Per resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública s'aprova la convocatòria del procés selectiu d'estabilització pel sistema extraordinari de concurs de mèrits per cobrir places personal laboral fix dels subgrups A1, A2, C1, C2 i grups B i AP de l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'Ajuntament d'Artà, entre d'altres (BOIB núm. 158, 6 de desembre 2022).</span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">A l'esmentada resolució hi consta convocada a l'Ajuntament d'Artà una plaça de personal laboral a la categoria/especialitat d'auxiliar informador-a(codi ELC0C2/094). </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">3. A la base 7.6 de l'Annex II de les Bases específiques incloses a la Resolució del punt anterior es disposa que el termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds per a participar a la convocatòria finalitzava el dia 23 de gener de 2023.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">4. Una vegada transcorregut el termini d'acreditació de requisits i mèrits, en data 18 de maig de 2024, per resolució del conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública es publica la llista de persones excloses a la qual hi consta el senyor jesús Vázquez Massot com exclòs pel fet de no complir amb el tràmit de presentació de documentació acreditativa de requisits i mèrits. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">7. En data 20 de juny de 2024 es publica l'Acord del tribunal qualificador d'aprovació de la llista provisional amb les puntuacions que han obtingut les persones aspirants del procés selectiu esmentat. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Hi figura només el senyor Roberto Terán Baiges amb una puntuació de 96,25 punts. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">8. En data 31 de juliol de 2024 s'aprova l'Acord del tribunal qualificador d'estimació o desestimació de les al·legacions presentades davant la llista provisional de mèrits, resolució d'empats i aprovació de la llista definitiva de mèrits del procés selectiu per a cobrir a l'Ajuntament d'Artà una plaça de personal laboral a la categoria/especialitat auxiliar informador-a (codi ELC0C2/094).</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">En el mateix Acord es va atorgar un termini de set dies hàbils perquè les persones aspirants que figuraven a les llistes definitives de valoració de mèrits en disposició d'obtenir plaça comuniquessin l'ordre de preferència de tots els llocs de treball oferts.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">L'aspirant figurava a la llista definitiva de la categoria/especialitat auxiliar informador-a (codi ELC0C2/094) de l'Ajuntament d'Artà. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">9. El senyor Roberto Terán Baiges va comunicar l'ordre de preferència dels llocs de treball oferts durant el termini establert. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">10. Aquesta resolució es publicarà als efectes oportuns en el BOIB, la Seu electrònica i en el tauler d'edictes electrònic del Consell de Mallorca.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="background-color:null">Interposició de recursos</span></strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Contra aquest acte, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de rebre aquesta notificació.
