&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En data 19 de juny de 2025, es va publicar al BOIB número 77, Resolució del President de l'Oficina Municipal de Tributs de Calvià, mitjançant la qual es van aprovar les bases dels processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari de l'Administració general i especial de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a l'exercici 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. A data d'avui s'ha detectat la següent errada a la redacció de l'apartat 9.1.b) de l'Annex I: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On diu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzada la fase d'oposició amb la publicació de les puntuacions definitives, començarà la fase de concurs de mèrits i s'obrirà el termini per acreditar documentalment els mèrits al·legats a la declaració responsable en el moment de la inscripció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ha de dir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzada la fase d'oposició amb la publicació de les puntuacions definitives, començarà la fase de concurs de mèrits i s'obrirà el termini per autobaremar-se i acreditar documentalment els mèrits al·legats a la declaració responsable en el moment de la inscripció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Així mateix s'ha detectat que per error, al punt 7.2 de l'Annex I, s'inclou el text següent que s'ha de suprimir: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"Entre els vocals figurarà un representant de la Comunitat Autònoma" &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"A la sessió de constitució hauran d'assistir, presencialment o telemàticament, tots els membres del tribunal, titulars i suplents"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques preveu que «les administracions públiques poden, així mateix, rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de la persona interessada, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, aquesta Presidència en virtut del que estableix larticle 25 dels Estatuts de l'Organisme Autònom Oficina Municipal de Tributs de Calvià (BOIB núm. 129 de 11 d'octubre de 2016) disposa la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificar la redacció de l'apartat 9.1.b) de l'Annex I de les bases generals dels processos selectius per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari de l'Administració general i especial de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a l'exercici 2022 de l'Oficina Municipal de Tributs que queda redactat de la manera següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"Una vegada finalitzada la fase d'oposició amb la publicació de les puntuacions definitives, començarà la fase de concurs de mèrits i s'obrirà el termini per autobaremar-se i acreditar documentalment els mèrits al·legats a la declaració responsable en el moment de la inscripció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Suprimir el text següent, de l'apartat 7.2 de l'Annex I de les bases generals dels processos selectius esmentats: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
