    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Als efectes d'allò disposat a l'article 126.3 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 781/1986 de 18 d'abril pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de les disposicions vigents en matèria de Règim Local es fa públic per al general coneixement, que aquesta Corporació en sessió plenària celebrada en data 29 de maig de 2025 va acordar l'aprovació inicial de la modificació de la relació de llocs de treball i annex econòmic del personal funcionari consistent en integrar la valoració dels caps de setmana com un factor fix dins el complement específic de la Policia Local de l'Ajuntament d'Inca. En data 7 de juny de 2025 es va publicar al BOIB núm. 72 l'anunci d'exposició pública d'aquesta aprovació inicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb el que disposa l'art. 169.1 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, una vegada finalitzat el termini d'exposició pública i no havent-hi reclamacions o al·legacions, l'aprovació inicial ha esdevingut definitiva amb els següents termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;"&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; Aprovar la modificació&lt;/strong&gt; de la relació de llocs de treball i l'annex econòmic de personal consistent en integrar la valoració dels caps de setmana com un factor fix dins el complement específic en els termes que s'han exposat en aquest informe, i amb efectes retroactius a 1 de gener de 2025, i en conseqüència, incorporar les modificacions efectuades a la Relació de llocs de feina:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.- Reconèixer i fer efectiu&lt;/strong&gt; a la nòmina del mes juliol de 2025 dels oficials i policies que en atenció a la unitat a la que estan adscrits, realitzin caps de setmana, els imports del complement específic actualitzat tal com s'ha exposat en el punt d'acord anterior amb efectes de dia 1 de juliol de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.- AUTORITZAR I DISPOSAR (AD)&lt;/strong&gt; la despesa per import de 122.185,25 € corresponents al complement específic actualitzat a percebre de dia 1 de juliol a 31 de desembre de 2025, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 03.13200.1210100 i de 44.096,65 en concepte de seguretat social a càrrec de l'empresa,&amp;#xa0; amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 03.13200.160000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUART.- Reconèixer i fer efectiu&lt;/strong&gt; en un nòmina complementària dels oficials i policia que en atenció a la unitat a la que estan adscrits, realitzin caps de setmana, els endarreriments per la diferència deixada de percebre entre el complement específic percebut i el complement específic actualitzat entre 1 de gener i 30 de juny de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINT.- AUTORITZAR I DISPOSAR (AD) &lt;/strong&gt;la despesa per import de 122.185,25 € corresponents als endarreriments del període compres entre 1 de gener a 30 de juny del 2025 pel concepte de la diferència deixada de percebre entre el complement específic percebut i el complement específic actualitzat, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 03.13200.1210100, i de 44.096,65 en concepte de seguretat social a càrrec de l'empresa, amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 03.13200.160000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXT&lt;/strong&gt;.- El complement específic no és consolidable, de manera que si en qualque moment les funcions i/o característiques del lloc de treball, que ara motiven l'increment del complement específic deixen d'estar assignades al lloc de treball que ara es modifica, suposarà una nova modificació del complement específic per adaptar-lo a les noves funcions, encara que això suposi una minva d'aquest mateix complement. Es a dir, se farà una nova valoració de les funcions del lloc de feina i una requalificació del lloc de feina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De la mateixa manera, la percepció del corresponent complement vendrà condicionat al fet de que el funcionari estigui adscrit al lloc de feina que tengui aquest complement. En conseqüència, un canvi de lloc de feina a una unitat distinta implicarà que es deixarà de percebre el complement específic del lloc d'origen i passarà a cobrar el complement específic del lloc que efectivament ha passat a ocupar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÈPTIM.&lt;/strong&gt;- Que l'anterior modificació de l'annex econòmic de personal de l'Ajuntament d'Inca s'exposi al públic d'acord amb la normativa vigent als efectes de reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAU&lt;/strong&gt;.- En cas de no haver-hi reclamacions, els acords adoptats restaran elevats a definitius i tendran efectes d'acord amb allò establert a l'art. 169.4 del Real Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel que s'aprova el Text Refús de la Llei Reguladora d'Hisendes Locals, de manera que aquests acords entraran en vigor una vegada s'hagi publicat la seva aprovació definitiva en el BOIB. Dels acords definitivament aprovats se'n remetrà còpia a la Administració de l'Estat i a l'Administració Autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
