    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. Justificació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 44.1 de la Constitució espanyola disposa que els poders públics promouran i tutelaran l'accés a la cultura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa (CIE), a través del seu Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, en virtut del que estableix l'article 70.18 de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears (EAIB), aprovat per Llei orgànica 2/1983, de 25 de febrer, modificat per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l'Estatut d'autonomia, té competències pròpies en matèria de cultura i de promoció i animació cultural, d'activitats artístiques i culturals, de foment i de difusió de la creació i producció teatral, musical, cinematogràfica i audiovisual, literària, de dansa i d'arts combinades, que exerceix des que va ser transferida la competència mitjançant la Llei 6/1994, de 13 de desembre, d'atribució de competències als consells insulars en matèria de patrimoni històric, de promoció sociocultural, d'animació sociocultural, de dipòsit legal de llibres i d'esports (BOCAIB núm. 159, de 29-12-94). A més, l'article 73 de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears li atribueix l'exercici de l'activitat de foment, sens perjudici de l'activitat que correspon a la Comunitat Autònoma, en les matèries que aquest Estatut li atribueix com a competència pròpia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest sentit, el Decret de Presidència núm. 467, de 28 de juny de 2023, d'estructura del Govern del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i creació de Departaments, publicat al BOIB núm. 88 de 29-06-2023, preveu que el Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni comprèn, entre altres, “L'activitat competencial pròpia del Consell Insular en relació amb les matèries de cultura, activitats artístiques, educació, promoció i animació sociocultural, museus, arxius, biblioteques, dipòsit legal de llibres, normalització lingüística i patrimoni cultural, històric i monumental (...)”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atès tot l'anterior, el Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, vol impulsar la creativitat cultural en l'àmbit de la recerca, la pintura, l'artesania, la fotografia, el disseny gràfic i la música, a través de la convocatòria d'aquestos premis, els quals estan previstos al Pressupost general del Consell Insular d'Eivissa per a l'any 2025 (BOIB núm. 176, de 30-12-2023) i al Pla estratègic de subvencions 2023-2025, aprovat per acord de Consell Executiu en data 23 de gener de 2023 i publicat al BOIB núm. 12, de 26-01-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'any 1997, l'aleshores dit Consell Insular d'Eivissa i Formentera va convocar la primera edició del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premi Vuit d'Agost d'Investigació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb el mateix nom, s'hi varen afegir posteriorment, el 2014, el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premi Vuit d'Agost de Pintura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, per a menors de trenta anys i que, anteriorment, amb les mateixes característiques, havia tengut el nom de Premi de Pintura Jove Sant Miquel de Balansat entre 2000 i 2002, i posteriorment Premi de Tardor de Pintura Jove entre 2003 i 2010. Des de 2017 no està limitat a cap edat, per voluntat del Departament i seguint el suggeriment del jurat de l'edició de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El mateix 2014, el Premi d'Artesania del Fang Joan Daifa, creat el 2005 i que es va convocar fins al 2010, passà a anomenar-se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premi Vuit d'Agost d'Artesania del Fang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, el 2016 s'hi sumà una nova categoria: el Premi Vuit d'Agost de Fotografia Amateur, que, per recomanació del jurat de l'edició de 2020, va passar a denominar-se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premi Vuit d'Agost de Fotografia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i que s'obre així també a professionals de la fotografia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'any 2017 es va incorporar a aquests premis el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premi Vuit d'Agost de Disseny Gràfic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalment, l'any 2023 s'hi incorporà una sisena categoria artística: el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premi Vuit d'Agost de Música&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, que d'alguna manera ve a ampliar el ventall d'artistes d'Eivissa que poden optar a aquestos premis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte dels Premis Vuit d'Agost 2025 és seleccionar i premiar mitjançant la concessió d'una quantitat econòmica els millors treballs d'investigació sobre l'illa d'Eivissa, en els diversos àmbits científics, i la creació artística a l'illa d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. Modalitats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els Premis Vuit d'Agost 2025 es divideixen en les següents sis modalitats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premi Vuit d'Agost d'Investigació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premi Vuit d'Agost de Pintura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premi Vuit d'Agost d'Artesania del Fang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Premi Vuit d'Agost de Fotografia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premi Vuit d'Agost de Disseny Gràfic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premi Vuit d'Agost de Música. Aquesta modalitat es divideix en quatre categories:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f.a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Folk/Jazz/Flamenc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f.b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pop/Rock&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f.c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Experimental/Electrònica/Música Urbana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f.d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Clàssica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quarta. Participants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podran participar en els Premis Vuit d'Agost totes les persones físiques majors d'edat, nascudes a Eivissa o que hi resideixin, llevat del Premi d'Investigació al qual es podran presentar investigadors/ores, que no hagin nascut ni resideixin a l'illa, però que hagin fet la seua investigació sobre Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El fet de participar en aquests premis significa l'acceptació plena de les seues bases reguladores, de manera que en quedaran exclosos els i les participants que no compleixin els requisits que s'hi estableixen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada participant o grup de participants podrà presentar una sola obra a concurs per modalitat, llevat de la modalitat de música que cada participant o grup podrà presentar una sola obra a concurs per categoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, la participació comporta l'acceptació de les decisions de la comissió avaluadora, que seran inapel·lables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de concessió d'aquests premis s'ha de tramitar d'acord amb els principis de publicitat, d'objectivitat, de transparència, d'igualtat i de no-discriminació, mitjançant el sistema de concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquena. Crèdits pressupostaris i quantia dels premis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import total d'aquestos premis és de 30.000 euros, provinents de l'aplicació pressupostària 3340 48100 dels pressupostos del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni del Consell Insular d'Eivissa per a aquest any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El crèdit pressupostari està distribuït de la manera següent entre les sis modalitats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Premi Vuit d'Agost d'Investigació: 6.000 euros i la publicació del treball guanyador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Termini i lloc de presentació dels treballs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;termini de presentació dels treballs de vint (20) dies hàbils&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que s'inicia l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria d'aquests premis en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els treballs s'han de presentar en la forma que s'estableix a la base vuitena d'aquestes bases, per a cada modalitat, al Registre General del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, av. d'Espanya, 49, 07800, Eivissa; a la seu electrònica seu.conselldeivissa.es, o en les altres formes previstes a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setena. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicada la convocatòria al BOIB, estarà accessible el procediment a través de la carpeta de tràmits de la seu.conselldeivissa.es, al catàleg de serveis dins l'àmbit de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitena. Forma de presentació dels treballs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per garantir l'anonimat a l'hora de que les diferents comissions avaluadores valorin els treballs presentats a concurs, en aquestos no hi ha de constar cap dada (nom de l'autor/a, agraïments de cap tipus, marques, metadades, etc), que pugui identificar de qualsevol manera a l'autor/-a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les dades personals dels/-les autors/-res figuraran només als annexos previstos a aquestes bases i que serviran per a la tramitació de l'expedient i en cap moment es facilitarà als membres de les comissions avaluadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les obres que es presenten a concurs han de ser originals i inèdites. No s'hi poden presentar obres que siguin fruit de treball remunerat, ja publicades o difoses (en exposicions, en xarxes socials, en mitjans de comunicació...), ni premiades en altres concursos o certàmens. Igualment no es poden presentar treballs creats mitjançant intel·ligència artificial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tenint en compte les diferents modalitats dels premis, la presentació dels treballs seguirà les següents indicacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalitat A) Premi Vuit d'Agost d'Investigació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.1. Característiques del treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: El treball haurà de ser inèdit, escrit en català i tenir una extensió mínima de 100 pàgines de text (lletra format dotze i interlineat senzill) i un màxim de 250 pàgines, il·lustracions a part.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.2. Forma de presentació dels treballs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones participants han de presentar emplenats l'Annex 1 i l'Annex 2 que consten al final d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de fer-se el registre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;presencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; s'ha d'aportar un llapis de memòria amb el treball en format PDF (on no figurarà cap dada identificativa de l'autoria), que es retornarà una vegada descarregat aquest arxiu al registre d'entrada o enviar el treball, en un arxiu en format PDF, al correu electrònic premisvuitagost@conselldeivissa.es, juntament amb justificant de registre d'entrada fet prèviament (Annex 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es fa un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;registre a la Seu Electrònica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;seu.conselldeivissa.es, paral·lelament s'ha de presentar el treball d'investigació en un arxiu en format PDF (on no figurarà cap dada identificativa de l'autoria) al correu electrònic premisvuitagost@conselldeivissa.es, que s'ha habilitat amb aquesta finalitat, juntament amb justificant de registre d'entrada electrònic fet prèviament (Annex 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es presenti a concurs una obra grupal, la sol·licitud s'ha d'acompanyar de la declaració responsable que figura a l'annex 3 d'aquestes bases, que conté una relació nominal de les persones que integren el grup, amb l'expressa designació d'un/a representant, signada pels/per les membres del grup, amb indicació de la valoració econòmica de la participació assumida per cada un/a d'ells/elles, perquè, si és el cas que l'obra surti guanyadora, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa pugui fer el pagament del premi de conformitat amb aquesta declaració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'Annex 1 hi haurà de constar el nom de l'autor/a, el número de document d'identitat, l'adreça, un telèfon i un correu electrònic de contacte. Per al cas que es presenti a concurs una obra grupal, a l'Annex 1 i 2 hi haurà de constar el nom del/de la representant del grup, el número de document d'identitat, l'adreça, un telèfon i un correu electrònic de contacte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, s'hi haurà d'adjuntar còpia del DNI o del passaport, acompanyat en el cas dels participants estrangers, del Certificat de Registre de Ciutadà de la Unió, de la targeta d'identitat d'estranger (TIE) o de qualsevol altre document que acrediti la residència legal a Espanya.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, és imprescindible que en aquest Annex 1 es faci constar el mateix títol del treball que s'ha posat a l'arxiu en PDF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalitat B) Premi Vuit d'Agost de Pintura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Característiques de l'obra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: La temàtica de l'obra i la tècnica pictòrica que s'hi utilitzi és lliure. S'entendrà que la manera com es presenti l'obra és la que l'artista consideri adequada per a la seua exposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admesa al concurs l'obra no podrà superar els 150 cm en el seu costat més llarg.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.2. Forma de presentació de l'obra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones participants en aquest concurs hauran de presentar, juntament amb l'obra, emplenats l'Annex 1 i l'Annex 2 que consten al final d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es presenti a concurs una obra grupal, la sol·licitud s'ha d'acompanyar de la declaració responsable que figura a l'annex 3 d'aquestes bases, que conté amb una relació nominal de les persones que integren el grup, amb l'expressa designació d'un/a representant, signada pels/per les membres del grup, amb indicació de la valoració econòmica de la participació assumida per cada un/a d'ells/elles, perquè, si és el cas que l'obra surti guanyadora, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa pugui fer el pagament del premi de conformitat amb aquesta declaració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'Annex 1 hi haurà de constar el nom de l'autor/a, el número de document d'identitat, l'adreça, un telèfon i un correu electrònic de contacte. Per al cas que es presenti a concurs una obra grupal, a l'Annex 1 i 2 hi haurà de constar el nom del/de la representant del grup, el número de document d'identitat, l'adreça, un telèfon i un correu electrònic de contacte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, s'hi haurà d'adjuntar còpia del DNI o del passaport, acompanyat en el cas dels participants estrangers, del Certificat de Registre de Ciutadà de la Unió, de la targeta d'identitat d'estranger (TIE) o de qualsevol altre document que acrediti la residència legal a Espanya (i un certificat de residència a Eivissa en el cas que al document d'identitat no hi aparegui una adreça a l'illa d'Eivissa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, és imprescindible que en aquest Annex 1 es faci constar el títol de l'obra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, s'hi ha d'adjuntar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una fitxa tècnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en la qual aparegui la tècnica i el suport utilitzat i qualsevol altra dada que l'autor-a consideri important sobre l'obra que presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També, adjunta a l'annex, s'ha de presentar una imatge en paper de l'obra, sense cap marca que la pugui fer identificable. La manera com es presenti l'obra a l'esmentada imatge és la que l'artista consideri adequada per a la seua exposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'obra presentada s'haurà d'identificar, a la part posterior, amb el mateix títol que apareix a l'Annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalitat C) Premi Vuit d'Agost d'Artesania del Fang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C.1. Característiques de l'obra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: La temàtica de l'obra de ceràmica i la tècnica que s'hi utilitzi són lliures. No s'admetran les obres de producció comercial ni industrial. En cas d'haver-hi altres materials, el ceràmic hi ha de predominar clarament. S'entendrà que la manera com es presenti l'obra és la que l'artista consideri adequada per a la seua exposició &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, és imprescindible que en aquest Annex 1 es faci constar el títol de l'obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, s'hi ha d'adjuntar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una fitxa tècnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; on s'indiqui el tipus de fang utilitzat, altres materials, si se n'han fet servir, i altres dades que l'autor/a consideri importants sobre la seua obra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També, adjunta a l'annex, s'ha de presentar una imatge en paper de l'obra, sense cap marca que la pugui fer identificable. La manera com es presenti l'obra a l'esmentada imatge és la que l'artista consideri adequada per a la seua exposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'obra presentada s'haurà d'identificar, a la base, amb el mateix títol que apareix a l'Annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D.1. Característiques de l'obra:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les fotografies hauran d'abordar la visió de l'autor/a respecte d'algun element relacionat amb el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;patrimoni cultural de l'illa d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. És a dir, tot &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;allò que faci referència a la realitat cultural pròpia de l'illa d'Eivissa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que tengui un especial interès històric, artístic, etnogràfic, arquitectònic, arqueològic, natural i social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de presentar una col·lecció de tres fotografies diferents impreses en paper fotogràfic (que tenguin relació entre si quant a la temàtica) per participant, realitzades amb qualsevol dispositiu fotogràfic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Han de tenir una mesura mínima de 20 cm i màxima de 45 cm per costat. Les fotos s'han de presentar amb un paspartú que sobrepassarà en un mínim de 5 cm les mides de la fotografia, però sense emmarcar; en el cas que no es compleixin aquestos requisits, no es valoraran les obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, s'hi ha d'adjuntar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una fitxa tècnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; on s'indiqui les especificacions técniques, l'equip empleat i altres dades que l'autor/a consideri importants sobre la seua obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E.1. Característiques de l'obra: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El treball presentat a aquesta modalitat del Premi Vuit d'Agost consistirà en l'elaboració del logotip amb el lema «Eivissa arqueològica», que s'utilitzarà en publicacions, cartells, imatges promocionals, turístiques i d'identificació a les xarxes socials, etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de presentar l'original en format digital (v. apartat E.2) i també imprès.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juntament amb aquest Annex 1 s'ha de presentar el disseny, en format digital editable (al correu electrònic premisvuitagost@conselldeivissa.es), perquè la gràfica es pugui adaptar als formats adequats per a la seua difusió per part del Servei de Disseny i Comunicació d'aquest Consell. Els formats d'entrega seran arxius digitals principalment vectorial (AI, EPS, SVG) en perfil de color CMYK i RGB. També s'aportaran arxius d'imatge en format PDF, JPG i PNG pel seu us en plataformes digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nom del disseny original presentat ha de dur el mateix títol que s'ha posat a l'Annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, si l'autor/a ho considera adequat, també es pot presentar un text en el qual expliqui el seu disseny a la comissió avaluadora en els termes que consideri convenients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El disseny guanyador suposa la posterior entrega del material definitiu consistent en una carpeta digital que ha de contenir almenys arxius en digital del logotip a color, logotip a un color en positiu i negatiu, les tipografies utilitzades i un breu manual d'ús de l'aplicació correcta i restriccions del logotip. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones participants en aquest concurs hauran de presentar, juntament amb l'obra, emplenats l'Annex 1 i l'Annex 2 que consten al final d'aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan es presenti a concurs una obra grupal, la sol·licitud s'ha d'acompanyar de la declaració responsable que figura a l'annex 3 d'aquestes bases, que conté amb una relació nominal de les persones que integren el grup, amb l'expressa designació d'un/a representant, signada pels/per les membres del grup, amb indicació de la valoració econòmica de la participació assumida per cada un/a d'ells/elles, perquè, si és el cas que l'obra surti guanyadora, el Consell Insular d'Eivissa pugui fer el pagament del premi de conformitat amb aquesta declaració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'Annex 1 hi haurà de constar el nom de l'autor/a, el número de document d'identitat, l'adreça, un telèfon i un correu electrònic de contacte. Per al cas que es presenti a concurs una obra grupal, a l'Annex 1 i 2 hi haurà de constar el nom del/de la representant del grup, el número de document d'identitat, l'adreça, un telèfon i un correu electrònic de contacte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, s'hi haurà d'adjuntar còpia del DNI o del passaport, acompanyat en el cas dels sol·licitants estrangers, del Certificat de Registre de Ciutadà de la Unió, de la targeta d'identitat d'estranger (TIE) o de qualsevol altre document que acrediti la residència legal a Espanya (i un certificat de residència a Eivissa en el cas que al document d'identitat no hi aparegui una adreça a l'illa d'Eivissa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, en aquest Annex hi ha d'aparèixer el mateix nom que s'ha donat a l'arxiu musical presentat a concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Partitura de l'obra presentada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de fer un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;registre d'entrada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;presencial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a la Seu del Consell d'Eivissa, la composició musical, en les quatre categories, s'ha d'aportar en un llapis de memòria amb l'obra en un arxiu en format MP3, wave o wma amb el mateix títol de l'arxiu que el que ha fet constar a l'Annex 1, que es retornarà una vegada descarregat l'arxiu al registre d'entrada o al correu electrònic premisvuitagost@conselldeivissa.es , que s'ha habilitat amb aquesta finalitat, juntament amb el justificant de registre d'entrada fet prèviament (Annex 1). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si es fa un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;registre a la Seu Electrònica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;seu.conselldeivissa.es paral·lelament s'ha de presentar la composició en un arxiu en format MP3, wave o wma al correu electrònic premisvuitagost@conselldeivissa.es, que s'ha habilitat amb aquesta finalitat, juntament amb justificant de registre d'entrada electrònic fet prèviament (Annex 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena. Entrada i retirada de treballs &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'entrada i la retirada dels treballs seran per compte de la persona concursant, així com l'assegurança del transport de les obres, si escau, i no es podrà formular cap reclamació al Consell Insular d'Eivissa per possibles pèrdues o desperfectes que es puguin produir una vegada que les obres estiguin en aquesta administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada es resolguin els premis hi haurà un termini de dotze mesos per retirar les obres presentades no premiades, presentant emplenat l'annex 4, el qual s'haurà de presentar al Registre General del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, av. d'Espanya, 49, 07800, Eivissa. En cas que no es recullin durant aquest termini, s'entendrà que han estat cedides al Consell Insular d'Eivissa, el qual no adquireix cap compromís de conservació i difusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Comissions avaluadores &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La comissió avaluadora és l'òrgan col·legiat al qual corresponen les funcions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Avaluar les obres presentades, d'acord amb els criteris establerts a aquesta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emetre una acta amb un informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La comissió avaluadora pot declarar desert el premi o, si ho considera convenient, dividir-lo entre dos o més premiats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les comissions avaluadores per a cada una de les modalitats dels Premis Vuit d'Agost 2025 estaran formades per un/a president/a, elegida entre persones de reconegut prestigi de cada una de les sis modalitats, tres vocals, elegits també entre persones de reconegut prestigi en l'àmbit de la cultura de l'illa d'Eivissa, i un/a secretari/ària, que serà personal del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per poder constituir-se, la Comissió Avaluadora haurà de comptar amb l'assistència del president/a, el/la secretari/ària i d'almenys dos vocals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; En tot allò no previst expressament en aquestes bases sobre el funcionament de la comissió, seran d'aplicació les disposicions de la subsecció 1a de la secció 3a del capítol II del títol preliminar de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De manera general les comissions avaluaran la creativitat, el procés d'elaboració o altres aspectes que es considerin adients i qualificaran les obres presentades amb els criteris tècnics establerts a les bases respecte de la seua presentació i tenint en compte, entre altres, els criteris particulars que a continuació s'esmenten per a cada modalitat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalitat A) Criteris per al Premi Vuit d'Agost d'Investigació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Obligacions de les persones guanyadores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada la comissió avaluadora hagi decidit els treballs guanyadors es comunicarà el veredicte a la persona guanyadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones guanyadores hauran de presentar la sol·licitud d'alta o modificació com a creditor del Consell Insular a efectes econòmics (full de domiciliació bancària) a nom seu, degudament emplenada, signada i segellada per l'entitat bancària; en el cas de persones físiques, també poden presentar declaració responsable de titularitat de dades bancàries de persones físiques, acompanyada del document d'identitat de la persona declarant. Aquesta sol·licitud o modificació es farà a través de la seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es/Sol·licitud d'alta o modificació com a creditor del Consell Insular a efectes econòmics) i s'adreçarà directament a la Tresoreria d'aquest Consell. Només s'haurà de presentar si no consta al Consell o bé si s'ha produït alguna modificació en la que ja hi consta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de que l'obra guanyadora siga una obra grupal, i per poder fer el pagament del premi d'acord amb la declaració responsable de l'annex 3, tots/-es els/les membres del grup hauran de presentar la mateixa documentació que al paràgraf anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona guanyadora haurà de complir els requisits per obtenir la condició de beneficiari prevists a l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, en relació amb l'article 10 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, que regula les prohibicions per ser beneficiari d'una subvenció. A més, haurà de complir amb les obligacions dels beneficiaris previstes a l'article 14 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, en relació amb l'article 11 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També haurà d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears i amb l'Estat espanyol, amb la Seguretat Social i amb el mateix Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las persones guanyadores d'aquests premis es responsabilitzen totalment que no existeixen drets de tercers sobre els treballs presentats i es fan responsables de qualsevol reclamació que pogués sorgir per drets d'imatge o qualsevol altre dret al·legat per tercers. En tal cas, quedarà sense efecte l'acte de concessió del premi i, com a conseqüència de la revocació, pertocarà reintegrar totalment la quantitat rebuda per la persona guanyadora i, si escau, l'exigència dels interessos de demora, que es realitzarà pel procediment establert al títol II de la Llei general de subvencions, en el qual s'ha de garantir l'audiència a les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dotzena. Instrucció i resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Òrgans competents per a l'ordenació, la instrucció i la resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni del Consell Insular d'Eivissa és el competent per instruir el procediment de concessió d'aquests premis, de conformitat amb l'establert a l'apartat tercer.6 del Decret de Presidència núm. 2023000467, d'estructura del govern del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i creació de departaments (BOIB núm. 88, de 29-06-2023). Dins d'aquest Departament correspon a la consellera executiva l'ordenació del procediment, en virtut de l'article 33.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars i de conformitat amb l'article 72 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del Reglament orgànic del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (publicat al BOIB núm. 136, de 18-09-10; correcció al BOIB núm. 148, de 14-10-10; modificació al BOIB núm. 48, de 16-04-16)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a la competència per aprovar aquestes bases i la convocatòria, de conformitat amb l'establert a l'article 28.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, és competència del Consell Executiu aprovar les convocatòries d'ajudes i de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa a la competència per resoldre la concessió dels Premis Vuit d'Agost 2025, de conformitat amb l'establert a l'article 33.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, és competència de la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni resoldre les convocatòries d'ajudes i subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Amb fonament en les actes de les comissions d'avaluació i l'informe tècnic posterior corresponent i de conformitat amb l'article 24.4 de la Llei 38/2003, l'òrgan instructor formularà la proposta de resolució, degudament motivada, que expressarà la relació de persones per a les quals es proposen els premis i la seua quantia. Els premis es concediran mitjançant resolució de la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, en la qual, també, s'expressarà el nom de les persones guanyadores així com l'import dels premis concedits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. L'òrgan instructor podrà requerir, en qualsevol moment de la tramitació de l'expedient, els documents complementaris que es considerin necessaris a les persones que s'hi presentin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan s'hagi de fer alguna notificació personalitzada, s'establirà com a preferent la notificació electrònica mitjançant el correu electrònic de la persona sol·licitant, sempre que aquesta l'hagi indicat a la seua sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. D'acord amb l'article 25.4 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, el termini màxim per resoldre i notificar el procediment no excedirà els sis mesos, comptats a partir de la publicació de la convocatòria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. La resolució concedint aquests premis es farà pública a la pàgina web del Consell seu.conselldeivissa.es/tauler d'anuncis i edictes electrònics, també a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i es notificarà a les persones guanyadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Una vegada que ja s'hagi fet públic el veredicte de la comissió avaluadora i s'hagi concedit el premi, l'artista guanyador/a de cada una de les cinc modalitats artístiques (modalitats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; haurà de signar la seua obra, per tal que es pugui garantir l'autenticitat de la seua autoria. Aquestes obres des d'aquell moment seran propietat del Consell Insular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tretzena. Lliurament dels premis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pagament del premi a la persona guanyadora o al grup guanyador es farà per transferència bancària al número de compte indicat al full de transferència o a la declaració responsable, previstos a la base onzena d'aquestes bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La percepció dels premis estarà subjecta a les retencions establertes a la normativa fiscal vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular d'Eivissa convocarà un acte públic, en el lloc i la data que es determinarà amb posterioritat, amb les persones guanyadores dels premis, en el qual se'ls lliurarà un diploma acreditatiu d'haver estat guanyador/a dels Premis Vuit d'Agost 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Catorzena. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatòria d'aquestos premis es regirà pel que disposen les presents bases reguladores, per les Bases generals de subvencions del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (publicades al BOIB núm. 35, de 25-03-2025), per la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, que aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, per la Llei estatal 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i pel Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, en allò que hi sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Respecte de la protecció i el tractament de dades de caràcter personal per a la realització de les activitats objecte d'aquesta convocatòria s'han d'observar les prescripcions contingudes a la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals, al Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades i pel qual es deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (Reglament general de protecció de dades, DOUE L 119, de 4-5-2016, p. 1-88), i a la resta de legislació vigent en matèria de protecció de dades personals que hi sigui d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinzena. Drets sobre els treballs guanyadors&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els autors i les autores que guanyin el premi en qualsevol de les sis modalitats mantenen el seu dret d'autoria sobre l'obra guanyadora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el Premi d'Investigació (modalitat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) el Consell Insular d'Eivissa té el dret de publicació sobre la primera edició de l'esmentada obra. Aquesta publicació serà la de l'original lliurat per la persona guanyadora, i valorat per la comissió avaluadora, llevat d'algun suggeriment de la dita comissió o del Departament convocant respecte de l'estructura de l'obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En les altres cinc modalitats (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) l'obra premiada, signada per l'autor/a, en què l'obra passa a ser propietat del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, aquesta Institució tendrà la potestat de reproduir-la i/o d'exposar-la, amb el benentès que si l'autor/a en vol fer ús per a qualsevol manifestació cultural n'ha d'informar el Consell i fer constar que aquesta obra ha guanyat el Premi Vuit d'Agost en la categoria corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setzena. Règim de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'acord del Consell Executiu que aprovi les bases reguladores d'aquests premis i la resolució de la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni per a la seua concessió no exhaureixen la via administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformitat amb els articles 112.1, 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i amb l'article 66, apartats 2 i 4, de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, en el termini d'un mes des de l'endemà de la seua notificació, contra l'acord del Consell Executiu d'aprovació d'aquestes bases es podrà interposar recurs d'alçada davant el Ple del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, i contra les resolucions de la consellera executiva del Departament de Cultura, Educació i Patrimoni, recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. El recurs haurà de resoldre's en el termini de tres mesos, transcorreguts els quals sense que s'hagi dictat resolució expressa s'entendrà desestimat i quedarà oberta la via contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tot això sense perjudici de qualsevol altre recurs o acció que es consideri pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
