt;/span&gt;a confirmació que les seues dades són objecte de tractament, l'accés a les seues dades personals, la informació, la seua rectificació o supressió, la limitació o l'oposició al tractament i la no inclusió en tractaments automatitzats (i fins i tot, de retirar el consentiment, si escau, en els termes que estableix el RGPD). També tenen dret a la portabilitat de les dades en els termes que l'exercici d'aquest dret pugui afectar el procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'exercici d'aquests drets es pot sol·licitar davant el responsable del tractament esmentat abans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb posterioritat a la resposta del responsable o al fet que no hi hagi resposta en el termini d'un mes, pot presentar la «Reclamació de tutela de drets» davant l'Agència Espanyola de Protecció de Dades (AEPD)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; ( https://www.aepd.es/). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conseqüències de no facilitar les dades personals:&lt;/strong&gt; No presentar les dades necessàries, implicarà que la persona interessada no pugui formar part del procediment selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
